Cerastim Review

Cerastim is a new oral supplement that claims to boost your mood, focus, and memory using an all-natural formula. Find out if Cerastim is right for you today in our review.

What is Cerastim?

Cerastim is a health supplement that comes in the form of a capsule. You take one to two capsules every day in the morning to boost your memory, mood, and focus. It’s a blend of herbal extracts and amino acids purported to positively affect brain activity.

Cerastim was created by a company called Live Cell Research. According to the sales packaging for Cerastim, the company spent five years developing the supplement and studied “thousands of ingredients” during the process. By the end of all of that studying, researchers were left with six ingredients that had the best effect on memory, focus, and mood.

Researchers combined all six of those ingredients into Cerastim to create an “herbal and amino blend”. The product is targeted towards elderly people who have noticed their cognition decline over the years, or anyone who needs an extra mental boost.

How Does Cerastim Work?

Cerastim claims that its power lies in its six active ingredients. Those six active ingredients are found in a 450mg proprietary blend hidden within each capsule, so we don’t know the exact amount of each ingredient. However, here are the six ingredients listed on the product packaging:

— Sulbutiamine
— N-Acetyl L Carnitine
Huperzine A
— Rhodiola Root
— Kava Kava Extract
— L-Theanine

The ingredients listed above have been linked to cognitive benefits in different ways. Huperzine A, for example, has been studied for decades for its ability to boost memory. L-Theanine, which is found naturally in green tea, is also backed by similar concrete research.

Sulbutiamine, although not as well-studied as L-Theanine and Huperzine A, has shown significant focus boosts in early studies.

N-Acetyl L Carnitine, similarly, is an amino acid that has been repeatedly studied for its ability to improve memory problems – particularly in elderly people. L-Carnitine boosts blood flow throughout the body, including the brain, and is even used by bodybuilders as a preworkout supplement.

Rhodiola root and kava kava extract are the two least-studied supplements included in Cerastim. There’s been little high-quality research about the cognitive effects of either herbal extract, although there’s anecdotal evidence for both because they’ve been used by traditional healers for centuries.

Other ingredients included in the supplement are Silica, vegetable cellulose, and rice bran, all of which are used in the delivery capsule.

Ultimately, most of the ingredients included in Cerastim are backed by concrete, scientific evidence.

Unfortunately, Live Cell Research doesn’t tell us how much of each ingredient is included in the pill. So if you read a study saying that 150mg of Sulbutiamine led to significant memory and focus boosts, then you might not get the same effects with Cerastim because there may not be the same levels of Sulbutiamine.

If you’re concerned about what you put into your body and want to keep track of every single ingredient, then Cerastim may make you feel a little uncomfortable.

If you’re okay with trusting the manufacturer to deliver the right ingredients at the right doses, however, then using Cerastim won’t be a big deal.

How to Use Cerastim

The manufacturer recommends taking 1 or 2 capsules of Cerastim in the morning with a full glass of water and your breakfast.

Some users report that Cerastim keeps them awake when they take it in the afternoon.

However, some people enjoy getting an energy boost in the afternoon, in which case it may be okay to take your daily dose of Cerastim in the afternoon (just don’t blame us if it keeps you up all night!)
