From a young age, Katie understood the importance of staying fit. Though a heart condition sidelined her from sports as she was finishing high school, she got back in the gym after receiving a pacemaker/defibrillator and learned how to train with the help of this device.
From here, she realized she had a calling to help others find their own confidence and motivation in the gym. Since that time, she became a trainer working in a fitness facility.
She is now jumping into creating the curves we all want through training, while simultaneously developing a mind and soul to match the beauty created on the outside.
Her latest endeavor, BAKESHOP, is all about cake, her way of referring to the booty.
She believes everybody can create the body and life they want by adding layers – in this case, muscle, confidence, self-love, better food choices, friendships, and the wonderful things that life is made of, like Cake.
