MN Sports Roasted Iced Tea + Pre-Workout – Energy & Focus Aid?

on

MNSports is the brand name of a supplement maker that has pre workouts and roasted products based around coffee and coffee flavored beverages. They have several variants. You can get them in either Iced Coffee, Pre Workout or the two combined. They’re a fairly new brand so there are not a lot of reviews on the products.

What Does MN Sports Roasted Iced Tea + Pre-Workout Do?

From what I have researched, the products are quite unique and stand out from other flavored coffee blends. Apparently people are very happy with the fact that they’re products are so different They use coffee flavoring and actual coffee content in their products.

This is highly beneficial as many of the pre workouts on the flavor have a strong syrup taste or chemical aftertaste. It’s always good to have variety and these supposedly are some of the best tasting fitness supplements on the market to date.

A lot of people in the fitness world would prefer to drink coffee as their pre workout. So these products are highly desirable by a lot of people. Plus, they have other added ingredients found in many pre workouts but without the nasty aftertastes and weird chemicals. They’re designed to help with functionality in mind and to give the athlete the best support before getting ready to perform their sport of choice.

What Ingredients Are In MN Sports Roasted Iced Tea + Pre-Workout?

So what is in the MN Sports Roasted Iced Tea + Pre-Workout? It was actually hard to find a list of every ingredient, but I was able to locate a majority of the ingredients deemed most important by a majority of athletes and users of the blends.

Each scoop has about 220mg of caffeine. As far as I can see, this is about mid range as far as pre workouts go. And the caffeine source comes from two different places. One, the caffeine anhydrous in the coffee composes about 125 mg of the caffeine while the coffee itself makes up another 85 or so.

That’s a pretty good amount of coffee, enough for many people to get the jitters from if they don’t follow the supplement with a heavy hitting workout. It’s also ideal to have two different forms as it seems to create a more desired type of energy boost that is highly sustainable.

Beta Alanine is also in the blends. At 1500 mg per scoop it’s a standard dose of beta alanine. This is a great ingredients by many people’s standards. It’s one of the most proven ingredients for giving that body tingle. What it really does however, is lower the PH in the body and specifically the muscles so you can get a longer more energized workout.

It’s also one of the ingredients that stacks in your body and works better the longer you use it like creatine does. Usually the recommended dose is about 3 grams per day, and coming from two doses at 1500 mg is a good amount and highly convenient.

Creatine is another of the ingredients listed in the blend. And it goes at 1.25 mg per scoop. It’s one of the most studied and safest supplements on the market. It’s proven to help with strength, power and to give you the edge needed when the time comes. Personally I would have an alternate source of creatine as well because it needs to stack in your body and is supposed to be taken on a daily basis.

Lastly there is Taurine in it, this is comes in at about 150 mg per scoop. Which is considered fairly low by taurine standards. It should help a bit with focus by not much for longer needed workouts.

How Much Does MN Sports Roasted Iced Tea + Pre-Workout Cost?

The costs of the products vary. But each tub of either the roasted ice coffee workout costs about $35.00. And that is pretty standard for a pre workout. It’s actually cheap by many standards.

Since the pre workout has good reviews I imagine it’s a good price for a high quality product. You’ll likely get more than you paid for, but that is just a guess from reading reviews.

What Are the Pros and Cons of MN Sports Roasted Iced Tea + Pre-Workout?
