Primal Force: Ultra Primal Lean Review

Primal Force Ultra Primal Lean is being advertised as a paleo-friendly diet pill that optimizes your metabolism and kickstarts your body’s natural weight loss. Find out how Ultra Primal Lean by Primal Force works today in our review.

What is Primal Force Ultra Primal Lean?

Ultra Primal Lean is a new supplement created by a supplement manufacturer called Primal Force. The supplement calls itself a “paleo pill” that includes ingredients specially chosen to kickstart your body’s fat burning processes.

The pill promises to signal your body to burn fat for fuel instead of storing it. That means you can continue eating the same foods while losing weight.

You take 1-2 capsules per day. There are 60 tablets in each container.

How Does Primal Force Ultra Primal Lean Work?

Primal Force Ultra Primal Lean claims to work by restoring “your body’s signal network to function optimally”, according to the product’s official sales copy. That doesn’t really mean anything, so how does it actually work?

Ultra Primal Lean relies on a fat hormone called leptin. Leptin is the signal in your brain that tells you you’re full. It also helps other processes throughout the body. As the body ages, our leptin levels decrease, leading to fat accumulation. At the same time, modern diets leave you with a condition called leptin resistance.

When you’re leptin resistant, you’re always hungry. Your body also goes into starvation mode, which means it holds onto your fat instead of burning it away.

The creator of Ultra Primal Lean claims this is why modern diets don’t typically work.

Ultra Primal Lean uses a unique herbal ingredient derived from African mango to raise leptin levels within the body, which optimizes our hunger signals. This herb is called Irvingia gabonensis.

The supplement also contains Garcinia Cambogia, which is an extract from a fruit that grows naturally in Southeast Asia. Garcinia cambogia has shown some mild effects as an appetite suppressant and is found in many modern diet pills.

Other key ingredients in Ultra Primal Lean include chromium, which may be effective at burning body fat, and fucoxanthin, a unique seaweed ingredient that comes from Japan.

Ultra-Primal-Lean-Facts

Ultra Primal Lean lists four active ingredients, including all the ones mentioned above: Irvingia gabonensis, Garcinia cambogia (listed as “gamboge” in some product packages), Chromium, and fucoxanthin.

If you look at the actual ingredients chart, found here on the right, you’ll find that Primal Force lists all of the following ingredients and amounts:

— Chromium (from Chromium Picolinate): 200mcg (167% Daily Value)
— Irvingia Gabonensis (seed) Extract: 150mg
— Fucoxanthin (from Brown Seaweed): 300mg
— Garcinia Cambogia Fruit Extract: 500mg
White Kidney Bean Extract: 500mg

Other ingredients include hydroxypropyl metocellulose, Lubritab, calcium carbonate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.

Of all the ingredients listed above, only Chromium has an established daily value.

Scientific Studies for Primal Force Ultra Primal Lean

Primal Force Ultra Primal Lean has not been studied by any independent organization or scientific body.

The creator of the supplement, however, advertises the results of one clinical test performed in-house. That clinical test involved an unspecified number of people who weighed an average of 215 pounds.

One group took the herb used in Ultra Primal Lean while the other group did not. After the study (the report doesn’t say how long the study lasted), the control group weighed just 187 pounds on average, which is an average weight loss of 28 pounds.

Now, there are some major problems with this study: we don’t know how long it lasted, for example, nor do we know how many people it involved. We know nothing about it except for the numbers listed above – so take it with a grain of salt.

Should You Use Primal Force Ultra Primal Lean?

Ultra Primal Lean is a nutritional supplement advertised as being a paleo diet pill. Yes, the diet pill appears to be paleo-friendly (its active ingredients include fruits and herbal extracts). However, it functions more as an appetite suppressant than as a diet pill.

Ingredients like Garcinia cambogia have shown their effectiveness as appetite suppressants in genuine scientific studies. This supplement primarily contains Garcinia cambogia (500mg of it, to be exact).

At this price, you can definitely find cheaper Garcinia cambogia supplements, but you can also find more expensive supplements. Ultimately, Ultra Primal Lean is a mid-range diet pill that functions primarily as an appetite suppressant and should help you maintain your dietary goals even when eating low calorie counts every day.

  1. Joyce , Yes it is safe to take with Synthroid, my husband does and he has no side effects. Dr Al Sears is one of the top anti ageing doctors in the U.S. And he has been around for quite awhile. There is nothing harmful in this product nor any other of his products. It is not designed to drop your weight at break neck speed, but rather at a more comfortable rate for the body, and like all good supplements this is designed to stop you feeling hungry but you need to take them for awhile to enable them to work. His company do stand by their products with a money back guarantee I think this supplement has been changed if my memory is correct and now much more effective. Try it you can always send it back if you are not happy.
