In the business of designing innovative activewear, KINIS has developed this footwear for people at all levels of activity to enjoy. They are comfortable for those in every step of their personal fitness journey.

Why KINIS Shoe Socks?

Shoes weaken the foot and the ankle. This encourages poor form when lifting, running, stretching and walking. This can lead to injuries, and can limit your progress. With shoe socks, you will instantly be strengthening even the most minute muscles in your body, so you can safely and effectively gain everything you desire from your workouts. These shoe socks are for indoor use only.

NOMAD Design

After 18 months of perfecting the design, testing, and manufacturing process, the ‘NOMAD’ shoe sock was designed to include removeable foam insoles. This has made for an easy transition from shoes to barefoot exercises. This design features removeable pads. waterproof bottom, and no slip micro dot bottoms for your safety.

Lucy Design

The Lucy includes a design that can be worn for traditional exercise. It can be worn in a shoe, or for barefoot exercise.

The design features include:

  • durable polyester yarn
  • cushion support knit
  • arch support
  • antimicrobial treatment
  • moisture wicking abilities
  • a seamless toe with top ventilation
  • a Y-stitch heel that speaks to the quality and durability of the design

The polyester used in the Lucy socks, are chemical resistant, made of durable fabrics, won’t wrinkle and help prevent against mildew and other bacterias that can often find their way into socks, especially sport ones. This bacteria build up can often lead to bigger problems outside of odors and designing the socks to prevent this was of the utmost importance.

The nylon use in these socks are also strong and durable, and offer a resistance to chemicals, oils and other toxins. The nylon is also ideal for low moisture absorbency.

Lastly, the plastisols included in the design and fabrics is ideal for microbial resistance, superior strength and are biodegradable.

More About KINIS

The concept or ideal of KINIS was founded in the spring of 2016 and are track with their timelines to release the socks to the first round of backers as early as March 2018.

They have chosen to use Kickstarter as their platform because up until then, the founders on their own beliefs and conviction, invested their own money into these sport socks; Lucy and Nomad. Now, that they have perfected their design and the needs that come with the socks, they are ready to introduce them to the world.

Kickstarter seemed to be the best approach to reach the most people who can benefit from these socks.
