I truly believe this is a scam. I did have to cancel my old debit card that I used to pay the shipping charges for my ‘free trial offer’. There was no mention about a monthly subscription when I placed my order. Nor, did I rec’ve a confirmation of my order. So unfortunately, they got 2 payments of about $80 each, which completely sucks! This is unfortunately the kind of crap that we all must be more conscious of and continue to head the warning to future consumers.

When I ordered the Calypso Skincare Moisturizer they also added a product to my order that I did not request and debited my bank account for it. I immediately contacted their customer service and asked them to cancel my order and cancel the subscription for them to send my the product and debit my account in the future. They assured me that everything was cancelled and my account would be reimbursed for the charges. I am still fighting with them to reimburse the charges.
Call your bank, ask for their fraud unit. Change your bank account card that you billed this on, Cancel it and ask for a replacement, inform anyone else that you have auto payments to that your account has changed do to fraudulent charges. Make payments with new bank card. You can pick up a temp. that will help you out,
