MZT 48 Review
MZT 48 is a nootropic supplement that just started launched on the internet. Find out how this nootropic works today in our MZT 48 review.
What is MZT 48?
MZT 48 is a nootropic that promises to use natural ingredients to increase your cognitive energy, boost your mood, and sharpen your focus.
Those natural ingredients include B vitamins like vitamin B3 and vitamin B6, two popular compounds found in many other nootoropics and energy drinks.
The manufacturer of MZT 48 calls it a “one of a kind formula” that “was engineered to ensure your brain” gets all of the ingredients and nutrients it needs.
The supplement is priced at around $50 a monthly supply. It’s only available from one website, and that’s the official MZT 48 website at www.mzt48.com.
How Does MZT 48 Work?
MZT 48 contains B vitamins along with a proprietary blend of nootropic ingredients.
Those B vitamins include vitamin B3 (Niacin) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Meanwhile, there’s a proprietary blend that includes well-known nootropic ingredients like GABA, Bacopa Monnieri, Alpha GPC, and L-Theanine.
The first listed ingredient in MZT 48, however, is caffeine.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer never lists the actual dosage of caffeine, which is a big problem if you’re a caffeine-sensitive individual. There may be only 100mg – which is about the same amount in a cup of coffee – or there may be 300mg – which could be a dangerous dose for some people.
In any case, MZT 48 seems more like an energy drink than a nootropic supplement. Just like with energy drinks, the three most active ingredients appear to be vitamin B3, vitamin B6, and caffeine.
Yes, caffeine can work as a nootropic. But you don’t need to pay $50 for a package of caffeine pills online.
Ultimately, the lack of dosage information makes it impossible to assess the effects of MZT 48 or compare the supplement to any competitors.
MZT 48 also doesn’t appear to have undergone any types of clinical trials or independent testing to assess its effectiveness: so there’s really no reason to believe this formula will affect your brain in any meaningful way.
MZT 48 Ingredients
MZT 48 lists its ingredients as follows:
Vitamin B3 Niacin, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Proprietary Blend, Caffeine, GABA, Bacopa Monnieri, Alpha GPC , L-Theanine, Phosphatidylserine, L-Tyrosine, Vinpocetine, Huperzine A, Gelatin, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable), Titanium Dioxide, FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Red #3
“Soybeans” is also listed as an allergen.
Unfortunately, as mentioned above, there’s no dosage information for these ingredients. We just get the ingredients in list form.
Does MZT 48 Actually Work?
MZT 48 may or may not work as advertised. We’re leaning towards suggesting that it doesn’t work as advertised.
In fact, the manufacturer doesn’t even seem confident in its own list of benefits. These are the word-for-word benefits as explained by MZT 48’s manufacturer:
— “May help increase memory recall”
— “May help feel happier overall”
— “May help improve better health”
That last one doesn’t even make sense! In any case, the “may” in front of each benefit severely weakens my confidence in this nootropic formula.
Of course, the ingredients don’t help either. The lack of dosage information means we can’t compare MZT 48 to scientific studies on L-theanine, Huperzine A, or even caffeine.
Good manufacturers don’t hide dosage information. For that reason, it’s unlikely that MZT 48 is as powerful as the manufacturer wants you to believe.

Who Makes MZT 48?
MZT 48 doesn’t list the name of its manufacturer. It does, however, provide an address in California:
MZT 484911 Shoreline Way
Oxnard, CA 93035
You can contact the company 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-855-249-2004 or by email at [email protected]. Please note that the return address (if you wish to request a refund) is different from the company address listed above. You can view that return address here: mzt48.com/contact.html
Googling that address reveals a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house near the ocean in Oxnard, California. The location is a residential address and does not appear to be linked to any other businesses, products, or services.
In any case, it doesn’t appear that MZT 48 maintains a corporate headquarters or large manufacturing facility anywhere in the United States.
Should You Use MZT 48 to Improve Cognition?
MZT 48 tells us its ingredients, but it doesn’t tell us the dosage of those ingredients. Typically, when a supplement manufacturer hides its dosage information, it’s because they don’t want you to know about a low dosage.
Making matters worse is that MZT 48 lists caffeine as one of its ingredients. Most people like to be careful about how much caffeine they’re putting into their bodies. Without this dosage information, we don’t know if MZT 48 contains a safe amount of caffeine – or if it’s a potentially dangerously high dosage.
Due to the lack of dosage information, clinical trials, and any scientific evidence, there appears to be little reason to pay $50 for a bottle of MZT 48.
