The ketogenic diet has gotten a lot of attention in recent months – and rightly so. The diet requires that users seriously curb their intake of carbohydrates and instead, switch to a carb-free meal plan. In turn, he has renamed himself “Keto Guido.” His approach has not even been full-ketogenic diet adherent. Rather, he explains that he simply excluded sugars, grains and swapped them out for high-fat, low-carb, and high-protein food substances.
His adoration for the ketogenic diet is wide-ranging as well.
