Cerastim claims that its power lies in its six active ingredients. Those six active ingredients are found in a 450mg proprietary blend hidden within each capsule, so we don’t know the exact amount of each ingredient. However, here are the six ingredients listed on the product packaging:

— N-Acetyl L Carnitine
— Huperzine A
— Rhodiola Root

— L-Theanine

The ingredients listed above have been linked to cognitive benefits in different ways. Huperzine A, for example, has been studied for decades for its ability to boost memory. L-Theanine, which is found naturally in green tea, is also backed by similar concrete research.

Sulbutiamine, although not as well-studied as L-Theanine and Huperzine A, has shown significant focus boosts in early studies.

Rhodiola root and kava kava extract are the two least-studied supplements included in Cerastim. Other ingredients included in the supplement are Silica, vegetable cellulose, and rice bran, all of which are used in the delivery capsule.

Ultimately, most of the ingredients included in Cerastim are backed by concrete, scientific evidence.

So if you read a study saying that 150mg of Sulbutiamine led to significant memory and focus boosts, then you might not get the same effects with Cerastim because there may not be the same levels of Sulbutiamine.
