While you spin, the column will scan your body millions of times, creating a full 3 dimensional view of your body.

The Styku Technology

The lightweight aluminum enclosure has a low square footage, making it easy to position in your gym, even if you don’t have a lot of space. Promotional materials show the Styku working in a small office space.
While you’re rotating on the turntable, Styku will assemble a 3D model after taking over 600 infrared images. These images can be panned, rotated, and zoomed, letting you evaluate each body part in great detail.

I believe there are better systems out there for lower cost. I came across the Fit3D ProScanner on the Rapid Scan 3D website which shows much better results. I went and did a scan and it looks great! Also the price on the Fit3D is 25% cheaper.
