Each tea blend features different ingredients. A typical blend contains between 5 and 10 different herbs and compounds designed to support their health goals.

How Does the Teami Infuser Work?

If you want to maximize the benefits of your Teami Blends, then Teami recommends buying the Teami Infuser. That Infuser is specially designed to create a clear, smooth cup of tea. It comes in 5 different colors.

You simply put a teaspoon of your Teami blend into the strainer ball then close the infuser. Place the ball into a mug of hot water and wait for it to steep.

Teami Detox Menu

At the TeamiBlends.com official site, you’ll see a section called “Eating Plan”. That Eating Plan is a PDF document listing everything you need to know about your detox – including what to eat, what to drink, and more.

Basically, it’s a set of dietary recommendations. It separates foods into two sections: “Definitely” and “Definitely Not”:

Should You Purchase Teami Blends?

Teami claims that its products are safe and effective for virtually anyone to use. The teas contain all-natural herbs that are non-toxic and mild.

The only restrictions Teami advertises are that pregnant and nursing women should not drink the Teami Colon Cleanse tea because the Senna leaf can create a mild laxative effect on the body. Women who are nursing or pregnant are also advised to talk to their doctor to make sure they and their baby are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

Teami also suggests that children under the age of 18 should seek adult permission prior to starting the Teami Blends Colon Cleanse tea because it does act as a mild laxative.
