Shuang Hor Started as Dual Crane Enterprises in 1987. The business is based out of Taiwan and has been set by “a bunch of Taiwanese entrepreneurs”. In 1996 Double Crane Enterprises was “restructured” and renamed to Shuang Hor.
The Shuang Hor website identifies Ku Ping-Chia as CEO of the company. On their site Shuang Hor mention a commitment to “honest direction, steady growth, and zero-criticisms from the past 30 years.”

Shuang Hor promote a selection of lingzhi (ganoderma lucidum, also called reishi mushroom) established supplements.
The Shuang Hor settlement plan pays affiliates for selling merchandise to retail customers. Residual commissions are paid out via a unilevel compensation structure based on monthly sales volume manufacturing.
Shuang Hor Affiliate Ranks
There are nine affiliate ranks within the Shuang Hor compensation plan.
Together with their respective eligibility standards, they're as follows:
- Affiliate — register to become a Shuang Hor affiliate
- Elite — create at least 13,000 PV a month
- Vice Manager — personally recruit a Minumum of One Elite or higher qualified affiliate

Shuang Hor affiliates earn a retail commission of 25 percent of sales volume generated via sale of goods to retail customers.
Shuang Hor pay residual commissions using a unilevel compensation construction.
A unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the Peak of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate positioned directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, then they're put on level 2 of the initial affiliate unilevel team.
If some level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, then they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical unlimited number of levels.
At the conclusion of each month Shuang Hor tally up GV made during the unilevel team.
According to monthly PV Manufacturing, a Shuang Hor affiliate is paid a percentage of GV generated within their unilevel team as follows:
- 400 GV = 4 percent
- 800 GV = 8 percent
- 1600 GV = 12 percent
- 3200 GV = 16 percent
- 5200 GV = 20 percent
- 8800 GV = 24 percent
- 13,000 GV or more = 28 percent
GV stands for “Group Volume” and can be sales volume generated by an affiliate and their own unilevel team.
The Leadership Bonus is a bonus percentage paid on sales volume generated by personally recruited Elite and greater rated affiliates and their downlines.

- Senior Vice Manager rated affiliates receive a 4% bonus
- Special Vice Manager rated affiliates receive a 2.7% bonus

Shuang Hor affiliate marketing presentations also claim Diamond and greater ranked affiliates are paid a $30,000 SGD ($21,997 USD) bonus every four years that they continue to qualify in the Diamond and higher positions.
Although not mentioned in official Shuang Hor settlement documentation, some affiliate marketing demonstrations seen cite a Gain Sharing component.
That is promoted as a share in 50% profit sharing for 15 years for Vice Manager and higher ranked affiliates.

Shuang Hor Review Summary
The company doesn't name any particular ailments but does tout general healing properties it asserts “works in 90 percent of cases”.
Shuang Hor cites accreditation to back up its promises. The only accreditation specifically referenced on the Shuang Hor website is that of the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF).
Having said that lingzhi is a proven medicinal remedy in Oriental medicine and you're probably not going to have to try hard to persuade someone of Asian descent regarding its therapeutic properties — with or without clinical evidence.
Moving onto the compensation program, Shuang Hor is refreshingly straightforward for an established MLM business. Shuang Hor's payment plan itself is pretty fair and relies on a minimum 400 PV monthly generation to earn residual commissions.
Ideally at least half of this would be through retail sales but there's no particular requirement.
This is true to extent Shaung Hor is not just another affiliate autoship recruiting strategy. Minimum affiliate recruitment is needed to advance the payment plan rankings though. PV demands that correspond with status growth such that retail has to be taking place. That said retail PV requirements (min 50%) would guarantee that this is taking place.
