Very poor customer service and they are very fond of story telling a lie. I have not yet receive my refund for more than 3 weeks of processing. They told me refunds works within 24 to 48 hours. Hopefully not 24 days to 48 days. Wake up Fuller Brush Company.

This is a scam. No company issues these kinds of prices for shipping prices and such cheap plastic $1.00 thing that doesn’t work, brushes hardly move, hand-thing is a joke. DON’T BUY!
This is a total waste of money do not purchase this product it does nothing that is advertised it doesn’t pick send up of hardwood floors it doesn’t go underneath tables or furniture the rotors make noise the whole time you use it in other words it’s a total scam I would recommend to anybody interested in this product to skip it

I got mine on QVC.com for $16.44, and I had colors to choose from. I also like the shopping was on $5. Search qvc.com for Easy EDGE sweeper and you’ll love it. I think it’s the original sweeper and probably the best.
Aside from the limitations of only working on hardwood floors, the company is gouging consumers on the “bonus” handheld unit. They charge $7.95 for shipping the sweeper, which probably weighs a couple of pounds and then they hit customers with another $7.95 shipping fee for the bonus handheld unit, which probably weighs a couple of ounces.
They should just throw in the handheld as a true free bonus or moderately increase the shipping to $8.95.
Another way to recoup their costs under the benefits of a customer bonus- really!
Nobody seems to actually have reviewed the product–only its advertising and claims. It does not appear to be a Fuller Brush product. They appear to have licensed the use of their name and probably get a commission for each sold unit. The hand cleaner is a required purchase with more shipping costs. This looks great but until some actual use reviews appear I am staying away.
The REAL original hard floor sweeper is sold on QVC.com since last year. The Easy EDGE LIGHTWEIGHT HARD FLOOR SWEEPER. And it’s only $16.44 with less s/h and colors to choose from. These guys are the knock offs. See for your self…
