BrainStack
UnWind helps you gear down, while BrainStack helps you stay energized. BrainStack is Maven Labs’ energy, focus, and productivity supplement. It claims to increase neurotransmitters in the brain associated with focus, alertness, memory formation, and cognition.
The key ingredients include many of the same ones we see in other nootropic formulas. There’s 200mg of bacopa monnieri, for example, and 200mg of GABA. There’s also 175mg of Alpha GPC 50% and 120mg of L-Theanine. There are 60mg of caffeine in each 2 capsule serving of BrainStack – so the caffeine dose is relatively small compared to many other nootropics on the market.
Based on these ingredients, BrainStack appears to be a stack of proven cognition and mental energy boosters that can raise energy levels throughout the day. The ingredients are similar to other nootropics and energy drinks.
