COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! I have never been so upset. How these people have not been sued and put in a jail cell is beyond me. It claimed it was Joanne Gaines Beauty line which is a complete lie. There was absolutely nothing about a renewing subscription when I ordered a sample and they just charged my card without any warning and I was not able to pay my rent. I called and asked for a refund and they said it was written in the agreement no refunds will be given and when I told the lady I was going to dispute it with my card she hung up on me. I called right back and spoke with Amber and asked to speak to a supervisor which she said will call me back within 24 to 48 hours. So I called my bank and filed fraudulent chargers. What they are doing is illegal and it needs to stop.
I called to cancel my order within hours and they told me I was too late to cancel that the item had already shipped and I was to be charged and had to return the “sample” I paid for and also pay to ship back. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

I was not happy supposed to be a free trial that you get to try for 15 days I got mine on the 13th they charged me on the 15th I can’t get the lotion out of the pump it won’t pump out so I am not a happy camper I’m on disability and almost $100 for a bottle of cream that I don’t even know if it’s going to work I think it’s a total rip-off not happy at all take this cream and shove it sorry

I DEMANDED A FULL REFUND and told the customer service lady that I would refute the charge with the bank and she FINALLY agreed to cancel the entire account and refund all my money!!!!!
