Do not try this product unless you can afford to be charged just 2 weeks later 120.00. This company is not legit. They sent me products twice even though I called and told them not to. I sent all three products back and just when I think everything has been handled I get a charge for the product. I’m going to report them to every agency I can if someone at the company doesn’t refund my money. Huge waste of time and products are harmful to your eyes.
This sure is a scam, i was charged twice for shipping and called today because my card was charged $119.99 and i was under the impression that this product was free and i just had to pay shipping for it, WRONG this shit is ridiculous how people will scam you. I am going to get my money back one way or the other and they can have that serum back, had i known they were going to charge me after a 14 day trial i would never have purchased this crap. I also had a HORRIBLE experience with this product AND the customer service. This whole thing is a total scam. DO NOT order this product, DO NOT sign up for any kind of trial because once they have your information they will continue to bill you. I canceled my order on the 18th and they STILL sent me products after on the 21st and then told me if I didn’t want to pay I had to mail it back and that I had to pay for return shipping. This is not only a horrible product (it literally burned my eyes and I walked around with bloodshot eyes for a week until I discontinued it) but it is a scam. They say it is a “free trial product” and that you are only required to pay shipping… well, it’s only free for 14 days, then they charge you $119. So now, I’ve paid shipping two times (to get the product and then to send it back to the company) for something that is obviously not a safe product to be using in the first place. DO NOT ORDER THIS. Safe yourself the pain and trouble and get a prescription for LATTISE.
So I actually just called them to cancel and spoke to kimberly and she cancelled it but then accidentally charged my account for the full $119.00 after she said I can either keep the bottle at a discounted price or return it, so she said she will refund me the credit which might take up to 3 days to show up in your account. We’ll see about that, everything just seemed so fishy!

I’m very upset, I did not sign up for a trial and they just charge my card 119 dollars. The product makes my eyes burn and blood shot so I have only used it once. I called customer service, the guy was rude and not helpful. I said I’d send it back tomorrow but said I can’t I’m too late. What a scam, you put the trail info somewhere you know no one will read so you can make money.
They charged my credit card $118 on Oct 1st and another $134 on November 2nd n when I talked to them they claimed that I had signed up for the 14 day trial no I didn’t I know I made sure they said when I get the next bottle to send it back she gave me all the numbers I needed to write lol but I had already called my credit card to tell them it was fraud so I got my money back thank God!

They charged me $119.99 before I could cancel and when I got a hold of them they told me to send them the remaining product with a tracking number and when they receive it they would refund me…I haven’t been able to get a hold of them since. I’m having no luck with this 800 yet but I’m going to try again in the morning.
