Fitness has been a sensitive topic across many people around the world. There was a time in which slimness was ideal.
Today, many women want to be more than just slim, they want to be fit. Being fit can be defined in many ways.
For some, it can simply be actively challenging them to be better than they were yesterday, while for others it can mean the physical gains such as muscles. Every person’s goals, in some ways, define who they are and show to others, but most importantly to the person themselves, what they are capable of.
Fitness is not a new concept, as it has existed a while back. While male dominated this aspect in the past, men such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Phil Heath, Lee Haney, Bruce Lee, Dwayne the Rock Johnson, etc., today there are more and more women getting involved.
No, not just to do cardio, but to experience the many different types of training.
We can proudly say that today more and more women are breaking free from stereotypes and are starting to give just as much as men are able to, be it at work or at the gym!
One can dream all day, but you will not achieve your dreams without putting in the effort. It is easy to dream, but hard to achieve because most of us don’t know where to start.
Today there exists many personal trainers, YouTube gurus and online coaches, who work one-on-one with their clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Although men and women are starting to appear equal in terms of effort, our bodily function has its differences. Sohee Fit is established to help women achieve their fitness goals. Let’s take a glimpse into the Sohee Fitness World!
