Consumers should pay close attention to their very limited return policy as it has many stipulations that will need to be followed should you wish to return any items.

I found quite a few reviews from consumers that purchased items from the 4AllVitamins website and the positive reviews outnumbered the negative ones, but just, barely. Many consumers complained that the shipping time was extraordinarily long, and some reviewers stated that they ordered products, waited more than a week before the company notified them that they were out of stock and then had to wait several more weeks before receiving the items they had ordered.
Overall, the reviews were a mixed bag, with slightly more than 50% of consumers giving 4AllVitamins a 5-Star rating.

However, when looking at customer reviews, it seems that the company could more of an emphasis on customer service and ensuring that consumers are happy with the products they bought and the length of time it took to actual receive the items by various shipping methods.
Lastly, the BBB might not be the Holy Grail of retail stores, but it is hard to ignore such a low grade that was given to 4AllVitamins. A grade of D- doesn’t exactly instill a lot of confidence, but to be fair, the complaints filed against the company were in 2013 and 2014, with nothing negative for the last couple of years. Perhaps we can take away that the company is working harder to provide a positive customer experience and that the negative experiences are a thing of the past.
