What is Beachbody On Demand?

Beachbody On Demand is a subscription-based program that gives you full access to BeachBody’s entire library of fitness training videos at a price of $2.99 per week.

The program comes with a 30 day free trial. After signing up, you’ll receive unlimited streaming access to hundreds of workouts.

You sign up and can instantly view the Member Library. Beachbody claims this Member Library is stocked with videos that have more than a $3,000 value.

If you haven’t already heard of BeachBody, they’re responsible for some of the most popular video-based workouts out there today, including P90X, P90X2, P90X3, INSANITY, Brazil Butt Lift, Hip Hop Abs, Body Beast, 21 Day Fix, and many others.

Plus, new workouts and programs are being added to Beachbody On Demand every month.

How Does Beachbody On Demand Work?

You start your Beachbody On Demand subscription by signing up for the free 30 day trial. You’ll need to enter your credit card details to activate that free trial, but your credit card will not be charged at this point.

Once you’ve activated your account, you can login to Beachbody On Demand from anywhere – including any desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device.

Then, after your 30 day trial period is over, you’ll automatically be subscribed to the paid subscription program. That program is priced at $2.99 per week but is billed at $38.87 quarterly (total price of $155.48 per year).

In addition to workout videos, Beachbody On Demand gives you workout calendars, nutrition plans, healthy recipes, and more.

After signing up for Beachbody On Demand, you also get “VIP access to celebrity trainers and experts, including live chats”. So you can talk to all of the personal training experts you see below and ask them for specific workout tips or advice.

Members also get access to Beachbody message boards and chat rooms. Plus, you get your own personal coach who can provide one-on-one guidance and support.

You can access Beachbody On Demand 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It’s a gym that never closes down.

All of the workouts are streamed online, so you’ll need to have internet in order to use Beachbody On Demand. There are no DVDs available (unless you want to pay to order each training program separately).
