Zantrex SkinnyStix Review

Zantrex SkinnyStix is a new powder-based dietary aid that mixes with water and suppresses your appetite. Find out if Zantrex SkinnyStix will help you lose weight today in our review.

What Are Zantrex SkinnyStix?

Zantrex SkinnyStix are dietary supplements that can be mixed with water. The dietary supplements promise to help you lose weight by quenching your cravings and helping you avoid over-eating. They contain stimulants like caffeine mixed with berry extracts and supplements.

SkinnyStix are manufactured by Zantrex and sold in packages containing 21 sachets per box. Some of the promised benefits of SkinnyStix include:

Increased Energy
— Elevated Mood
— Heightened Stamina
Improved Focus

There are three different flavors of SkinnyStix, including Berry Fusion, Tangy Tangerine, and Electric Lime.

SkinnyStix recently made headlines after receiving an official celebrity endorsement from Jenny McCarthy. If you follow her on Twitter, then you’ll find that she regularly posts discount codes for SkinnyStix that can save you quite a bit of money.

Those discount codes are a big deal, because many people find SkinnyStix to be an expensive weight loss aid. Each box of sachets costs $29.99 and contains 21 “stix”. You’re supposed to use one stick before each meal of the day, which makes the product fairly expensive for long-term use.

How Do SkinnyStix Work?

SkinnyStix work primarily because they contain high levels of caffeine. SkinnyStix contain a potent xanthine formula mixture. Xanthine contains caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants. There’s about 120mg of formula in each serving of SkinnyStix.

Other key ingredients in SkinnyStix include niacin, yerba mate extract, coffee bean extract, and a wide range of fruits and fruit extract powders.

You’re supposed to mix one “Stix” with a 16 ounce glass of water 15 minutes before eating your main meal. Drink the entire thing 15 minutes before your meal.

The idea is that the ingredients in SkinnyStix will do two things:

— They’ll fire up your metabolism, helping you digest and process your food more efficiently

— They’ll trick your body into thinking it’s full right around the time that you start digging into your meal, which means you’ll eat less during the meal

SkinnyStix are sugar-free, but they contain the artificial sweetener known as Splenda (it’s labeled as sucralose on the product’s packaging).

The manufacturer of SkinnyStix recommends that you don’t take more than three Stix in one single day. Because the sticks contain caffeine, caffeine-sensitive individuals may want to reduce their dosage or stop consuming other caffeinated foods and beverages prior while they’re taking SkinnyStix.

SkinnyStix Ingredients

SkinnyStix lists its full range of ingredients online. However, it only gives us the dosage of one of those ingredients. The rest of the ingredients are hidden within a proprietary formula, which means we don’t know how much of any one ingredient is included.

In any case, here’s what that ingredients chart looks like for Berry Fusion:

How to Buy SkinnyStix

SkinnyStix are available for purchase from many different online retailers and brick-and-mortar outlets.

Typically, a box of SkinnyStix retails for $29.99 from the official website. Each box contains 21 sachets and will last for 7 days when you take one before every meal.

If you’re taking the diet product regularly – like every week – then it’s a relatively expensive dietary program, priced at around $120 per month. Of course, you still have to buy healthy food on top of that, because SkinnyStix aren’t meal replacements.

After a bit of Googling, you may be able to find some better deals. Walgreens sells each package for $27.99, for example. Amazon sells the sticks for $22 per package.

How to Use SkinnyStix

The manufacturer recommends taking mixing one packet of SkinnyStix with 16 ounces of water 15 minutes before eating each main meal of the day.

You shouldn’t take more than three packets in one day (one before breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

You should also limit your use of caffeine-containing supplements, foods, and beverages while taking SkinnyStix.

The manufacturer also advises taking the supplement every day. For maximum results, you should combine the sticks with a healthy diet and exercise routine. If you think this is some miracle diet pill that will help you lose weight while sitting on the couch and eating junk food, then you’re going to be disappointed.

Who Makes SkinnyStix?

SkinnyStix are made by a company named Zoller Laboratories, LLC (Salt Lake City, UT 84116).

The diet supplements are sold under the brand name Zantrex-3. Other products under the Zantrex name include:

— Zantrex Black
— SkinnyStix
— Zantrex-3
— Zantrex-3 Fat Burner

The official Zantrex-3 website features testimonials from SkinnyStix customers as well as before and after pictures. You can view a few of those testimonials here: Zantrex3.com

What Do Customers Have to Say About SkinnyStix?

We turned to Amazon to learn more about what real customers think about SkinnyStix. On Amazon, the sticks have an average customer rating of 3.5 stars out of 5.

Like with most diet pills and supplements sold online, the majority of reviews are either 5 stars (48% of all reviews) or 1 star (19% of all reviews).

Here are some of the highlights:

“Tastes great, encourages me to drink water throughout the day, curbs my appetite AND gives me energy… killer product (electric lime is a great flavor too). I don't go anywhere without my water bottle and a couple SkinnyStix!” – 5 Star Review

“Really enjoyed the product the first week and lost 1-2 pounds. Tastes great. Then I started to get extreme bowel pains, cervical pains and kidney pains. For almost a week I thought I was having kidney stones because the pain was so intense and ibuprofen wouldn't even touch it. I was also have severe mood swings, headaches and bloating. I am a nurse and this concerned me. Then I stopped taking SkinnyStix and all the symptoms subsided in 1-2 days.” – 1 Star Review

“I love this!!! It completely takes away my appetite for the entire day. It gives me so much energy, and even helps with my focus. I don't feel jittery in the least. It's amazing! The only con is I have trouble falling a sleep, when I take it.” – 5 Star Review

Ultimately, SkinnyStix are caffeine-packed powder supplements that promise to boost your energy throughout the day and encourage you to stick with your dietary goals. At around $30 for a week-long supply, SkinnyStix are relatively expensive – although you can sometimes find them at a lower price of around $20 per box. If you have trouble drinking water throughout the day (say, because it’s flavorless), and need help controlling your eating, then SkinnyStix may be able to help.

  1. Hi,
I drank this product for a couple of months once a day and lost weight with it. I started feeling severe stomach pain and nausea with severe heartburn and stopped drinking it. I was diagnosed with GERD when I had no health problems prior to drinking this product.I strongly recommend not purchasing or ingesting this Skinny Stix and if you have, get checked out to prevent further damage.
