Morgan’s doctor had told him that within a week, of doing these series of exercises he should be dramatically better. And, he was right. Within three (3) weeks of the doctor’s visit, Morgan describes feeling pain free. He was not experiencing any pain in his back or hips – and the pain hadn’t moved to another area, it was simply gone.
