Pure Obsession Skincare is a topical remedy to help you reduce the impact that aging has on your complexion. You can choose to use the trial offer to see if this remedy is the best solution for your circumstances.
What is Pure Obsession Skincare?
Aging is a brutal process, and it leaves your body in a state that is unlike the way that you were in your 30s and 40s. While you can easily treat the arthritis pain with medication, or your memory with various mind-bending puzzles, your skin is a little different.
You need to nourish your complexion with the right formula, but that’s a challenging decision to make. However, it becomes much easier when you use Pure Obsession Skincare.
Pure Obsession Skincare offers nourishment that you don’t usually find in an anti-aging remedy, calling on the support of natural ingredients with the use of classic remedies as well. This treatment is meant to be used twice daily to help heal the fine lines that have begun to decorate your face. If you’re ready to commit to the use of Pure Obsession, you can:
- Firm and lift the natural complexion of your face
- Improve discoloration in your skin as a result of poor circulation and age
- Stimulate renewed collagen production
- Eliminate dead skin cells
Some people attempt to treat their complexion in more invasive ways, like injections or plastic surgery. However, these remedies require expensive upkeep, and they may end up doing more damage than good. If you want to nourish your skin from the start, Pure Obsession Skincare is the best way to remedy this consistent issue.
How Does Pure Obsession Skincare Work?
Every skincare remedy relies on the ingredients included to ensure that you get the healthy support that is needed to maintain your complexion. Within the Pure Obsession skincare regimen, you’ll find:
- Thyme extract
- Passion flower extract
- Hydrolyzed silk protein
- Retinol
Read on below to find out more information about why these ingredients are critical to supporting your maturing skin.
Thyme Extract
You may only be thinking of thyme as a spice in the cupboard, but it offers beneficial support as an antioxidant in your complexion. It has the power to eliminate bacteria, which you may be exposed to with exposure in your environment or on the surface of anything you touch. These bacteria and toxins can impact your complexion negatively, making you appear more aged than you should.
Passion Flower Extract
Passion Flower Extract is rich with nutrition and vitamins for your complexion. The extract helps to create an oil that won’t leave a greasy residue, which is common with lower quality skincare remedies. With this support, you can reintroduce the moisture that you skin deserves.
Hydrolyzed Silk Protein
Hydrolyzed silk protein is a common ingredient in skincare remedies for anti-aging. This protein is crucial in improving the lost elasticity that you experience during aging, and helps to seal in the moisture that your skin is more susceptible to losing.
Retinol
Retinol is a powerful chemical, which is another form of Vitamin A. This nutrient is helpful in producing the right amount of elasticity and collagen, which are lost during the course of the aging process. It also helps to improve the renewal of cells.
Using Pure Obsession Skincare
With any nourishing skincare product, you need to start by cleansing your skin. Your need to eliminate the toxins and dead skin cells from your pores to make room for the formula to penetrate the surface. After you rinse and dry your skin, it’s ready for the new formula.
You can massage the Pure Obsession remedy into your complexion, avoiding your eyes. Allow it to completely soak into your skin before you apply any makeup or other products. For the most potent reaction, you should focus on applying the remedy in the morning and the evening.
Pricing for Pure Obsession Skincare
If you’re ready to make this remedy a part of your routine, you don’t have to invest in the remedy right away. Instead, to ensure that you get everything that your skin needs, Pure Obsession gives you the opportunity to embark on a trial offer first.
The trial only lasts for a couple of weeks, and you will only have to cover the cost of shipping at this time. You will be able to use the remedy as the regular directions indicate to get an idea of how the formula works with your complexion. If you don’t like the remedy, you need to cancel with the trial period. However, if you like it, no further action is necessary.
Completion of the trial will result in you being charged for the formula at the end of it. You will also start receiving the formula on a monthly basis, which will incur the same fee.
You can cancel the subscription at any time by calling the customer service team.

WHAT A SCAM. I should have known better when even Avon serums scores higher than they do. I ordered on 6/6 and received the product on 6/17. I am now being charged $87 and $89 for something that is pure crap.
Oh my gosh, I am reading my exact story over and over and over again. I called within the 14 days and was told that they needed my feedback and that I needed to call back by 6/25, the date that I called was 5/26. I saw that my credit card was charged for the full prices on 6/19, so I immediately called today to get a refund. Talked to 2 separate people (one of which claimed he was a supervisory but still unwilling to offer me a full refund after on the phone for over 30 minutes) and neither were willing to go beyond a 50% refund. Have contacted my bank with the unauthorized charge since I called on 5/26 to cancel the trial.
Will keep fighting this and sent this string of issues to my bank if necessary. First individual just laughed and told me they would take me to collections if i cancelled my payment. Wasn’t willing to try to discuss this on the phone with them anymore after 30 minutes, so I asked one last time for a full refund and when he wouldn’t give me an answer, i hung up.
DO NOT ORDER! Big scam. Customer service is expecting you to call and complain because they know they’re ripping people off. # to call to cancel is 877 543 6377, but I was not able to get any money back :((( I consider myself aware of ongoing subscriptions and automatic debits when I make an initial purchase and I did not see anything that told me my account would be debited after 2 weeks and it was a continual monthly subscription. I was shocked to see the $87 and $89 debits this morning 2 weeks after ordering what I thought was a sample. I cannot use the sample as it makes me dry and red. The serum hardens on your face and turns chalky and falls into your facial lines. It looks horrible.
I am sooooo mad. When I hit order I knew I made a mistake. A representative from the company called to thank me for me order. I told him at that time to cancel and I never should have ordered it. He hung up on me. I them got the sample for $4.95 and figured I’d at least look at the stuff but the pumper didn’t work. I figured I lost 4.95 for being stupid and I thought the whole thing was cancelled till I got the charge on my credit card. I spoke to very, very unprofessional people at the “customer service center” and was told I didn’t cancel with the right person. I knew better than to order something like this. I am mad at myself for being stupid and I do not see how these people can get away with this.
6/17/17
Wow! I am grateful to all of you for everything written here! Between these comments & my bank representative, I was able to confirm a full refund of the Shop Alluring Skin-$89.73 and Basque Skin Care-$87.00! This company is slick! They say you agreed to the terms that show you MUST call within 14 days to avoid the charges. Yesterday was my 14th day and now the charge. (And BTW-apparently you can call by the 14th day and ask to extend your free trial…)I was so angry and when I started looking into this, I see everyone’s comments of the scam of this company. I started with a representative and almost immediately asked for her Supervisor. Then after being promised 35% discount by the Supervisor, I continued to hold my ground. She then went to 75% off and I then started to ask for HER supervisor. They don’t work on Saturday. Well I held fast and told her nothing personal, but the BBB needs to know about this scam company. She was polite the entire time and referred to the terms that I clearly misread. I just kept up and she finally gave in!!! Victory (I hope at least!)!! I should see my refund in 7-10 days. Trust me to say I WILL call back if not! Don’t buy this crap-it doesn’t work! They want your money-plain and simple!
WARNING THIS IS A SCAM! Do not order this product! I order this product and agreed to pay shipping and handling of $4.95. I placed the order over the phone was not told that I was signing up for anything. They charged my account over $353.46. I spoke to Patricia who would not allow me to speak talking over me. She said it was my fault that I did not cancel my order by a particular date. Luckily I used my South West card and turned them into the fraud department who will credit my account and block future charges.
This is beyond fraudulent! It is unlawful how they bait us in. I know the difference between Free Sample and Free Trial. Rep was a smart butt and told me “nothing is free”. I told her it is when you advertise it to be Free! In bold print! There was no wording in small print stating it was a 14-day trial. I am going to continue to fight because I know I did not click any button agreeing to those terms and only authorized S&H charges. I read everything ensuring I didn’t agree to terms. Like many of you have stated, it was hidden somewhere between confirming to pay the S&H charge of the serum and eye cream. I wish Shark Tank could find out about this ….since they are using their name and help us get our money back. However, please file claims with your banks. Like many of you, they charged my account $87 & & $89. There is a reason why we had to click 2 separate transactions. I even asked them to send me a copy of where I authorized payment. Furthermore, They won’t because it’s fraudulent practices. All of us are not making this up. Alice P., you don’t have bad eye sight. Karla B…I could not say it better, the terms are hidden. They hung up on me. Let’s not beat up ourselves and continue to fight. Let’s call the BBB and The FCC. Perhaps we don’t know the company name, but we know the phone# as 877-634-9718. That can be traced by our banks. They are crafty and fraudulent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
`
I am trying to get my money refunded also. The customer service reps for this company are well trained and will insist that you agreed to follow up purchases. I am in the process of reporting this fraudulent thru my Capital One Quicksilver card that I used and hopefully they will not hold me responsible. They will try to offer you a 50% “employee discount” instead of a full refund and they’ll offer to send you a free bottle for the trouble. I’m wondering if anyone else who used a credit card (not debit) and was successful in having it refunded as fraudulent. I know with a debit card it is much more difficult to get money refunded. This company is a JOKE and a FRAUD ——- STAY AWAY !!!!
I am sorry to say that I also fell for this scam & so frustrated about their hidden terms & agreement. I too thought I was ordering a sample of serum & would pay $4.95 shipping & then they automatically added eye cream & $5.95 shipping which I was not able to remove. Today I went to my bank & stopped any payments to this company from my account & ordered a new debit/credit card. I don’t even know what name to file with the Better Business Bureau but I am not done. Just sorry I didn’t visit this site before I ordered the “sample”. It will not happen to me again!!! Please let me know if any of you can recommend how to file a complaint
Another bull shit order process where they auto renewal…. Wife just called to stop auto payment and met my a belligerent representative giving excuses as to why shoe couldn’t do that. Really, we should have known better as it’s another scam product making money because the product is not worth reordering so they make their money by this bs auto charge which they try not to let you out of…. Don’t do it people….
I got mine today, and knew I was in for a bad ride after reading these reviews, so I called to cancel and I’m being charged $20 to do that. I will return it unopened, and so I’m out $30. At least I’ll never do something like this again.
Just had this happen to me as well. Charged 89 and 87. The number to call is 877 543 6377. Beware they will only refund you 35% of what they charged. They have the hidden check box somewhere on their site that you click when verifying your information which automatically starts a 14 day trial.. you are charged after if you do not cancel.
I did not order this product… how do I get my money refunded? Or should I go directly to the police?
Same thing happened to me. Even with phone calls, names, and reference numbers to the calls they wouldn’t refund my money. TOTAL scam! What’s sad is that the product actually works and I probably would’ve bought it otherwise. This company is a fraud and I’m doing everything I can to make sure no one else gets scammed like I did.
Before placing an order for trial, I called to cancel and I have been waiting for a long time and there was respond.
For short, it would be very difficult to cancel.
Same thing happened to me. I went online to order the free trial. after the first use, my face had red rashes, so I stopped using it. After two weeks I was charged $87 and $89. I called Pioneer Skincare to ask for a refund and they told me that I needed to call them within two weeks to cancel my account otherwise I have to pay it. I told them I was allergic to their products and I didn’t want to pay something I couldn’t use. They insisted that I have to pay because I missed the trail period. Be very careful. Make sure to cancel your account within two weeks if you don’t like the products. Also, I went to their site and I still couldn’t find the ‘terms’.
Pure Obsession Skincare business practices are indeed questionable. BEWARE! After entering my payment info for the face cream, I was asked if I wanted to purchase an eye cream. Well, I didn’t click the eye cream option and pressed the only button available which was the “continue” button which added the eye cream to my purchase without my approval. Further and like C Broker ‘s comment above, I didn’t see the fine print terms that lock you into a subscription if you DON’T decline within 14 days. I learned about the subscription only after my bank flagged the $87.00 and $89.00 purchases as potentially fraudulent activity….Yay bank! Head’s up to Shark Tank’s Barbara Corcoran and Martha Stewart, because their names are being used to promote this product. STAY AWAY !!!!
Awful product. Have been searching for a # in order to cancel. I now have my bank involved. What a scam. I am 72, got the trial offer for my daughter. Writing about canceling was so tiny i did not see it (with my bad eyesight). Also made my daughter’s skin get red and itchy.
I never ordered it or received this . Their phone number is 18774681577 or 18776349711. But they will argue . Offer you more of their product which I never received just because they have a tracking # from our famous United States postal service that I received it in my mailbox I’m suppose to believe it was in my mailbox because we knowbtge postal service never made a mistake. The FCC is looking into these companies . So Joanna Gaines I hope you are proud of these people who are working for your products.
These people are a RIP OFF!!!! they went into my account without permission and took an additional 87 and another 89 dollars the cream is awful!! It left a white chalky substance all over my face. when I asked for a refund they said they would return 87.50 to my account. they did NOT!!! then they refused to talk to me when I called again!! Now I’m out my money and the product doesn’t work!! I’m writing this so that others don’t have to go thru the same hassles!! I nor any of my friends and relatives will do business with this company ever again!!! I’ve also let everyone on Facebook know about them! they shouldn’t be able to rip people off like this! I’m on a fixed income of 700.00 a month! I would NEVER by a product that costs this much! they should be ashamed of ripping people off like this!!!!
WHAT A SCAM!
I wish to cancel my order made May l5, 2017. Do not send any products. I will notify my credit card company that this will not be paid.
Looked up pure obsession on line and another order was processed that I didn’t do.cant find phone number to cancel help! What a ripe off!
Further the product is not good. It is caky and no results — not like advertised. Shark made a bad investment with this company. Very rude customer reps too. They train them to offer partial refunds, spin the story so it appears to be your fault and tell you you are not listening and, of course, abruptly hang up with no resolution. I will post this to all social media and contact the consumer affairs for EVERY level!
My exact sentiment and same experience. The Facebook promotion made no reference to a reoccurring payment. I read it carefully to make sure that it was not a reoccurring payment. However, when you return to verify from the company’s website, this is where the reocurring payment is stated. Additionally, their Boiler Room office so called customer service Representatives ask to speak as if they will refund the charges, with your credit card compan. Once Cc company is on the line and verify there has not been a dispute filed with credit card company, the rep starts eith a scripr to read the so called terms you allegedly agreed, so that the credit card company will not pursue it and then refuse to refund any of the money. This is very very sneaky. They are uncooperative, rude, and fraudulent with misleading information on Facebook versus their website. Buyer be aware!
where can I find the phone number I want to Cancel the trail offer?PURE OBSESSION
I also tried free trial because the add I saw claimed that Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper was the owner/maker of the product. I was stupid and fell for it…nothing but scammed and their product SUCKS
Thank you for your comments. I have searched many websites and find no phone number or address for this company. I dug out of the garbage to find the mailing address which is probably the manufacturer. I just received my trial offer yesterday and was concerned that the company would start sending me monthly product. None of their advertising gives prices for these products. You mentioned that you called the company. Would you please email that phone number? I, too can’t afford the prices and want to call and cancel any further products.
Do you have the number to cancel?
Stay away from this company. They send you the free trials for shipping and handling and then attempt to fraudulently charge your card for $89.73 and an $87 “marketing” charge which fortunately my bank declined for fraud. Good companies selling good products do not need to hide their charges.
Be careful. I read all the material on this product and never found a subscription notification. So I tried the free trial. Then I’m charged $87 and $89. I would never pay that much for a product even if I liked it which I didn’t. This leaves a flaky residue. When I called for a refund they said I missed the trial period (by 3 days). They said it was in the terms so I went back on their site and read all of that garbage again and still didn’t find it, until I saw the tiny print ‘terms’. Sneaky!! Stay away from a company that has to be so sneaky. They will not let me return for a refund because of the 3 days. I can’t afford this but I guess I paid for a good lesson learned.
Is there a number for the customer service or just a reply for the email confirmation?
Thank you
877 543 6377
His did you contact them
I tried to get my money back and I couldn’t get it and
they would not give me my money back . they would not give me an address to send the dreadful stuff back. I am going to et a lawyer on this because in my opinion it is a fraudulent company
