I do not find Derma Luxe on this list but they have many multiple complaints about the fraud perpetrated by them. I cancelled my order several weeks ago but they keep sending the products. i NEED A NUMBER FOR ECOMAXX – anti=aging cream and anti-aging eye serum. Immediately when I got the confirmation of purchase the anti-aging cream, they had added in the anti-aging eye serum so I called the number for customer service. I spoke with a guy named “Jay” who assured me over and over again that he had removed it from my order. Several hours later I checked my credit card transaction on line and saw both items had been charged. Of course, now there is no phone number anywhere to reach them so I sent an e-mail message and, truthfully, I will be shocked if I ever hear from them. If you could give me the phone number, I can call next week and cancel both of them before I get charged a huge amount.

I ordered a free trial of Lash Excel just paid 4.95 s/h. i ordered it on the 18th of dec. so in my thinking, the 14 day trial period would be up on Jan 1, the day I called to cancel, making sure I kept the confirmation number of same.
