Never again will I be so stupid to think I am getting a free trial as described in the ad. I got a product that I did not want to reorder because it made my eyes water. This company automatically puts me on an auto ship for a product I did not want to reorder and they would not refund my money. I was told it was in their terms. They don’t tell you that in their free trial advertisement. For something that was suppose to be $4.95 it ends up costing $89.00 non refundable. It is a total scam in my opinion and the ad is very misleading. If I really liked a product I would reorder it on my own and ask for auto shipment. I don’t need a company doing that for me.
I foolishly missed the 14 day deadline and when I called to cancel the account, saying I would make the present payment but did not want future shipments, I had to argue and threaten before getting cancellation numbers that I hope will insure no more product. I don’t believe I received anything in writing with the samples, I save everything and don’t find a bill. I am reporting them to Consumer Affairs.
You are not getting a sample for a small amount of money but a month supply you have 14 days to try but pay about $100 for. If you don’t send it back, you are chargedfor that and the next shipment as well, which costs you $3 to return ship and $10 to restock.

I agree with all above!!!! This is the ultimate rip off!! I was charged $89.26 for NOTHING and when I called to complain the girl all but laughed and told me there was absolutely nothing I could do about the money, that no matter who I contacted I would not get my money back. How can this be legal? They know exactly what their doing and their sitting back laughing about it.

Same problem as the women above–AVOID this scam. I did not like either product to make matters worse. I truly believe the auto enrollment was not mentioned when I purchased the trial.
