22 Days Nutrition Review
22 Days Nutrition is a vegan food delivery service sponsored by Beyoncé that has now turned to creating an at home eBook so that you can make your own meals. Based on the idea that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, 22 Days Nutrition aims to mail Beyoncé-approved meals anywhere in the United States for about $200 per week with the service or you can purchase the 22-Day Revolution book for about $15 online.

What is 22 Days Nutrition?
About a year ago, Beyoncé and Jay-Z embarked on something called the 22 days nutrition vegan challenge. The challenge was recommended by Beyoncé’s trainer, an exercise physiologist named Marco Borges.
The challenge was based on the idea that it takes 21 days to make a good habit – or break an existing bad habit. So on the 22nd day, you get a fresh start. It was also an attempt to become a valid virtue and change the lottery-ticket mentality of a miracle pill (like forskolin).
Beyoncé and Jay-Z were so impressed with the program that they decided to partner with Borges to launch a food delivery service called 22 Days Nutrition.
That food delivery service delivers Beyoncé-approved meals to your home every week for about $200.
You don’t have to get vegan meals delivered to your door to join the 22 Days Nutrition “revolution”. The company has also released a book called The 22-Day Revolution which is officially written by Marco Borges with a foreword by Beyoncé.
That book contains “healthy and delicious” vegan recipes anyone can use to break their bad dietary habits and start living a healthier life.
In addition to the meal delivery service and the recipe book, 22 Days Nutrition sells a lineup of protein bars, energy bars, and protein powders.
How Does 22 Days Nutrition Work?
22 Days Nutrition is founded on the idea that vegan meals are the healthiest meals you can eat. Vegan meals are low in calories and packed with vitamins and nutrients.
While taking the 22 Days Nutrition diet, you can expect to eat between 1200 to 2000 calories per day – even when you’re eating regular meals and snacks. Vegan food is exceptionally low in calories.
The meals are low in proteins and carbohydrates. You can expect to eat things like mango, kale, and avocado salad for lunch.
You can also snack on 22 Days Nutrition protein powder smoothies and energy bars.
If you subscribe to the 22 Days Nutrition meal delivery service, you’ll find that meals range in price from $9.76 to $16.50 USD. All meals are 100% organic and free from gluten, soy, dairy, and GMO ingredients.
22 Days Nutrition Bars
The 22 Days Nutrition Bars appear to be quite popular. They’re vegan, organic, and free from soy, gluten, and GMO ingredients.
They’re designed to support a healthy lifestyle and encourage your weight loss goals.
Sample flavors include:
— Nut Butter Buddha Crunch
— Fruit Nut Karma
— Enlightened Pumpkin Seed
— Cherry Chocolate Bliss
Protein bars come in an assortment pack or a pack of four which contains one of each flavor. The best place to order the protein bars is online, although you can find an increasing number of protein bars appearing at health food stores and grocery stores across the country.
Wherever you order them, they cost about $3 per bar.

The Advantages of Going Vegan
One of the biggest selling points of the 22 Days Nutrition diet is “going vegan”. Dieters can enjoy considerable health benefits by adopting a vegan lifestyle. As explained by the official 22 Days Nutrition website, here are some of the advantages of adopting a plant-based diet:
It Helps Your Heart: According to a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, individuals on a plant-based diet have an average of 44% lower LDL cholesterol than those on a meat-based diet.
Because You Can Get Enough Protein: 22 Days Nutrition argues that plant-based sources of protein provide the full spectrum of essential amino acids to ensure a healthy body. By mixing up protein sources with nuts, seeds, fruits, and beans, vegans can enjoy the same nutrients and vitamins as meat eaters.
Because You Don’t Need To Take A Supplement: Many vegans take a supplement to ensure they’re getting all of their recommended daily vitamins and nutrients. However, the 22 Days Nutrition explains that it’s not necessary, and that those who carefully follow a vegan diet will get all of the vitamins and nutrients they need.
It Helps The Environment: One acre of land can produce 20,000 pounds of potatoes or just 165 pounds of beef.
22 Days Nutrition Protein Powders
In addition to energy bars, recipe books, and the home meal delivery service, 22 Days Nutrition sells a few different plant-based protein powders.
The protein powders are USDA-certified organic and non-GMO. They’re also made with organic superfoods and are 100% plant-based, vegan, and free of soy and gluten.
They come in three different flavors, including:
— Chocolate
— Vanilla
— Strawberry
You can order the powder in the form of a tub, where you scoop your powder into a smoothie every day. Or, you can buy the IFC-12 protein packs, where your protein comes in the form of a ready-to-mix packet.
Each serving of the plant-based protein powder contains 22 grams of protein.
22 Days Nutrition Vegan Challenge Kit
22 Days Nutrition also sells something called the 22 Days Vegan Challenge Kit. This kit is like a starter pack for the vegan lifestyle. It includes all of the following:

Now that you know a little more about the 22 Days Nutrition program, should you purchase and follow it? Lets see what some of the reviews on Amazon have said so far about the diet book.
Who Should Take 22 Days Nutrition?
It takes 21 days to break a bad habit and the 22nd day signals a fresh start. If you feel like you need a fresh start on your diet and exercise goals, then Beyoncé’s 22 Days Nutrition plan could be the right program for you.
If you’re considering the program, I recommend starting with the recipe book to get an idea of the kinds of recipes you’ll be eating. You don’t have to dive right into the $200 per week meal delivery service. You can cook most of the meals yourself quite easily.
Or, if you’re ready to learn how to be vegan and healthy, consider the 22 Days Nutrition starter kit to get an easy boost on your new lifestyle.
If you are just wanted to try certain products, you can find them on Amazon as well. See the link below.
I actually personally tried this “diet” at the beginning of the year, 2016, with my mom. She did/does not work out and works a hectic schedule. I am a nursing student with 2 jobs and manage to work out 5 days a week I bought the book because “why not?!” and was extremely impressed with the results. As I had mentioned, I work out and have always eaten healthy whereas my mother does not do any exercise nor eat very healthy. We both lost 30 pounds on the diet in about a month or so and managed to keep it off(even after beginning to eat “normal” again) Which was a HUGE shock to me being that I bust my butt every day and lost as much as my mother! BUT not only that, but also because I always ate healthy/worked out and then solely because of this diet I lost 30 pounds of fat I was having an extremely difficult time losing! We made the foods at home and we found them delicious ! Now this isn’t going to be the BEST food ever, you need to be open to new foods and flavors, but it is overall not bad tasting food, especially when you make it at home adding/subtracting seasonings to your liking. I spent $11 on the book. SAVED a ton of money on food! no one here is a “foney” or “scamming” you. This is a matter of a disciplined diet. YES, we had a few “cheat” meals or whatever you want to call them. No harm done aside from the tummy ache. But please people, don’t complain about pre packaged food. ITS ALWAYS NASTY. whether its a steak or lentils. It wont be as good as freshly, home cooked. Like I said, I didn’t pay a fortune. Nor did I dislike the food. Get off your high horses people and deal with the 22days of cooking your own damn food and staying away from McDonalds and other crap food. Doesn’t man going vegan, just be healthy and quit with the judgemental name calling.
what happened to the drink u was suppose to just drink and lose half yr weight scammers
exactly,…pull you in with a drink and then try and sell a 22 day nutritiopackage
This must be a hoax, Because this person is trying to get rich from what I have been reading
Sounds like the stuff you buy is not worth eating ,
I think you’d have to be crazy to buy vegan food from a woman who wears dead foxes, rides elephants and hires baby tigers for parties and from a man who stabs people and beats a girl for taking his picture. Vegan food is easy to make. All you have to do is go to a market and buy vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and grains. There are so many vegan websites full of recipes and a whole food plant based diet is healthy as well as ethical. It’s also way cheaper than eating meat and fish. You get plenty of nutrients, everything you need and way cheaper than this! This makes people believe that vegan food is expensive. It’s not! Just look up some great recipes and enjoy your health and a cruelty-free life!
and you save money by not eating meats. so expensive.
To all my supporters who have purchased my food.
Thank you for making me richer !!
Queen B x-o-x-o
ps: forget to tell you. Adherance rate is 0.2%
WTF??? Y don’t u simply tell the public ur only interested n taking their money an that ur business is a foney? U mite get more respect!
I happy that I didn’t buy anything food cause from these comments the food is terrible.
Realllllllly disappointed in the food! I’m so happy we only tried the 5 day 2 meal plan. We will Not be ordering again. Ever. Everything is so “mushy”, for lack of a better word. Do yourself a favor and cook vegan at home. Use the recipes in the book or find some delicious ideas on Pinterest. This is lacking fresh crunchy veggies and COLOR! Each meal is like eating plain over cooked oatmeal. Save your money and your tastebuds. I’m dreading the next 3 days of food:-(
Why not just follow vegan eating eliminating the prepackaged food . buy lettuce fresh, mix in morning chick peas , onion, small garlic, fish sauce , cilantro and let chill then at lunch make salad tortillas with mixture top off with Avocado tastes like a Tuna Fish Salad , or eat Ezikiel Bread toasted very delicious
If you are vegan, you could not use fish sauce on your meals. But, the rest of the salad sounds good.
This is the grossest most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. It’s gruel! I can’t
believe I spent actual money for this crap. The calorie count is very high so I
believe the only reason people are losing any weight is because they’re not
eating it. It’s completely inedible! I’m sure there is tasty vegan food out
there but this definitely isn’t it.
These prepackaged meals are disgusting. Beyonce should be ashamed of herself . Every time her name is mentioned my stomach turns just as it did thinking about eating these meals. If they served it at a prison there would be a riot. If they served it at a homeless shelter they would turn away and starve in the street.
The food is not easy to swallow. Very unappetizing. When we try and contact the company there phone is always busy. When we tried to cancel they said no. That we were supposed to do so before we had even received the meals. BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!
If Jay Z indorses it I want nothing do with he is only wanting to get richer and be that much more hateful. Boo to Jay Z
