Storage and care:

Camel milk should be refrigerated below 40 degrees Fahrenheit before and after opening. You can store the milk for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or you can freeze it for up to 6 months in the freezer. Once thawed or defrosted it is best to consume your milk within 3 to 5 days.

Camel milk is great for cooking! It can be used in exactly the same amounts as cow milk in recipes.


  • 1 cup of Desert Farms Camel Milk
  • 1 raw egg, washed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

    Blend milk, egg and vanilla extract in blender for 10 seconds. Pour into a nice tall glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and enjoy.
