FullyRaw Review
The raw food diet movement is in full swing. FullyRaw.com aims to capitalize on that movement with its FullyRaw Challenge, eBooks, recipes, and other materials.
What is FullyRaw?
FullyRaw is an online raw food diet guide found at FullyRaw.com. The program was created by Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram. According to the official FullyRaw.com website, Kristina is a “pioneer in the local, organic food co-operative movement.” Kristina founded an organic produce co-operative in the United States and has been 100% raw for over 9 years.
Kristina reportedly overcame hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) at the age of 18 by adopting a low fat, raw vegan diet. She ate only fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.
At the FullyRaw website, you’ll find a wide range of raw fruit and vegetable resources. Those resources include e-books, videos, recipes, and testimonials from other raw fruit and vegetable diet fans.
The site is free to use and Kristina doesn’t really try to sell her users anything. You can enter your email to receive the FullyRaw newsletter in your inbox.
How Does the FullyRaw Diet Work?
The FullyRaw diet involves eating mostly fruits and vegetables. Ideally, these fruits and vegetables are sourced from local farms and are certified organic. Here’s how Kristina describes her raw food diet:
A raw foods diet is made up of fresh, whole, unrefined, living, plant-based foods: fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, and seeds, which are consumed in their natural state, without cooking or steaming. People who adopt this diet are often referred to as “raw fooders” or “raw vegans.”
There are actually several different types of raw food diets. Some raw food diets focused on fatty foods like avocados, nuts, and seeds.
Other diets use primarily vegetables. Vegetables, however, do not contain enough calories, which is why you can’t survive for a long period of time just eating vegetables.
Ideally, your raw food diet will involve eating lots of vegetables for their high mineral content, lots of fruits for your daily calorie intake, and small amounts of nuts and seeds for your daily fat intake.
Ultimately, raw fooders believe that adding heat to food has no nutritional benefit. It may give the food extra comfort, but it also takes away from much of its nutritional content. That’s why more and more people are making the switch to a raw food diet.
Benefits of a Raw Food Diet
One of the good things about a raw food diet is that you can get all of the essential nutrients you need. Unlike some diets, you’re not cutting out a certain food group or nutrient family. Instead, if you eat a diverse range of raw foods, you’ll be able to easily sustain yourself and live a happy life.
Some of the benefits of the raw food diet include:
— Avoid Toxic Buildup In Your Body Caused By Processed Foods And Pesticides
— Eliminate Constipation And Reduce The Transit Time Of Waste Matter To 24 Hours Or Fewer (Average Time For An Unhealthy Diet Is 72 Hours Or More)
— Avoid The Buildup Of Toxemia From The Recycling Of Toxins From The Colon
— Cleanse Your Digestive System
— Improve Overall Health And Wellness
Obviously, just eating raw food won’t immediately provide all of those benefits. You need to eat the right raw food and make balanced meals from that raw food.

FullyRaw is famous for its FullyRaw 21 Challenge. You’ve probably guessed what the challenge is from the name: you eat raw fruits and vegetables for 21 days to improve your overall health.

Completely pointless, generic article obviously written by a paid hack. Just regurgitates info found around the internet. Yawn.
