PGX stands for PolyGlycopleX. It’s a patented fiber formula purported to help you lose weight.
According to the official website at PGX.com, PGX is made from “natural, highly viscous polysaccharides.” When you take this fiber formula with meals, PGX will expand in the stomach over the course of about 30 minutes.

This protein powder can be mixed with water or milk and is designed to keep you satisfied between meals. There’s 20 grams of protein and 120 calories in each serving. The protein is 100% vegan and made from pea, brown rice, pumpkin, quinoa, spirulina, and chia. You can buy it in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors.
PGX Satisfast Whey Protein Energy Drink Mix
PGX’s whey protein contains 60 calories and 2.5 grams of PGX per serving along with 10 grams of 100% whey protein. You can buy it in Rich Chocolate or Very Vanilla flavors. Just like with the Satisfast Vegan Protein, you can mix it with milk or water and drink it between meals (or as a meal replacement) to feel full.
PGX Daily Ultra Matrix Softgels
These softgels contain 750mg of PGX formula in each capsule. You take 1-3 capsules before or with every meal. Compared to the protein formulas, the PGX Daily softgel capsules take longer to kick into action, but the effects last longer.
PGX Daily Singles
PGX Daily Singles are ready-to-go packets filled with granules. There are 2.5 grams of PGX in each packet. You can sprinkle it on your food or stir it into a beverage. The manufacturer recommends sprinkling it on cereal, soups, yogurt, or salads, or stirring it into water.
PGX Satisfast Organic Vegan 15g Protein Bar
Each protein bar is made from 100% organic vegan protein that comes from brown rice and peas. There’s 1.5 grams of PGX in each bar and all ingredients are USDA-certified organic. The protein bars are available in three flavors, including Very Berry Dark Chocolate, exotic Dark Chocolate Coconut, and Dark Chocolate Peanut.

PGX recently launched something called The PGX Program that promises to help PGX users join together to lose weight.
