Marian Harris, although no one refers to her as the ‘Cracker Queen’ one probably could. Starting at a young age in her family kitchen her love for baking ensued.
Marian was a young adult in the 1970’s and went on to open up what later became a successful bakery and deli in the Seattle, Washington area. She wanted to create a place that business and casual people could enjoy a delicious lunch at an affordable price.
Every Great Soup Needs a Cracker
With soup, being one of the best sellers, Marian knew she needed a perfect cracker to complement its simplicity. After outsourcing several different brands, she found that her own creation was the answer.
She found customers were not only enjoying them as an accompaniment to the delicious homemade soups, but were also purchasing them by the bagful to take home. These crackers are still sold at wholesale, to this day.
Marian enlisted the help of her son and daughter as the business continued to thrive. She later sold two (2) successful Seattle restaurants and decided that her passion was in baking, and in turn, crackers.
When Was Blue Star Farms Organic Crackers Founded?
In 1992, the company known as PARTNERS was founded. She was at home, and baked eight (8) different bags of crackers and distributed them as samples to local stores. Once she returned home, there were seven (7) different orders, and the journey began.
PARTNERS presently operate in the Seattle region in a 100,000-square foot operating facility, warehouse, office space and manufacturing. They currently employ more than 65 staff members and deliver the quality crackers across the United States, and Worldwide.

Flatbreads
Large crackers, thin and crisp. Ideal for soups and salads.
Available in two (2) different varieties, and six (6) different flavors. The original flatbread, one could say, where everything started, is available in toasted sesame, walla walla sweet onion and cracked black pepper.
The other three flavors are designed with the same great taste with less calories per serving. They also have 180mg of Omega-3, low in fat and zero sugars added. This variety comes in roasted garlic with rosemary, toasted sesame and everything and more.
Deli/Hors D’oeuvre

Available in three (3) different varieties, with three (3) flavors in each. The original PARTNERS gourmet deli crackers are cracker size, and come in flavors; roasted garlic and rosemary, olive oil and sea sale, everything and more!
The second variety is described as free for all the gluten-free line of PARNTERS. The non-GMO deli crackers are available in olive oil and sea salt, roasted garlic and rosemary, and olive oil and herbs. Snack Crackers
Small crackers, thin and crisp. Ideal for snacking.
These snack crackers also come in four (4) different varieties. The first being the gourmet line. Smaller cut crackers, great for dips, cheese trays, etc. They are available in five (5) flavors; traditional, black pepper, sweet inion, olive oil and herb, and olive oil and sea salt.
The next line is Wisecrackers, similar to the flatbread line of wisecrackers, they are low in fat and 340mg of Omega 3 per serving. They are available in roasted garlic with rosemary, spicy pepper, toasted sesame and everything and more!
The Free for all Kitchen – Gluten-free crackers. Same benefits in terms of size and ideal for party platters, they are available in olive oil and sea salt, roasted garlic and rosemary, and olive oil and herb.
Lastly, the All-American, butter crackers, sprinkled with sale and described as perfect on their own or accompanying dips, soups, cheeses, and more.

Sweet Treats
Gourmet, cookie crisps. Very crispy and light on the sweetness.
These sweet treats are available in four (4) varieties; regular and snack packs. The first are the chocolate vanilla swirl, and lightly lemon. These are lower in sugar than that of a traditional cookie and perfect with tea or coffee. These two (2) flavors are also available in snack packs!
The second category for sweet treats in the Free for All Kitchen Gluten-Free line. These delicious brownies thins include Dutch cocoa and five ancient grains. The flavor is described as double chocolate.
