What is 0-6 Pack Abs?

0-6 Pack Abs is a 23-second waist shrinking exercise developed under unusual circumstances. Developed by Dr. James Veger who dealt with women unhappy and self-conscious about their abdominal area, the program diverts from ineffective mainstream options. The program recognizes that abdominal weight is not on account of excess fat, but weak core abdominal muscles.

Working in conjunction with Dr. James Vegher, personal trainer Tyler has helped develop the program by thinking outside of the box to develop unconventional abdominal exercises that revamp your body’s core abdominal muscles. While the program does purport that the exercises seem quite easy, the outcome of performing the exercise is noticeable.

The program is also known as Core Activation Sequence and with its help you can effectively shrink your waistline and flatten your belly to feel more confident and happier with your body.

About the Developers

Before delving into what you attain with the program and other useful information, one of the most important points to cover are the developers of the product. After all, a product is credible when it is created by people with credentials and experience in a related field.

0-6 Pack Abs was created by Dr. James Vegher and Tyler Bramlett. Dr. James Vegher is a practicing professional physical therapist with more than 22 years of experience in his field. For years, he has been researching and working with his patients on basic core exercises that enhance their body’s fat burning abilities. As a physical therapist, the purpose of his work was not to help his patients lose weight for a slimmer appearance, but to enable them to eliminate the excess weight that causes back pain and discomfort. In need of some additional exercises and help to continue developing his program, Dr. James Vegher teamed up with Tyler Bramlett.

Tyler Bramlett is a co-founder of 0-6 Pack Abs. Popularly known as Garage Warrior, Tyler is a fitness expert who manages his own website on tips and techniques for a healthier and slimmer body. In addition, Tyler also has experience working as a celebrity fitness trainer and his recommendations are widely popular and followed by a large fan base.

Together, Bramlett and Vegher developed 0-6 Pack Abs to help people lose abdominal weight not only for an improved appearance, but also to alleviate the weight that causes back pain and discomfort.

How Does 0-6 Pack Abs Work?

There are two different phases to the program: first phase and second phase. By dividing the program into phases, the fitness experts were able to provide you with different levels of muscle building for you particular stage.

First Phase : The first phase of the program works to enhance your current level of fitness. There are four sub-components to this phase that are delineated in the videos that you receive. By working through the sub-components, you can use the program at a pace that is comfortable for you and your fitness level. The quick startup videos get you started without the use of exercise equipment. In addition, the first phase also comes with insightful manuals, and a recording that you can put on your smart device. As you work through the levels, you will experienced higher stamina and your core muscles will also go through training to improve fat burning and muscle building.

Second Phase: The second phase, understandably, is a much more intensive step than the first phase. Here, the goal of this phase is to enable you to build a powerful core system so that you attain a six pack of abdominal muscles. While the phase is certainly more intensive than the first phase, you can still work at a pace that helps you focus on your efforts and not trying to catch up with the difficulty. There are 56 total workout videos to go through with this phase.

Finally, the program utilizes what is known as Micro Progression Technology. Essentially, it means that the exercises take 2-8 minutes each. Best of all, the short interval exercises do not detract from the overall results, but seem to be more effective than long and drawn out workout sessions.

Working the Program into Your Day

If you do opt to do this program, you need to recognize that to see results, you need to follow the program step by step and to perform the exercises in the given intervals. The good news is that you only need to arrange your schedule to accommodate a few sporadic minutes of exercise every day. The downside is that you may not get the drawn out and long workout session that you are accustomed do. Regardless, change is good and since you get excellent results here – the change is completely worth your while.

Designed for Men and Women

Not all fitness programs are designed for both men and women. However, 0-6 Pack Abs understands that both genders are looking for exercises to get their bodies back on track. 1. 0 to 6 pack abs is very effective at building strength and stability in your core. I don’t know if it will lead to “6-pack” abs or not. Time will tell. What I do know is that there is a serious negative aspect to the program that anyone who starts it should be aware of. The exercises are mostly performed lying on your back, and this aspect of the program can lead to or exacerbate muscular imbalance in the shoulders, hips, neck and/or spine. For this reason the program must be combined with additional exercises to maintain balance, flexibility and strength throughout the full range of motion for those regions that receive an unbalanced workout from this program. If this is kept in mind, then I suspect that the core strength training aspect of 0 to 6 pack abs could be very beneficial to overall body conditioning and health.
