FitTeam Fit Review – Does It Work?

FitTeam Fit is a new diet supplement that comes in the form of a powder stick. It’s made by an MLM called FitTeam Global. Here’s our review.

What is FitTeam?

FitTeam Global is a dietary supplement maker that operates with a multilevel marketing-style compensation structure.

The company recently launched its flagship product, FitTeam Fit. It’s a powdered dietary supplement that promises to boost your energy and encourage weight loss.

The company describes itself as “a family-like network” and “the premiere coaching & training network”. By signing up with the company today, you can achieve independence and enjoy a support network through other FitTeam employees.

So how does the company’s flagship product work? Let’s take a closer look.

What is FitTeam Fit?

FitTeam Fit is a powdered dietary supplement that comes in stick packs. You tear open each stick pack, mix it with an 8 ounce container of water, and drink it to boost your energy and encourage fat burning.

Each “Fit Stick” comes in a 30 stick package. The formula is described as “organic” (although FitTeam never says Certified Organic).

The formula also contains non-GMO ingredients and is gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, and vegan-friendly. It also has zero calories and is sweetened with the zero-calorie sweetener stevia.

By taking FitTeam Fit daily, you can enjoy the following benefits:

-Increased energy
Enhanced fat loss
-Better mental focus
-Antioxidant benefits
-Mood enhancement
-Appetite control
-Blood glucose control
-Improved fat metabolism

To achieve these benefits, FitTeam Fit uses a proprietary formula containing a blend of herbal extracts and fruit extracts, including matcha green tea, citrus aurantium, grapefruit seed extract, garcinia cambogia and “several additional organic ingredients”.

FitTeam claims the one single serving of Fit is “the ultimate healthy solution to energy and fat loss.”

One ingredient that the manufacturer doesn’t mention upfront is caffeine, which is actually the second listed ingredient in the formula.

With that in mind, let’s take a closer look at the ingredients inside FitTeam Fit.

FitTeam Fit Ingredients

FitTeam Fit posts its full ingredients list on the side of its product packaging. Here’s what that list looks like:

FitTeam Fit Ingredients

As you can see, nearly all of the ingredients have an unlisted dosage: they’re all hidden within a proprietary blend. We know that the total dose of FitTeam Fit contains 580mg of proprietary formula, but we don’t actually see the breakdown of each ingredient.

You may not think that’s a big deal, but it is: the second-listed ingredient in caffeine. The first listed ingredient is green tea powder, which also contains a small amount of caffeine on its own.

In other words, out of a total of 580mg, the two most common ingredients are caffeine or caffeine-like substances.

A single cup of coffee contains about 100mg of caffeine. It seems likely that Fit’s proprietary blend contains more.

The lack of dosage information is also a problem when you’re looking at ingredients like garcinia cambogia extract, which is a trendy dietary ingredient that has demonstrated limited evidence that it actually helps you lose weight. But the studies that have showed a connection between garcinia and weight loss typically use a dose of around 400 to 600mg.

The only other ingredient with any weight loss benefits is cayenne pepper extract. The chemical “capsaicin” in cayenne pepper extract has been linked to a moderate boost in weight loss. Capsaicin heats up your body, causing a thermogenesis effect.

Some dieting websites recommend taking 500mg of cayenne pepper extract to help you lose weight. It’s unclear how much cayenne pepper is found within FitTeam Fit.

Ultimately, it’s never good when a manufacturer hides its ingredients list from us and then lists “caffeine” as one of the top ingredients.

If you’re caffeine-sensitive, then taking the FitTeam Fit powder may have an immediate effect on your body. Even those who drink the occasional cup of coffee may find themselves affected.

FitTeam Fit Pricing

FitTeam Fit is a relatively expensive dietary supplement, priced between $50 and $70 for a 30 stick supply.

The exact price depends on your FitTeam affiliate. Affiliates who are further up the pyramid can purchase the packs closer to $50 or less, while affiliates lower down the pyramid will pay a premium.

Meanwhile, the official Amazon FitTeam Fit account sells a box of 30 Fit Sticks for $66.99.

FitTeam Global has a 90 day return policy. You can request a refund on your FitTteam product any time within a 90 day period.

Should You Use FitTeam Fit to Lose Weight?

FitTeam Fit advertises itself as a world-class dietary supplement. In reality, it’s a stick of caffeine mixed with small amounts of other ingredients. Making matters worse is that most of the other ingredients are botanical or herbal extracts that have demonstrated a limited connection to weight loss.

We don’t even know how much caffeine is in each stick of FitTeam Fit. So if you’re a caffeine-sensitive individual, then FitTeam Fit may be dangerous.

Ultimately, at a price of $70 for a measly 30 day supply, you can find plenty of better diet pills and dietary supplements online. Don’t forget: over half of that $70 will go towards affiliates somewhere on the pyramid of FitTeam Global.

  1. Wow almost all of this review is untrue! First off Fitteam Fit IS USDA Certified Organic so you are outdated there! Each stick is equivalent to about half a cup of coffee and it’s ORGANIC CAFFEINE! Your ingredient list is completely wrong so should be updated as well. And your pricing is incorrect and your Affiliate pricing is way off. Lastly, Fitteam Global is not a pyramid of any kind. It is a multi-level marketing company with an incredibly generous comp plan. Get your facts straight before you ruin other’s chances on trying this great product. About the only thing you got right is the 90 day money back guarantee!

  2. Sorry, Sabrina, but Bush’s Baked Beans in fact DOES have to disclose every single one of its ingredients on each and every can – perhaps you should buy one and read it. You’re quoting a talking dog from a TV commercial. To be able to be sold as a food product in the US, all food must be labeled with all ingredients. Stop drinking the Kool Aid!

  3. My wife has been taking them for 6 weeks now. She really has lost inches. But the price is a big thing. I believe it is $66.99 a box. But they heavily recommended 2 boxes a month. We decided to order 2 months worth, at 2 box per month, plus the affiliate membership. That was $240. And instead of waiting until the end of that 2 months to maybe go for a 3rd month, she gets talked into changing the auto payment ahead a few weeks. So she could get a $40 commission from her getting a couple to join and buying 4 boxes a month. So i got charged $113 for the 3rd months supply. If she gets 3 customers to order Fitteam sticks with Auto Pay, then she can get them for free. And now my wife thinks she will be able to get to a Diamond member, which makes $10,000 a month or more. Frustration! I tried to be nice and help her loose weight, which is working. There a lot of me thinks its the caffeine and placebo effect. She eats better, and smarter now, and works out 2 or 3 times a week. Which she’s never done. Hmm, i wonder if diet and exercise would’ve helped before? To payback what I’ve paid in, it will cost her friends $3300. If she makes it to the Diamond level, it would cost customers at least $56,500 every month. And i don’t wanna know how much it would cost if everyone of those people got 3 people under them, so the 1st 500 customers would get theirs for free. Right now my wife is loosing weight, but the brainwashing that she’s getting is putting a huge strain on our marriage. I wish i never bought into this. I have asked a lot of questions. It is a pryamid scheme. Better then others, but you have to be willing to an sell expensive product that can work, whether is really is just a placebo effect or not, to you friends and family and their friends and family.

    • Gerry thanks so much for your comment. I was approached by a woman I never met using the university we attended as an opener. I had to review the product to get the real story

    • tastes like crap and expensive for sugar packets….you really have to do 80% healthy food 20% exercise which you have to use their plan when you can easily do it on your own, really not worth it

  4. I absolutely love Fit sticks! Weight has melted off in such a short period of time. My energy level has increased. There is less than a cup of caffeine in each stick. Don’t knock it till you try it!

  5. Tried it, stuck with the whole system and it did not work any better than just regular excersize and clean eating would have done for me. Dont waste your money. I bet most of the positive reviews are either people who work for the company or who were brainwashed by a friend or the internet.

  6. I just completed a full year on FitTeam. My results are fantastic. I lost 61 pounds and a ton of inches. My body has literally shrunk all over. While I didn’t have increased energy right away, Fit did help to control my appetite and eat so much healthier. It’s one year later and I really don’t feel like I’ve been dieting. I drink 2 fit sticks a day and prepare and eat healthy meals and the weight continues to come off. I am so thankful that I found FitTeam.

  7. I really can’t tell that this product has made any difference. Waste of money. I had a friend who swears by these things or else I wouldn’t have tried them.

  8. You don’t have all of your facts straight about Fitteam Fit. Most people that are taking the product are getting their boxes for far less than $66-$70 as you state. In just over a year that we have been in existence we have already helped tens of thousands of people lose weight or reach their weight loss goals, and keep that weight off. Another fact you have wrong is that all affiliates have the same pricing, every affiliate gets their boxes at the same price, but we also have the opportunity to get our monthly product for free as part of our compensation plan, which is second to none.

ANOTHER fact you have wrong is that Fitteam doesn’t have an official Amazon account. Fitteam Fit is relatively expensive?? Compared to what? Other companies that keep adding products to get you to lose weight so your spending over $400/month???

It’s a proprietary blend so of course they are going to hide the amounts of the ingredients otherwise anyone could make the product and then Fitteam has nothing. Was really hoping this was a site that did fact checking or was a little more knowledgable, but it sounds like someone that is an affiliate/promoter for another company that purchased this domain name and is scared of what Fitteam has to offer!!!

      • Anne….actually I paid a little OVER $100 for my monthly box to start!!! I wonder if it matters where we live?? Cuz I live in Marysville, Washington so I wonder if we are just more expensive cuz our cost of living is so high!? Ideas anyone???

  9. Well said!!!!!!! The results that peoplease have achieved ( myself included ) are incredible. I used them, achieved my goal, have been able to maintain without taking them, and still have access to a wonder support group .

  10. There are 12mg of caffeine in each stick, information delivered from our CEO himself, Christopher Hummel. It is not a secret and the reason the amount of every ingredient in the proprietary blend isn’t disclosed is beacuse it took upwards of 7 years to perfect. Bushe’s baked beans doesn’t give out its secret, neither does FITTEAM GLOBAL!
