I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. I was charged 15.00 more than I should have been …and started doing research. I am disputing the charges and requesting that they do not process the order or charge my card, and then I am cancelling my card. No time for this B.S. or a crappy product that does not work.
This company is an absolute scam. They take more money then advertised , for a product that doesnt even work and then start ripping you off with an auto shipping that you didnt even agree to. They are the lowest of the low… Spread the word around the internet about this company and what they are doing to people some of whom can least afford it. I feel so let down, had to cancel my credit card to get it stopped because they wont respond. They really need to be charged for the criminal activity.
I’m shocked to read all the comments. I just received my order, but got charged much more than it was adverrtised for. I wrote a couple of timed to cancel my order, but no reply. I just hope that was the last I got charged for. I will cancel my credit card if I have to. I’m disgusted with companies like that.
I ordered this and it DOES NOT work! Secondly, they give you the option of autoshipping or not when you do your original order. I chose the NOT AUTOSHIPPING as I wanted to see if it worked first. Well guess what. I received a second jar of crappy cream and they have taken money from my credit card without permission. I have sent an email to their customer care. Hi Dawn, I am in Australia too and like you I ordered it and I did not agree for a recurrent order, I only ordered for a one off so I could try and see what it was like then decide whether to order more.. I just disputed with my bank and I remembered I paid it via paypal and this time they took it out of my account and no record of it in my paypal account.. I have only just disputed it so I do not know how long it will take but surely with all this review something is bound to come out of it..
I have not been satisfied with this product. I have used the cream for 1 month with no results. The advertising is very miss leading. I was placed on a monthly auto ship for this product without my permission and my credit card was automatically charges. When I complained, I was told that I could return the cream but there would be a 30% restocking fee or I could keep the cream (that did not work) and they would refund half my purchase price. Dermatek does not work and the company will charge your credit again. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

However, I did go to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to see if there were any complaints (before I found this website) and I’m shocked that there are none. I first ordered the product at 29.99. I tool a look at my credit card and saw they were charing 39.95. I called and then changed the charge to 29.99. I told them after this order, I did not want anymore of their product. I e-mailed them telling them NO more product and they replied acknowledging this. Next month I received the product. I called them and had to speak to a supervisor. I disputed the charge on my credit card and had e-mails that showed I cancelled yet they charged me. I was credited the $39.99. I ordered dermatek mole remover didnt work after 3 weeks i mailed product back to there requested mail address waited 2 weeks called them there working on it 2 more weeks recieved the product i sent back refend in 7 to 10 days did not happen so i called ask for supervisor was told i was not getting a refund there bank had dropped them because of to many returns so the guarantee money back is crap.

Do NOT fall for this scam! First of all the stuff doesn’t work at all. Second, they start charging you for monthly shipments that were never authorized. I received my product yesterday and have not had the chance to try it yet, however, when I opened the package there was no instructions on what to do if you do not like the product or where to send it back to. I had an option to only order 1 rather than continue with shipments so I believe that I should not get another shipment unless I order it. Warning!!! Don’t order this product! I cancelled this product 1 hour after I ordered because they charged me 43.95 when they advertised the price as 29.99. I still got the product and they got 29.99. I sent another cancellation request. Next month I get the product and they are again charging 39.99. I have been scammed by this company. First it does not work
. Second I got an additional jar today and it seems I AM ON A FULFILLMENT PLAN TO GET ONE EACH MONTH. So far I have not been able to contact them to stop the shipments. Big mistake when I ordered from them.

Do NOT order this product! I don’t even know if it works or not but from this website, I was charged $55.34 instead of the $39.95 and I hadn’t even completed the order yet! The minute I X’d out of it because something didn’t seem right I got a call from my credit card company about a fraudulent purchase…I didn’t think I had to worry about it because I never confirmed the order, it wasn’t the amount I agreed to and I never got a confirmation email saying I purchased it.
