Who is Jill Coleman?

Jill Coleman is a personal trainer and the founder of JillFit Physiques. She is a certified personal trainer with a master’s in clinical nutrition. She also has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, where she’s “done everything from compete in figure competitions, to run triathlons and half-marathons.”

Her personal training goal is that “less is more”. A short, high-intensity workout is better than a longer, low-intensity workout:

What Are the 36 Workouts Included in Treadlift?

Treadlift includes 36 full-length workouts, all of which are broken up by goal. The goals include:

  • 12 BURN workouts designed to help you burn fat
  • 12 BUILD workouts to boost muscle gain
  • 12 BOOST workouts to enhance cardio endurance

All workouts include a treadmill portion (which you can also do outside or on another cardio machine if you don’t want to use a treadmill) and a dumbbell-based weight training portion.

With BURN workouts, you hop on and off the treadmill to burn more calories. With BUILD workouts, you break up your cardio exercises with weights while focusing on individual muscle groups. And BOOST workouts focus on cardio endurance and simple strength training.

Across the 36 full-length workouts, you’ll find 65 weight training exercises. These weight training exercises are all described as “simple” with “no crazy equipment needed or access to barbells, kettlebells or weight machines.”
