Versafibe 1490 dietary fiber is grain-free, providing a minimum total dietary fiber level of 85% in dry solids basis. According to Ingredion, their Versafibe 1490 dietary fiber product will improve the texture of foods such as crackers, cereal, pastas and other snacks in a manner that is similar to white flour, but with much more added fiber from the product.
