Ketones Body Pro Review
Ketones Body Pro is a new raspberry ketone weight loss supplement available as a free trial offer online. Find out everything you need to know about Ketones Body Pro today in our review.
What is Ketones Body Pro?
Ketones Body Pro is a weight loss supplement in which the active ingredient is raspberry ketones. Raspberry ketones are unique chemical compounds found in raspberries. They’re thought to encourage weight loss and suppress your appetite.
In addition to raspberry ketones, Ketones Body Pro contains green tea extract, apple cider vinegar, caffeine, kelp, and grapefruit. You take one to two capsules per day to complement a healthy diet or exercise routine.
Most raspberry ketone supplements made so far have been sold in America. Ketones Body Pro, however, has the unique distinction of being sold in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It cannot currently be ordered anywhere else.
Who Makes Ketones Body Pro?
Ketones Body Pro is made by a company called Body Pro Limited. The company lists its address as 15 Towcester Road in Old Stratford, Milton Keynes, MK19 6AN, in England.
At the company’s official website, BodyProLimited.com, you’ll learn that it’s simply an online advertising company whose slogan is “Delivering quality online advertising campaigns is our passion.”
How Does Ketones Body Pro Work?
Ketones Body Pro relies on two primary ingredients in order to work:
— Caffeine
— Raspberry Ketones
Ketones Body Pro contains 25 mg of pure caffeine as well as 50 mg of green tea extract, so it’s not quite as much caffeine as some of the other diet pills on the market. It also contains 125 mg of raspberry ketone formula.
Raspberry ketones are a natural compound that have been heavily promoted by Dr. Oz over the past few years. Raspberry ketones are thought to inhibit fat storage, which thereby helps you lose weight even by eating the same foods.
At the same time, raspberry ketones may suppress your appetite, which means you eat less. If you’ve ever had trouble maintaining a steady weight loss routine, then Ketones Body Pro may be able to help.
Here’s how the manufacturer of Ketones Body Pro describes the mechanisms of each pill:
— Raspberry ketones raise your body’s levels of adiponectin “to lower your percentage of body fat in a process called Lipolysis”
— Adiponectin is a protein hormone that controls the body’s metabolism. According to the manufacturer, “the amount of fat in your body is directly related to adiponectin levels.”
— Raspberry ketones raise levels of adiponectin in your body, which gives you a higher metabolism.
Benefits of Ketones Body Pro
Ketones Body Pro claims to offer all of the following benefits:
— 100% Natural Ingredients
— Fat Burning
— Increased Metabolism
— Higher Energy Levels
— Suppressed Appetite
Ketones Body Pro Ingredients
Ketones Body Pro comes with all of the following ingredients:
As you can see, raspberry ketones are the most prevalent ingredient, followed closely by green tea extract and caffeine. Ketones Body Pro should provide a mild stimulant effect. If you’re not a regular caffeine drinker, then you should consider splitting your dosage to just one pill per day to start.
The manufacturer doesn’t really explain why grapefruit, apple cider vinegar, and kelp are included in the supplement. It simply says “each of these health promoting ingredients has been traditionally used for weight management and to contribute to overall well-being.”
How to Buy Ketones Body Pro
Ketones Body Pro is only available online. You won’t find it in any store. If you’re ordering Ketones Body Pro online, you’re heavily pushed towards buying the “free” trial. Here’s how that free trial works:
— The trial lasts for 14 days
— You enter your name, address, and credit card number into the online form at the official Ketones Body Pro website
— Your credit card will instantly be charged £3.90 for shipping and an additional £0.95 for “shipment insurance” for a total price of £4.85
— You will receive your order within 2-4 days from DHL, Hermes, TNT, or Royal Mail
— 14 days after you ordered your Ketones Body Pro supplement, your credit card will be charged the full produce price, which is £89.78. You will also be automatically enrolled in the 30 day autoship program until you cancel.
— Every 30 days, your credit card will be charged £89.78 plus tax plus £3.90 shipping and handling and £0.95 shipping insurance fee for a total charge of £94.63
— You will continue to receive a monthly supply of Ketones Body Pro in the mail until you cancel
This autoship program can be extremely expensive if you never wanted Ketones Body Pro in the first place. If you tried out the free trial and didn’t like it, make sure you cancel and return the supplement within the 14 day period. Otherwise, your credit card is going to end up with hundreds of charges.
There are four packages of Ketones Body Pro from which to choose.
There’s the trial as well as the 1, 3, or 5 bottle packages for the following prices:
— 1 Bottle: £89.78
— 3 Bottles: £179.56
— 5 Bottles: £269.34
Orders can be shipped anywhere in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.
Who Should Use Ketones Body Pro?
Raspberry ketones haven’t demonstrated great weight loss evidence in clinical testing performed to date. They’ve shown mild fat burning and appetite suppressing effects – although neither of these effects is enough to help you lose a significant amount of weight on their own.
With that in mind, Ketones Body Pro is most effective when you combine it with a healthy diet and exercise routine.
The good news about Ketones Body Pro is that the ingredients are clearly listed on the packaging. The bad news is that the supplement comes with a steep price tag and tries to lure unsuspecting customers into a scammy autoship program. Aside from those two problems, this is a genuine raspberry ketone supplement that promises to help anyone lose weight.
FIRST AND FOREMOST: do NOT have anything to do with this organisation.
Second, FEAR NOT. They are in breach of so many consumer and commercial laws that they do not have a leg to stand on if they seek to take you to court.
Third, if you find they have taken money from you, get in touch with your bank or card company immediately. I expect they will find you sympathetic.
Is it a scam? Without being libellous, let us say that pretty much anyone could be forgiven for thinking so, after reading the accounts of people who have been unfortunate enough to encounter this bunch.
I have investigated this company, after hearing something about it, and ordered Ketones Raspberry and Green Coffee. As with everyone else, the offer was for a free trial, with auto-renewal thereafter. Anyway, as soon as I was advised that the pills had been despatched I got on the phone to my credit card company and told them that no more payments were to be taken from the account and that any attempt to do so was to be regarded as fraud. They were a bit lackadaisical at that point but the fact that I made contact was important – more later.
I tried the various numbers I was given by Body Pro – none of them worked. Four of them, all told, and none worked. It is impossible to cancel any order within the parameters that they apply.
Anyway, despite my instructions to the card company, 2 payments of £89 were taken from my account. I got onto them straight away and was put through to Disputes. They said they would listen to the recording of the conversation – and they did, and they wrote to me by email to say they were refunding the money and would block all future attempts by this company to get payment. Yippee!
Body Pro then wrote to me by email to say they were about to send me more. I told them how happy I was to hear from them as I could now tell them that the subscription was cancelled. They would get no more money from me.
I then heard variously from Rudy, Manager; Rose, Agent; and Michael, Manager. I don’t know if they are all huddled together for warmth at 15 Towcester Road, Old Stratford, Milton Keynes, MK19 6AN, which is their registered head office, but you never know. Have a look at it on Google Street View. It’s a shabby-ish semi-detached house with pebbledashed walls, the last on the left before Mounthill Avenue, when heading north. There’s a public phone box on the verge at the end of the drive.
They tried to get me to sign a ‘cancellation template’ that would authorise them to take £180 from my account. I amended it to remove any and all phrases that would be helpful to them and I sent it back. They offered me a 50% discount. I said no.
I also advised them that they are in breach of the Sale of Goods and Services Act, Trading Standards, Distance Selling regulations, Inertia selling and the Unfair Contract Terms Act. They seem to know so little about any of these that I came to the conclusion that they are not British. I thought they might be based in the USA – but they aren’t.
Guess what?
The sole listed director is one Tibere Cedric Jacques Pey of 502/21 Havelska, Prague, Czech Republic. Although he seems to have another address at 1st Floor, Woodberry Grove, Finchley, London, N12 0DR.
I have told them that if they wish to pursue me through the courts they are welcome to do so, and that I and, I’m sure, many other people will be delighted to see their business model subject to close scrutiny in a Court of Law. I have also told them that all future communications are to be in writing, by surface mail. They have my address – it’s where they sent their rubbish pills.
Do not be afraid, don’t worry. This is a clumsy operation and you really can’t be held to account for it. Just get in touch with your card company and get them to refund whatever has been paid already and block any future payment requests from this lot. Or any other suspicious payment requests.
Best wishes to all.
This is totally ILLEGAL! These people are crooks/criminals.
I read the terms and conditions and realised, I’d need to cancel early if I did’nt want to continue. Luckily for me the Colon cleanse tablets made me ill. I had intense intestinal pain, cramping and diaorhea from day one. so after a few days it was clear it was their crap product that was to blame. i phoned them after a few days, well within the trial period and told them their product was faulty and potentially dangerous. Rather than refunding my postage costs, they told me I had to post it all back at MY COST!!
Thats the illegal part. But it’s even worse!! Even though they ship from the UK and ave a UK base I was told I had to ship to Cypress at my cost and if I recall wanted insured or signed for postage at my cost!!
I expect the debt collection agency is a subsiduary of these criminals and so also criminals. We all need to bring this company down. I’ve also received thousands of emails from the USA recently that I can’t stop.No matter what I do to unsubscribe it doesn’t work any are physing scams. I believe this company which is based in California is behind this too as it coincided roughly with the debt collection letter.
So I did everything I was supposed to do weeks ahead of what was required, had faulty or dangerous product, was told I couldn’t return in the UK, had to pay premium postage and insurance. I said NO! Got in touch with Nat West credit cards. Was reconnected to fraud department, they were aware of this company and practice and refunded me the £69 or whatever I’d been charged. Said they would take legal action against the company and sent me a new credit card to prevent this fradulous and illegal company from charging me again. I still have the product here. They can come and collect anytime as long as the Police are here to protect my safety. Mafia related business??
They have appeared on TV a number of times and been exposed. Can’t believe they haven’t been shut down yet. They will. Don’t pay! We should look towards getting damages for the stress involved against both them and the debt recovery agencies. please copy and share this. I will be sending it to the debt recovery agency involved Goldmann Reeves LTD next week.
I suggest you do too and get in touch with your MP, Your Bank, and the fair trading agency. This has to stop!
Innocent and vulnerable people around the world have been duped out of hundreds of pounds/Dollars/Euros etc.
Don’t worry you won’t have to pay! Don’t Pay!!
regards Martin
I was able to get through to someone today at ketones. I didn’t realise I could get so cross!! I said I did not know I had signed up for anything her reply was we ASSUME our customers know this. I said its a disgrace no one attempted to contact me before going straight to a debt recovery agency “we tried to take payment out of your bank ONCE and it was declined” (thank god for bad credit)”we TRIED to email you” hilarious a supposedly reputable company cant send a basic email. I told her this was illegal “oh no mam we are trading legally in the UK” when I started mentioning the trades description act and trading standards she couldn’t even string a sentence together! “is there anything else I can do for you today?” yes remove my details from your records I am not paying anything. All I got was “its in the hands of the recovery agency now” what snakes!
I have also received these emails and not sure what to do about it I emailed back twice and tried to call but the number doesn’t go through to anyone.
I don’t know what to do. Reluctant to just pay it but also don’t want them doing what they are threatening in the emails.
I had one email of confirmation when ordering the products. Nothing since other than the debt recovery email and no more of the product so essentially iv paid for a subscription but only had it once on the initial free trial?
Any advice what to do??
What did you do about the debt recovery agency? I’ve had the same emails and I don’t know what to do or who to go to? It’s a disgrace people would do this!
I keep getting emails saying that “We act on behalf of Body Pro Limited. According to their records, your account with reference Ketones Body Pro Trial has an outstanding amount of 107.78 GBP.” i never agreed to anything but the trial and never read any information about extra payment i am a student and can’t afford to pay this do i have to pay them back I don’t understand how me wanting to try to loose weight has needed up so bad
I signed up for the ‘free trial’ i was carefull before ordering to check for small print guess what couldnt find any, nothing in the confirmation email either. I checked on the website couldnt find any terms and conditions. I thought everything was fine. Six months later I received two emails from a debt recovery agency. One about the keytones the other about the green coffee saying I owe £107.78 and i have 3 days to pay!!!!! I assume from the emails they want me to pay 107 for each product. I have tried to contact bodypro or whatever they’re called and I cant get through. I have also contacted the recovery agency saying I owe nothing. If I had signed up for a subscription surely I would have received more tablets, contract and monthly statement. Im going to my bank tomorrow to close my account just incase. Can they really do this?
They took money out of my credit card. Called credit card co. Put it in to fraud.
This company took $ out of my bank acct without my permission. I don’t even know who they are. I tried to call the phone number and it’s been deactivated. I want my money back in my acct.

I hope this helps you in your future life.
My Father has just been scammed by this. The guy has worked every day of his life killing himself to make a living and these criminals have just ripped £380.85 out of his bank account under the name ‘Lemon Way’. Contacted them and spoke with a ‘Debbie’, a ‘Rose’, a ‘Bob’, and a ‘Jonathan McGuinness’. After reading this site I called them back and told them I knew it was a scam and they literally started laughing at me teasing me about it. ABSOLUTELY LIVID. They are trying to get my Father to sign a template email, and directing all financial issues to the manager – a ‘Michael Walsh’.
Criminals.
I too have had a transaction intercepted by my bank relating to Lemon Way. I have called Body Pro to complain about this matter and the fact that, though they hide behind their terms and conditions, as the purchaser I have to initiate a cancellation after 14 days otherwise I am, and have been, charged the full amount all feels like a scam. They have only agreed to a 50% refund of my charges. Great product unfortunately tainted by spurious method of marketing
Just had nearly £ 200 taken from account they use another name of a third party to do so the name comes up as Lemon Way
Tried to contact the supplier and guess what never available
This document is a true copy of the terms and conditions applying to all Ketones Body pro offers.
I see no terms and conditions there. A legitimate Trading Standards officer would have noticed that. Have a nice day :)
Anybody using the phrase freemium business model on this forum are probably from the scammers.
The word freemium is a combination of the words free and premium.
It describes a business model in which you give a core product away for free to a large group of
users and sell premium products to a smaller fraction of this user base.
A well known example of a freemium business model is Skype which provides free computer to computer calling and sells premium products in the form of voicemail, conference calls and world wide connection.
They do not operate on the freemium business model. And ate scammers. Where is the large group of people which have had the product for free?
To the moderator, these scammers are posting false posts on your forum. The prey on the vulnerable and are trying to use scare tactics to keep their scam going longer. I have replied to some of the posts on here which are definitely the scammers please allow them and let your readers see what kind of people they are. They scammed my girlfriend and she has been in tears about some of the things she has been threatened with. I just feel that some people who have been scammed by this may not have the support to realise they are fraudsters and continue to be bullied into giving them money.
These people are definitely scammers their is no point trying to email them to try to resolve your issues. The people you talk to via email cannot speak English and are just working from templates and copy and paste the same things over and over again. When you try to speak to them about certain things they come back with emails which are nothing to do with what you were talking about. They suggest you are the fraudulent one to scare you, they try to get you to resend a cancellation email which if you do it basically implies you agreed to their conditions which were not listed when you sign up. Don’t worry if you did resend this as it will not stand up in a court of law. And if you still want to resend it as you are scared. Just add on the top the words ‘without prejudice’ which means it cannot be used legally against you. They still have the cancellation confirmation from you so know your wish to cancel. They will email you back saying to resend it without that sentence. Don’t bother. I would recommend you just stop any further payments for this company with your bank and stop emailing them. And please don’t worry about any consequences which will come from non payment as they cannot take you to court. It’s all scare tactics to get more money from you. I think the name and adress of the guy behind this scam has been mentioned in this forum before so hopefully this scam will not be round for much longer. Also please be aware of any other fat burning pills on the internet. Think of it this way, if there were such a miracle pill to help loose weight you would see it in national news. It would be bigger than viagra for example.
Don’t be scared of their threats and don’t give them any more money.
My apologies I also forgot to add that they can’t seem to do simple math. I got a confirmation email stating shipping £5.85 ship insurance £0.95 Total £7.75???? I’m not a mathamatican but that comes to a total of £6.80 doesn’t it. Thats when the alarm bells started for me and I contacted the “company” to point this out but no matter how I tried to explain it “olivia” just could not seem to comprehend what I was saying and repeatidly sent me the same email stating the exact prices and total from the original email. I asked many times to correspond with a different “agent” this was completely ignored. Eventually I got an email from “irish” ammending the price. Its very clear to me now that they are scammers and I just hope that my experience will help any other innocent, vulnerable person from falling for this. Good luck to all the genuine people on here who have also been scammed :)
This discussion clearly has some of the crooks posting in it for damage control. Anything good about them on here or standing up for them are actually them. Their grammar and spelling are the same as the emails you get from them. Anybody still labouring under the delusion that it is not a scam should think again. My girlfriend fell into their trap but is now sorted. Just cancel any payments from the company with your bank. And to be honest that’s all you need to do. They is no lawful contract In place with them and they will not do anything about it. They will not take you to court as it will out them as crooks and when they threaten that someone will come round next week to collect the money that you owe them, they will not. This is just a scare tactic. It’s funny, this is the last thing they said to my girlfriend however they haven’t actually said how much she alledgedly owes. So some company thinks that you owe them money they have not disclosed how much, haven’t sent any letters and then inform you by email that someone will be round next week. Yeah right cos that’s legal in itself! Everything they do are illegal. When my girlfriend got them she took delivery on the Monday, realisted it was a scam and tried to cancel on the tuesday/Wednesday. They then told her that the 14 day trial was up. after 2 days? They said that it’s from the day you order then didn’t send out the stuff for 2 weeks. Luckily she realised before they took any money from the bank and was able to block them before they did. I cannot help any of you where they have taken money out and don’t know how you would get it back.
But if your reading this its because you have fell for it the same way my girlfriend did, just block the company with your bank, and forget about them, they cannot do anything lawfully to get more money from you. Ignore their threatening emails as it’s all scare tactics. And you should ignore all positive things about them on this forum as it’s them posing as customers or organisations who have had dealings with them. For example trading standards. Trading standards will not get involved in posting on forums and divulge information of cases they have looked into. They just don’t do it.
My name is Mark Walker, I am working for trading standards for more than 10 years already and we have received a lot of complains and needed to investigate Body Pro regarding their freemium business model activities.
This company is actually dealing with legal trading and we will need to make it clear for you:
They use a freemium business model to advertise their products and this is completely legal.
A risk free trial has nothing to do with samples or free products. It simply gives the ability to try a product for a given period of time before it will charges for its actual retail price. At Body Pro, they offer a 14 day risk free trial only for products that cost about 90 pounds.
If you’re not fully satisfied with the supplements, you are required to contact their customer service at [email protected] to cancel your subscription by requesting a RMA number to send back the products.
If you are out of your trial period (14 days after the initial order date) and did not understand the offer, you can claim a LDA (Late discount Authorisation). They usually give up to 30%! But they cannot refund if you are out of this trial period as they have to respect their own agreement not to let any customers using their services with some fraudulent methods to receive and keep a products without paying for it.
Everything is clear in their terms and condition and they request an agreement through a thick-box tool which a legal online agreement.
More than this if you were not canceling and not paying for the products, you will face a debt and the due amount without any discount will be forwarded to their fraud department that will investigate until they take the matter further with a debt collection agency that will be responsible for taking legal actions agains a “fraudster” or a “debtor” in order to collect the outstanding debts.
If a customer will fraudulently agree on a chargebacks with their banks by disputing a valid transaction, Body pro will also take legal actions and fight against such customers. They Monitor IP addresses legally thanks to some 3rd party companies and are able to prove it in front of a court.
If you were experiencing some issues with this company, We would like to inform you that many lawyers are responsible for customer disputes every day and it won’t be a good idea to go for a dispute with them. It is much better to claim Late discounts or find arrangement with them directly.
Have a nice day!
Mark Walker
I think you are a liar. Your grammar when you write sounds exactly like the crooks working for body pro ltd. Its the same grammar used in a few of these posts. In addition (sound familiar, I too am the same person you have heard from before or at least have been advising a “customer of yours). ‘if you am’ working for trading standards and you have had a lot of ‘complains’ (if your going to scam English speaking people, learn how to speak English you moron) you would not be divulging any cases you have been working on for trading standards. You are clearly the crooks trying to do a bit of damage control. Furthermore. I’ve already explained to you that monitoring IP addresses is illegal in the way you have suggested you do. Basically you can monitor them for information only. I.e. demographics (you may have to Google translate that word) marketing and things like that. When you combine that IP address with personal or sensitive information i.e. names adresses. Or any information to build a case it then becomes illegal due to privacy laws. Look it up! I could go on and rip holes out of everything you do but I’ve got better things to do.
I don’t intend to listen to anything they say! I also have not seen any evidence of “good customer service”
If that worked for certain people then I’m pleased it has been dealt with to your satisfaction. I however will be taking the advice from my solicitor. My partner also had the solicitor from his company read through all emails between myself and this so called company and he actually laughed.
As well as reporting this to Trading Standards, Ofcom and The Inland Revenue I would suggest everyone who have been scammed by this vile “company” also fill in a online fraud report at fraud.org and also file a complaint with the F.T.C.
This bunch of FRAUDS(if it is infact more than one person using several names) need to be stopped.
I will admit at first I had myself chewed to bits but after getting legal advice from two repuatable legal profesionals I’m not worried about it at all.
Their emails are just ridiculous with the spelling mistakes(must have a fantasic army of lawyers to check those) they can’t even calculate a price correctly.
They clearly just copy and paste the same emails over and over.
I for one plan to continue collecting evidence against these thieves and hope they send me a court summons.
They know my wishes on the matter if they choose to ignore them that is their problem not mine.
I also will be logging anymore emails from them as harrassment.
On two accounts they have admitted to conducting illegal activity which has also been logged.
My bank knew straight away what I was going to tell them when I rang to block this “company” they have aparrently recieved a lot of phonecalls reguarding the same thing and as far as I am aware are also looking into these low lives.
My advice to people would be to AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
If you have been conned like myself and 100s of others phone your bank immediately to have a block put on, cancel your card and speak with the fraud department. And file complains with everyone.
I also intend to contact watchdog and send them all the evidence I have found about they way the conduct a so called buisness.
I have fallen foul of this company too. unfortunately I paid the postage for the ‘free bottles’ with a credit card. then to my horror when I got the statement a few days ago I saw that they have paid Body Pro £165 pounds . I rang the credit card and they have put a stop on future payments to this company and I have emailed the company to cancel the subscription that I did not take out. I asked for a full refund. I spoke on the phone to Bo Trench who said he would send my request to the billing dept. which is probably the chap sitting next to him at the desk!! they have refused to give me my money back. I replied that I will report them to trading standards and got an abusive and threatening email back today. this I have sent on to the credit card company and I have reported the whole sorry tale to Watch Dog. I have now found this discussion and thought I would join in. I refuse to let this drop. I would never have bought products at such inflated prices or signed up for a subscription. I cannot afford to lose my money. I am on a pension.
Ketonepro, have conned me too. I took on the FREE TRIAL ONLY PAY FOR THE POSTAGE and the tablets are yours. Then 2 weeks later £95.00 is taken from my account. I ring up the bank to complain what’s happened who then block my card only for it to happen again a week later for £89.00. They used a different name getting the money this time… Crafty.
Now that say for me to return the goods and that will give me a percentage back on the condition. The tablets when they arrived to me on January 12th have an expiry date of 02/16 on the lid!!!! Also they want me to pay to send them back and charge me £20 for their inconvenience.
What should I do?
Please help
Regards,
Dave
My name is Paul, I am a layer and I know this case perfectly. I personally believe that it is a very bad idea to dispute the charges with your banks. It can finally cost you even more! The company considers chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of services because the customers could always purchase and dispute to get a product for free. Remember that the retail price of their products is expensive enough to consider such dispute as a tentative of stealing.
According to my experience, they have plenty of lawyers disputing for them every day and they have everything well planned. I was conducting an investigation as I needed to help a customer retrieving her “money” but they finally won because the contract is clearly available on every page the way it should.
Moreover a risk free trial by ethnology is really a freemium business model allowing customers to get something for free for a period of time only. It is always starting from the initial order date and after its termination, it charges for a retail price according to an established online agreement.
So, my client and myself lost the case, but the worst is that my client received a complain from her credit card issuer, the bank gave back the fund to the merchant and my client even paid a fine for disputing fraudulently.
Hi Paul or is it Alexander? Are you a lawyer or a liar? I think the latter. If you are a lawyer and you can’t spell your profession correctly it poses the serious question if you should be a lawyer at all. Also what are you doing wasting your time on forums standing up for these bunch of muppets when you can be earning more money doing your job. I think you are a liar and are actually one of the muppets involved in the body pro scam. And you are just trying to do some damage control!
To the moderator of this forum, some people are lying on their posts which is against your rules these are people from the scam itself and are still trying to dupe and scam vulnerable people who the have scammed already. They are trying to squeeze out as much money as they can. I may have posted a few things myself towards these liars which you may think you should not show. I would ask you to allow my posts so people realise that they are liars and also keep their post on your forum as it shows the lengths these people go to keep the scam going.
A freemium business model is where the company gives away free product or services to a large number of people and charges a small number of people a premium for extra services on top of the free stuff. It is not a product for free trial then charged after the trial period. You are mistaken. If you were a lawyer you would know this. I believe you are one of the con artists trying another scare tactic!!!! People blasé be aware of anyone trying to stick up for these scammers.
I did order a free trial thinking it was a free sample and my bank told me to dispute the charges. If your bank will tell you this, do not make the same mistake as i did. I have disputed the transaction but I finally lost the case and I had to pay for a dispute fees of 30gbp and also received an alert from Visa.
Ordered the free trail of ketone body pro and cleanse body pro on the 15th, after they arrived I then researched about this product and the company, which is today. I contacted my bank straight away telling them to block any more transactions and if money is still being taken out my bank would refund the money. However, I also emailed the company, after I contacted the bank, asking them to cancel my account and anymore products that would be sent to me. They have asked for the products back and had said they would need £4 for full cancellation (£2 for each bottle). I had said in the email that I have contacted the bank to block them which then led the representative to ring me telling me to do a wire transaction from my bank to theirs for the £4. With this said, I don’t believe that I should pay the £4 but I know I would have to if I want the cancellation to take place. I was wondering if i would need to pay since they cannot access my bank account any longer?
Ive done exactly the same but they wont confirm an address for me to send back the unused products or the rpa number. They also wont confirm my cancellation as I wont pay the £90 as they said I was over the 14 day trial period. I recieved the goods on the 20th and requested everything be cancelled 2 days later. After finding out they are con artists. Now they are saying I have committed fraud and are monitoring my activity and ip address. I’ve told them if they believe I have breached any contract I am more than happy to have it go though the courts and let a judge decide. I stupidly ordered the goods from an ad on the internet and never ticked any terms and conditions box but I can no longer find the ad and there is one on their website. They are a bunch or crooks and bullies who have been very clever. I am in the process of reporting this so called company to ofcom, trading standards and inland revenue. I am closing my bank account as they continue to steal money from you under different names and the bank cant block those unless they know the name they use. I blocked my bank account from them before they could take any more money other than the postage I agreed to pay on the ad. I hope these fraudsters are brought to justice as they are conning innocent people out of money. I dont know how they sleep at night!
I suggest you to listen to what they say because they actually provide a good customer service. They just give too much importance to their terms and conditions… and i am sure than you don’t want them to deal with their fraud department.. they have an army of lawyers that can make a lot of troubles… I know exactly about what i am talking about.. Just listen to them and ask them to really find a solution for you…
I don’t intend to listen to anything they say. I’m taking the advice of my solicitor. I hope they do intend to take me to court as the evidence against them is piling up. If it worked for you fair enough but I intend to fight them all the way. They have admitted to me via email of doing things that are illegal.
Hi sue you work for body pro ltd you are lying.
you can claim a free cancellation.. The company understand such situations and they might give you a free cancellation. Just ask Rudy, He is the manager and he will be helping you with this issue!
How do I contact them
Don’t pay anything else to them they are crooks
I have literally just signed up to this “free” trial. by doing this i huv been locked into automatic monthly payments of £89 (or in my case where I ordered 2 different products, monthly payments of £179!!!). You can apparently cancel within 14days of signing up by sending an email but my trial period was already finished so i have been charged. They have offered a late discount and i finally decided to continue with the monthly program as the products really help me lose some belly fat.
I have also had a negative experience with this company, about 90 pounds was taken from my account but this is my fault because i did not read the terms and conditions. They have understood my situation and provided me with some partial refund that i have accepted.
Next time I will be smarter and double check what I am signing up for.
I did order a free trial thinking it was a free sample. But this was my mistake and their customer service help me a lot to retrieve some money by offing some late discounts! You can request it at any time for your last supplies! simply use their email
Do not make the same mistake as i did. I have disputed the transaction but i finally lost the case and i had to pay for a dispute fees of 30gbp and also received an alert from Visa.

Scammed too.. Had a loud angry chat to a Lydia Jones but my £89 will not be refunded. Anne Robinson?
I too have had £89 ripped out of my account. This is one big scam. I phoned as my bank alerted me to the fact they thought I had been scammed, to no avail, speaking to a Lydia Jones who just talked over me, and no, I won’t get my money back.
I have just had £89.78 ripped out of my bank account from this shameless organisation. Upon phoning they said I had gone over the 14 day trial (apparently by 1 day) and a terms and conditions document was then sent to my email address, which I hadn’t seen before. I have cancelled my card too. Bastards! Anne Robinson? Something must be done before anyone else is duped.
People just need to stop thinking they can get something for free and accept to pay…
Returning these tablets even if they work it’s the horrible way customers are being tricked.they need to be shamed in papers and news!! Watch this space
I have literally just signed up to this “free” trial today! I wish I saw this website before I did. I’ve been back onto Ketones Body Pro’s website and unfortunately it’s true. You’re locked into automatic monthly payments of £89 (or in my case where I ordered 2 different products, monthly payments of £179!!!). You can apparently cancel within 14days of signing up but the phone number on the website doesn’t work and the email address they provide just bounces back. I have called my bank and cancelled my card immediately. If you’re signed up to this trial, make sure that you do the same!!!
Like a plum same here, tried to return on 5th day number doesn’t work only gives terms on page alarm bells went off, went bank spoke to fraud and they cancelled my card, really helpful even said they were going to look into this company !
this is a stupid idea! you really do not have to do this! they do not have access to your credit cards data. They use processing softwares for this.. however being cleaver will be to ask them to simply cancelled and if the lines are busy to send an email!! email is actually better than a call because you will have the date recorded and for sure someone responsible for replying!
I fell for the free trial also , as it was late coming I emailed them and michael told me they’d been despatched I received them yesterday, a little worried about taking them I googled the product, I couldn’t believe all your emails about the scam, I emailed michael straight away and asked if this was true !! And told him I’m not happy about what I have read and not to take any further money out of my account, he hasn’t replied as yet, I phoned my bank and they knew exactly what I was going to say, they have took all details and are going to block payments, if by mistake the bank allows money to be transferred they will reimburse me as I have reported it, I have emailed Michael stating that I have spoken to my bank and asking him to confirm my instructions and does he want me to return the tablets, as yet he hasn’t replied, I got the offer of the daily mail site, why do they allow this to happen without warning people, good luck to you all but don’t give in to them there making loads of money by scamming people.
I too have been conned by this company. I came back from holiday in May to a parcel of more tablets that I didn’t order and 3 payments of £89 and one of £93 taken from my account. I too could not get through on the phone. I managed to find an email address. They said I could cancel and order and post the un opened tablets back with a unique code! I did all this. I also contacted my credit card company and told them not to make anymore payments.
I received June’s credit card statement and I have had no refund. I emailed the company again but they were just not interested! Sent me the terms & conditions of the FREE trial.
They are saying they will only refund 50% which is not acceptable. And will only do the cancellation from June!
This is a complete scam and I too will be contacting trading standards.
The tablets are rubbish too!
Absolutely disgusted with tried to get in touch not to continue with this product but inly got back in touch with me when they took 89 pound off me fuming do not use
I received a message today that money was going to be taken out of my account tomorrow. Did not work for me so how can I prevent this happening. Can’t afford this as I was made redundant recently. If I p
Emma if you haven’t done so yet please go to your bank and speak to fraud from their phone, your card will be compromised without your permission, I told mine if they didn’t help I would close my account they wanted to put temporary ban on this company but I was worried once it was lifted they could still try each month so they put me through to fraud and I explaind again what was happening and he was so helpful, he cancelled my card immediately and issued me a new one and also said he will look into this company, hope this helps.
Hi i have payed to this by my debit card how do i get my money back, will get on to my bank ASAP, but like a lot of others i fell for it & like you all i can’t afforded it, am a widow 74 years on a low income. They wont lock en up & made to pay all the money back to us all from a very upset & anger lady Brenda
Supplemental…
I have no reason to suspect that Body Pro is in any way connected with a message I received on my cellphone yesterday, purporting to have come from my credit card company. The message asked me to rate how the Dispute department had handled my complaint, and to do so by replying to a text message with a number from 1 to 5.
To be fair, I was pretty happy with what the company had been doing so I pressed 5 and ‘send’. The Phone then popped up and told me that I would be charged for the text and did I really want to send it? So I said no.
I have contacted the card company and asked if it was them, really. No reply as yet but it seems odd.
Anyway, as I said, absolutely no evidence or indication that this particular attempted scam was anything to do with Body Pro whatsoever. None at all.
Thank you for your comment it helped me a lot, so they were not able to take any money from me.
Thank you again!
I am calling them and they wont answer but have emailed me their page with terms and conditions, absolute con artists…bank cant do anything apart from stop further transactions. I have replied to the email sent yet again demanding they call me. I could tear their head off for this.
I have just found at the end of last week I have been scammed too. Two payments of £89.97 taken from my account. I phoned the bank fabergasted and the woman said it was for these pills and they dont even work. I wanted to cry as I dont keep well and wanted to lose as stone but shouldnt have been taking anything like this. It did not say anything on signing up that this would be taken and when they took the money, I emailed straight away as they wont answer the phone. I got a reply saying to cut and paste this script onto another email and tick boxes relevant to me which was three of them. I got a nasty reply with 20% as goodwill gesture and the rest of the orders cancelled. I am furious and thats putting it mildly. I cannot believe they are doing this. I told them about my ME, EDS, Heart Problems etc but they are not interested. Going to call the bank again to see if they can help but I paid by debit card.
How do I cancel?!! I’ve been looking for ages for a way but I can’t seem to succeed!!! I need the cancel this!!!!!
I used [email protected] luckily i read this comments straight after i filled in my details so i rang the bank and they put a block on other payments being took and also allowed me to get a full refund if they somehow took money out. I emailed this address telling her to cancel it with immediate effect! Luckily it was an hour after so i had no extra charges apparently.. i informed the company that i had the police and the bank involved and i therefor give them no permission whatsoever to take any other amounts out of my account. I also have this in writing for records if they do decide to abuse my details. I recieved an email back saying they wont send out the “free” trial and no other charges occur.
Hope everyone gets this sorted as i myself was very angry I got sucked into this scam.
i know ive been conded as well as its about time somthing to be done about this as wee can all go to wachdog as thay may be do somthing
Hi,
I used [email protected] and also used the telephone number on the bottle. They finally refunded me the 30% which means I lost a whole £130 for those small bottles that you can buy for £24 at Holland and Barrett. So annoyed with myself for falling for this. Keep phoning them and use the app WeQ4U to save yourselves the phone bill
Please DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
as this is fake and they say it is free trial pack but your money is deducted pound 89.78X2
and also there are no at all results.
I m still as it is for past one month, not any weight lost
Please do no buy this product online as money gets deducted £190.
and not useful at all….
I have been scammed too. Their terms and conditions are so tiny you can hardly read them and they say they do not want the products back even though I told them that I never used them. I have been advised by my doctor not to take them as we do not know whats in them and am on several meds. I told them this but they were not interested. They send me this email:
Thank you for your email.
Apologies for the delay in response. After reviewing your case carefully, we have found that the charges you have incurred were all valid. Please know that the terms and conditions were clearly stated at the checkout page of our website and it states that if a customer feels that the product is not for them, they are required to contact our company to cancel before their trial period would end to avoid being billed for the full price of the bottles and as well as avoid being enrolled into our auto-ship program.
Please also know that we completely understand that you have an existing medical condition, but you should have consulted your doctor first before placing your order. Although our supplements are composed of all natural ingredients, we still urge our customers to consult their physicians first before buying anything.
However, we are willing to overlook this mishap and as a goodwill gesture, we would like to offer you a 30% LDA (Late Discount Authorization) wherein you should be able to receive 30% of your money back.
So please give us your feedback by replying to this email so that we would know how to proceed.
Sincerely,
Body Pro Limited
This was from Michael, I have spoken to Olivia, Karen, Debbie. This company is clearly fake as they have the same email address, its all support. I was charged £89.70 x2 and when I asked why they said because I did not cancel within the 14 days. Surely a genuine company, regardless of terms and conditions would ask you to send back the product and you get a refund. They should be reported to trading standards. When I call the call seems to be answered in USA. I am not rich and that is the reason why I went for the £6 or £8 offer. I thought that was a reasonable price for a trial not knowing there was an expensive catch to it. If I can afford £89 per bottle why wouldn’t I just walk into a shop and buy it. I so furious that there are lazy so and so praying on vulnerable people. I have also leant a very expensive lesson. Hope I get ALL my money back. I will not stop. Funny how they do not have a website or feedback site…or do they?
Yes you are absolutely right.fake company
Please can you state the email address you used to contact them as I need to speak to them asap. Many thanks
Please be really careful. I made such a stupid mistake purchasing this ‘free trial’ before I read reviews. I am currently on the phone to my bank, the fraud department, after attempting to cancel my subscription. The woman on the phone from this company…..Rose Grezel is her name (so she says….)…..practically ADMITTED this is a scam. I told her I wanted to cancel because I read unsafe reviews and I told her I want it done now. She began asking me for my name. It took ten minutes for her to understand how to spell JORDAN. Then she asked me to confirm my order was made at 5.31am. What? Really? The order was made at 10.45am?? She said the email of cancellation will be sent when I get off the phone. I told her I want to stay on the phone until the email arrives, just to be safe. She then told me there was a ‘technical problem’ so unfortunately I had to wait for the email to come after the call. My reply to that was ‘don’t lie to me, there is no technical problem, send it over now’. After pushing her for several minutes, she gave in and sent me the email. I read it, sent back what they asked for and then I asked her what her companys name appears as on a bank statement, just incase I need to ‘do’ them for taking money. She said she didnt know. I asked her to reassure me that NO money will be taken from my bank after today, and that my bank details will be destroyed. She agreed and said ‘I assure you nothing will be taken’. She was very shady and uncomfortable talking to me on the phone, especially after I told her I work for the government and will track her down if money is taken from my account. I explained I am a high-up police officer and if this company takes a penny from me, I will arrive at the office they work at, and they will all know about it. (of course, this is not true, but if you had heard her umming and arring on the phone for 20 minutes, you would of smelt trouble too). At the end of the call, I asked Rose if this is a scam…..her reply – ‘Um, well, not really, but yeah I guess it is a little bit BUT dont worry you have cancelled so you’re alright’. IF THAT DOESNT SAY IT ALL, WHAT DOES?? Whoever these people are….they have never had call center experience in there lives! Its a constant repetitive line- ‘um, not sure’. DONT sign up to this! My bank have told me they have made case notes, they will be unable to take any money from me unless I say otherwise. Please avoid this!!
Hi
I too have been subjected to this scam, i filled out the form in good faith that i was getting a free trial of this product.
After filling out the form i forgot about the whole thing until the product arrived in the post, there was nothing else in the packet except those two bottles of pills, one of the raspberry keytones body pro and one of the green coffee body pro pills. they both look very similar pills which could mean they are the exact same but i dont know for sure that this is the case.
anyway they arrived and i didnt do anything with them as i wanted to check with my doctor if they were safe enough to use with the medications i already use as i am disabled i thought it better to get the actual product to show to the doctor rather than try to discribe what they were.
So they sat on my desk for another week or so I didnt think at anytime that there was any hurry to investigate these things at all, as far as i knews i had purchased a free triall there was no time limit on any form i filled in. ( i had been told on the phone by someone called Olivia that it was clearly printed on the order form that this was a 14 day free trial, it was not printed anywhere on anything i read. )
The first i knew of there being any kind of issue was when i went to Tesco to do my shopping and was told at the check out that my card had been declined, when i knew i definately had enough money to cover my shopping. when i went to the cash point i discovered that i could only have £20 from it .
I wondered what on earth had happened, I am not a wealthy person by any stretch of the imagination but i knew i had enough to cover £50 of shopping.
It wasnt til i got home when i opened my ebanking page and saw that there were 2 amounts of £79.95 approx had been taken from my account.
I felt really sick and wondered what this was for, i looked closer and saw keytones bodypro and immediately screamed WTF…..I got on the phone straight away but couldnt get through as the line came up first as busy then as not there, and a third time of trying the phone was answered by a very harassed sounding Olivia.
She didnt sound like she knew what was going ion then suddenly she improved and was able to tell me that i had made the order etc.. and since there had been a 14 day cancellation period , since within the 14 days i had failed to contact them to cancel my order they had gone ahead and charged my bank the full amount of £180 approx. She totally refused any further help would not consider any refunds nothing.
She then decieded that she would cancel my memeber ship and the automatic renewal system again which i had no prior knowledge of, but first i had to send her a RMA i didnt now what this was no mention of such a thing. she then told shewould send me the RMA and i had to copy and paste it and send it straight back to her. This felt a bit odd she sent me 2 emails with a small squared box in the middle saying something about a number, i thought this was what she meant to be copied and pasted and sent back to her, i did thios anyway with the 2 emails she sent me.
The a short while later another email came from her this time it written in the third person, as if i was writing it back to them. Basically it said i had taken this free trial and understood completely what was involved, including the recurring charges. I wanted my membership cancelled immediately and as a gesture they would be willing to let me have a 20% LDA , I think that meant a late discount something or other. I agreed to the LDA being as it was better than nnothing, but i wrote on the end of the prewritten email that i wanted a full refund and that i had’nt signed up for anything else other than that free trial, which i understood to be completely free.
I sent that back and didnt hear anything from them for a few days. I checked my email today and saw that there was 2 more emails from them. One saying about the LDA and how i was to allow 7 days for the LDA amount to go back into my account. Funny how when they WANT MONEY FROM ME IT GOES IMMEDIATLEY BUT WHEN THEY HAVE GIVE SOMETHING BACK IT TAKES 7 FREAKING DAYS! The second email was a copy iof their term and comditions. The the parts highlighted where it says about 14 days free trial meaning only the 14 days were free and the 2 bottles of pills i have are going to cost £79.95 each per month. But this Olivia had cancelled the recurring charge well i hope she has anyway. I havent had any confirmation of that fact yet.
So it looks like i will have to suck it up and out it down to a very expensive lesson, but i am also left with no money over this weekend and my direct debits are going un paid which will incur charges from both the bank and the direct debit firm as well….. I am totally distraught that this has happened and to top it all i cant even use the darn thing as they will react to my curremt meds. So they are still sitting on my desk whwere no left them and everyday i see them i could cry with the sheer disappointment i feel in myself and in the these so called scammers online. They probably say they are not scammers that what they have done to me and others is perfectly legal. Maybe on their planet it is but here on earth it isnt. To scam vunerable people who only want to lose some weight is just the lowest of the low.
I fully intednd to make an appointment with my solicitor next week and go see what she makes of all this.
Libby
Hi Libby, feel so sorry for you, do what I have done this morning, I rang my credit card company, they were BRILLIANT, not only are they going to block any further requests for money but are also refunding me the last payment. I felt so stupid for falling for this, luckily for me they have only charged me once. I thought I might have needed to cancel my card and start a new one, thank god I don’t have to go down that road.
hi what number did you call on as I cant get through to them thanks ken
Omg iv got the so called free trial but thay have already took 2 lots of payment out of my bank how do i stop this
Hi..I was another person to be completely fooled by this so called “free trial offer”!! But luckily my niece warned me to read the small print…which i did after signing up for the free trial offer!! Once I saw the auto renewal clause, which means these evil thieves will be literally stealing £89.70 every month, I immediately requested for cancellation through email, which went through. Now I have to pay a cancellation fee of £1, besides the 2 way shipping charges!! I hope I am safe..
Hi I’ve just been scammed too.
Can you give me the email that u used please!
would like to cancel
Actually i will blame the customers because it is completely normal that an online trial offer has a period of time! Actually i have tried those products and they really work and this is what i needed. After 3 month i have get a better results than expected.
Legitimate companies clearly advertise the conditions attached to free trials, listing specifically when the free trial ends and what happens afterwards. They also make it easy to cancel and clearly advertise time limits for cancellations. They do not bury this sort of information in small print. So no! it is NOT the customers fault and these practices are NOT normal for legitimate companies.
how do i cancel?
Hi, do what I have just this morning done, I rang my credit card company, they were BRILLIANT, not only will they stop any other payment going out, they have given me a refund on the last payment.
Tony
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this scam at all costs. The trial stated explicitly that it was FREE; with the constant bombardment, why wouldn’t you believe them?
I felt very uneasy about the process (NEVER doubt your gut instinct). As soon as I ordered my “trial”, I regretted it, and telephoned the company immediately. But more about that later…
The Ketones Body Pro and Green Coffee Body Pro “free trials” arrived in the post yesterday. When I got through to the so-called “customer services team”, I was unfortunately informed that according to their “Terms and Conditions”, taking up the trial automatically enrols one for the costly auto-ship programme.
It must be noted that the CRUCIAL INFORMATION I was being given over the telephone was located within a teeny weeny – VERY EASY TO MISS – hyperlink at the bottom of the webpage.
I asked the representative about my right to cancel immediately. She told me that I would have had three hours from ordering to do so. I told her that I telephoned the company as soon as I had ordered, but found their offices shut, as it was a Saturday. (they only operate Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.). She told me that I could have emailed the company. HOWEVER, according to that logic, the company still wouldn’t have received my cancellation in the expected three hours, as no one would have been available to deal with the request! Utter shoddy and shady customer service!
Furthermore, no where on the website, or in the “Terms and Conditions” does it state that I had a “three hour” cancellation window period.
Worse still, the representative informed me that I had 14 days to try the product. If after that period I didn’t like the product, I would have to ship what was left of the product back to the company, to avoid further charges. Now tell me, how IN THE HELL would I have known if the product worked in such a short amount of time?
At that point, the red flags unfurled; I decided there and then that I wanted an immediate end to this madness. I was then informed of my “options”:
A. “Trust” the product, and continue the subscription at a whopping £90+ per month!
B. Pay a one off FEE for my “trial” – oh yes, you read correctly – and end the subscription.
C. End the subscription, then send the trial back IMMEDIATELY (intact), PLUS PAY for shipping and handling costs. Oh wait, there’s more to this f*****ry: I had to pay a CANCELLATION and RESTOCKING fee.
Hahaha! The charlatans; the money-hungry, greedy, thieving b******s!!!
The cancellation and restocking fee sent me ballistic, and I refused point blank to pay for that. She agreed to waiver the charge “as a goodwill gesture”. Thanks, you complete con-artists!!!
Seeing as they had backed me into a corner, I just wanted NOTHING more to do with the company; I was sick of the WEB OF CONSTANT LIES and the SMOKESCREENS. I opted for ‘C’; t’was best to cut off ALL ties.
I’ve learnt from my foolish mistake; “there ain’t no such thing as a free lunch”, or ‘”free trial”, in this instance.
I will write a strong email of complaint to the company. As to whether they’ll concede to being deceitful, I highly doubt it. Judging from the way they shamefully lure customers into their den of doom, they’re highly unlikely to care beans about resolving customer concerns.
I just hope that my story highlights the pitfalls of this profiteering organisation; I hope it helps dissuade anyone considering purchasing products this conniving company. BE WARNED.
Natasha,
Great review and its always good to see a customer trust their gut (even if that comes after buying).
Buying products with a “free trial” more often than not, ends in more trouble than its worth.

How do i cancel? i need to cancel it asap

Sandra
Wish I had read your review as I too got sucked in by their lies and misinformation and I have emails that accept my cancellation and confirm that I will not be charged and on checking my bank account find that I they have taken two amounts on the same day and just about to see if the Trading Standards can do anything about it as being a pensioner no way can I afford to lose that amount on what was a ‘Free Trial’ almost feel like getting somebody to take me to their office and see what they come up in a face to face meeting instead of a blasted foreigner who had really poor English it was hard to understand
I to have fell into the trap too, i’v only found out by going on my bank account & found out that they have taken 90 pound out, i’am a widow 74 years old & on a low income so you see i can’t afford to lose that much money . So i hope the people out there will take all this no bored, fore warned fore armed, well we live & learn
Regards Brenda
