If you were looking for natural diet pills containing organic ingredients, then FenFast 375 certainly isn’t it.

It’s also important to note that the ingredient 1,3,7 Trimethylxanthine is just a really fancy name for caffeine.

The name “FenFast 375” is an obvious reference to phentermine, which was once the most popular diet pill ingredient in the world. That’s the same reason why FenFast 375 heavily advertises its “white and blue specked tablets”: Phentermine tablets came with the same unique patterning. FenFast 375 is hoping to attract customers based on the perceived similarities with phentermine.

In any case, FenFast 375 promises to replicate the extreme weight loss benefits of phentermine.

FenFast 375 is made by a company called Intechra Health. FenFast 375 is the company’s current flagship product. It also sells several other popular diet pills, including PhenBlue and TrimThin X700.

Intechra Health is based in the eastern United States. The company also has an affiliate program for all of its products – which is why you see lots of positive reviews for FenFast 375 and other supplements across the internet.

How Does FenFast 375 Work?

FenFast 375 uses synthetic formulas to kickstart your body’s natural weight loss mechanisms. It claims to help you burn fat with three central functions:

The synthetic formulas promote “thermogenesis” within your body. Thermogenesis basically creates heat within your body, which literally burns away fat.

By itself, thermogenesis isn’t powerful enough to lose more than a few pounds of weight. However, it’s particularly powerful when combined with a strict diet and arduous exercise routine.

The “powerful hunger control” benefit is less well defined. Here’s what the official FenFast 375 website has to say about it:

“[FenFast 375 provides a] suppressed appetite as well as a boosted energy level and heightened metabolic rate. These are all very important to weight loss because they allow the dieter to be able to participate in a healthy eating plan without suffering from the hunger pangs that are often associated with eating less or reducing calories.”

The manufacturer doesn’t explain where, exactly, that suppressed appetite comes from. Typically, those with a higher metabolism have a bigger appetite because their body processes food faster and more efficiently.

The supplement also promises to boost your “overall mood and motivation” – although it doesn’t explain where those benefits come from.

Ultimately, FenFast 375 promises to raise your metabolic rate for 24 hours per day when taken as directed. This may be able to lead to 15 to 25 pounds of weight loss every month. Based on the listed ingredients, however, it’s unlikely to improve your mood or suppress your appetite.

FenFast 375 Ingredients

FenFast 375 doesn’t list its full ingredient chart. It does, however, list its four main ingredients, which are:

The manufacturer claims that all of these ingredients are “clinically proven” and have been studied by reputable organizations around the world.

FenFast 375 Scientific Evidence

It’s true that each of the above formulas has been studied by reputable organizations around the world. The manufacturer links to various independent studies for each of the above ingredients.

What isn’t true is that the formulas have been proven to work in those studies. The official FenFast 375 website links to one 2003 study published in the International Journal of Obesity. That study looked at the effects of beta phenylethylamine HCI and concluded that “the clinical relevance of the effect is debatable and the lack of robustness means that the result has to be interpreted with caution.”

The manufacturer also links to another study that, at first glance, appears to reinforce the benefits of the supplement. Upon closer inspection, however, that study simply examined the thermogenic benefits of caffeine. The study concluded that “there were 30 obese subjects in this group, and their body weight was significantly decreased by treatment.”

You see that second ingredient in the above chart? 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine is just a fancy name for caffeine. The “anhydrous” part simply refers to its crystalline structure containing no water.

Of course, since the manufacturer doesn’t list the specific ingredient amounts in FenFast 375, it’s difficult to say whether the results of these studies would be replicated in the real world for those who take FenFast 375.

What we can assume is that FenFast 375 is primarily a caffeine pill that only has small amounts of the other ingredients listed.

How to Use FenFast 375

The manufacturer recommends taking 4 FenFast 375 pills every day: take 2 in the morning before breakfast and another 2 just before lunch.

Keep in mind that the pills consist mostly of caffeine. So if you’re sensitive to caffeine, you might want to start with a half dosage. You should also avoid take FenFast 375 in the late afternoon or evening. Otherwise, you may have trouble falling asleep.

Who Should Take FenFast 375?

FenFast 375 claims to be reinforced by science. But in reality, it’s just an overhyped, overpriced caffeine pill.

Now, that’s not to say it won’t work: caffeine has demonstrated its powerful weight loss benefits in hundreds of scientific studies over the years. Drinking caffeine promotes thermogenesis, which in turn leads to fat burning.

The only problem is that the fat burning caused by thermogenesis is extremely small unless you’re exercising every day. If you want to sit on your couch and pop FenFast 375 to lose weight every day, you’re going to have a bad time.

If, however, you’re following a careful diet and exercise routine while taking FenFast 375, you’ll enjoy additional weight loss benefits – although most of those benefits are attributed to the high levels of caffeine inside this supplement and not any Phentermine-like effects.
