Fat Escaper Review – Is It Right For You?

Fat Escaper is a downloadable eBook that promises to teach you how to escape from your fat. Here’s our Fat Escaper review.

What is Fat Escaper?

Fat Escaper is a downloadable eBook created by Peter Brooks. Brooks is a former wrestler who went through many weight changes over the years. After rapidly gaining and losing 40 pounds or more in short periods of time, Brooks says he’s qualified to teach others how to expertly manage their weight.

Fat Escaper is a guide that teaches you the specific exercises you can do to maximize your weight loss efforts. Inside the eBook, you’ll find detailed descriptions of different exercises anyone can perform – regardless of their weight – to help them shred away pounds.

Ready to learn how Fat Escaper works? Let’s take a closer look.

How Does Fat Escaper Work?

Fat Escaper emphasizes rapid weight loss. Peter starts off by asking:

“Wouldn’t you prefer to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks instead of losing the exact same 10 pounds in 6 weeks?”

He also talks about how important it is to build thick muscle more quickly.

In order to achieve this rapid fat loss and rapid muscle gain, Fat Escaper talks about how you need the right kind of “finishers”.

Peter explains that each workout has a finisher. This is a set or routine you do after your main sets are complete. Using the right finishers can add dramatic results onto your weight loss. Although Peter calls these “finishers”, I’ve seen other people refer to them as “supersets” or similar names.

Here’s how Peter explains the finishers:

“If you do a chest muscle building workout then you should go with a finisher that will help your body grow that muscle without putting any fat around that area.”

Fat Escaper lists 51 finisher workouts in total. Peter claims these workouts are more effective than adding cardio at the end of your workout. So if you’re sick of hopping on the treadmill after lifting weights, then Fat Escaper may be a nice break.

Fat Escaper separates finishers into several different categories, including:

  • Density Finishers
  • Gauntlet Finishers
  • Ladder Finishers
  • Superset Finishers
  • And more

Fat Escaper also emphasizes full body workouts, so it has finishers for every area of your body – including a diverse range of upper body and lower body finishers.

By adding these finishers onto your workout, you can improve your metabolism, overcome weight plateaus, make your body leaner, and start developing more muscle mass.

Fat Escaper Pricing

Fat Escaper is priced at $39.

Your purchase comes with a 60 day money back guarantee. If you don’t like the lessons outlined in Fat Escaper for any reason, then you can contact the creator of the program within 60 days for a full refund with no questions asked.

That’s similar to the refund policy we’ve seen on other Clickbank eBooks, but it’s still a great guarantee. You can literally read the book, keep the PDF file, and request a refund with no questions asked.

If you think $39 is cheap, then Peter Brooks reminds you that he’s “offering it at such a low price because I want to help anyone feeling the same stuff I did. My goal isn’t to make a fortune selling it, and the low sum of $39 is meant to covert the marketing costs and get something extra for the amount of time I’ve put into it.”

You can purchase using PayPal or any major credit card.

That’s nice of him.

Who Is Peter Brooks?

Peter Brooks is the author of Fat Escaper.

We know very little about Peter Brooks the person because Peter Brooks is a pen name. Peter claims he was a skinny kid all throughout school before eventually packing on mass as he got older. As a competitive wrestler, Peter has plenty of experience gaining and losing weight over the years.

Peter claims he can empathize with overweight people because he was once overweight himself. He knows how bad it can be – your love life, social life, and professional life can all suffer.

Although Peter Brooks is a pen name, an introductory video for the program on YouTube shows a number of people thanking Peter Brooks for his personal training services. Those people all appear to be Fiverr actors who were paid to speak on Peter’s behalf.

In the video, for example, there’s one Jamaican guy on a beach who enthusiastically thanks Peter for his personal training services. It looks suspiciously similar to this guy on Fiverr who will take $5 to advertise anything you want him to say.

Although Peter was a competitive wrestler, it’s unclear if he has any dieting, exercise, or personal training background or any professional designations. He doesn’t claim to have anything of that nature.

Should You Use Fat Escaper to Lose Weight?

Fat Escaper is a pricey workout manual that teaches you 51 finisher (i.e. superset) exercises at a price of $39. It’s certainly not cheap for a PDF file, although it’s still cheaper than most personal training sessions.

It’s unusual for Peter not to use his real name in the program or introductory video. It’s also unusual for him to feature Fiverr commercial actors in testimonials. There’s also little third party evidence that the program works as advertised (“Peter” doesn’t cite a single scientific study supporting his claims, nor does he have any professional designations or background in the industry).

For all of these reasons, Fat Escaper doesn’t appear to have quite enough scientifically-verified, clinically-backed content to justify its $40 price tag.
