Blue World Voyages is a luxury cruise line that focuses on fitness and good health. This philosophy is embedded into the design of the ship, onboard and offshore experiences, and dining options.
Creating a new concept in cruising, the 350-guest vessel provides guests with an enriching travel experience. Because the cruise attracts guests who share similar interests, Blue World Voyages is ideal for conscious consumers. Instead of the cliché buffets, casinos, and extravagant entertainment amenities, the cruise line provides a wide range of active-lifestyle experiences.
Blue World Voyages is currently selecting from a variety Mediterranean routes. Other options for the inaugural season include Miami, Peru, Chile, Cuba, and Costa Rica. The company is evaluating potential ports of call based on the criteria of cultural and educational opportunities.
Wanting to guarantee the availability of outdoor activities, the company wants to provide guests with access to hiking, bicycling, golf, and watersports. Additionally, the selected ports must include access to areas that are suitable for yoga and meditation.
About Blue World Voyages Life OnBoard
Blue World Voyages Life OnBoard was founded by Gene Meehan, a Miami-based entrepreneur. A seasoned fitness professional, Meehan wanted to create a relaxing experience for health-conscious individuals.
By focusing on sports and wellness, Meehan was able to bring the idea of Blue World Voyages to life. Wanting to create a community of like-minded travelers, Blue World intends to give passengers the opportunity to invest in the cruise line. To have passengers as equity partners, the company is offering a membership into the Blue World Founders Club.
Blue World is offering 2,000 passengers the option to join the Founders Club memberships. As a member, the guests have access to 26 designated suites onboard. Available for ownership, members receive a cabin upgrade when available. The benefits also include discounts on on-board spending and special pricing deals on future cruises.
During every voyage, members are invited to a private, members-only cocktail party. For non-members and members alike, each passenger receives an on-board credit based in the cabin category.
Life Onboard
While onboard the Blue World, active-minded guests can select from a variety of sports activities. Featuring a comprehensive sports center, the vessel offers a strength conditioning facility and a nationally-recognized sports medicine clinic.
The cruise offers yoga, spinning, and TRX studios, where each class is expert-led by world-renowned fitness instructors. Passengers will have access to hi-def golf simulators and pro-inspired batting cages. The vessel also has a full-size, indoor basketball court. Because all of the sports equipment is supplied by sponsors, passengers do not need to bring their own gear.
In addition to the sports amenities, the cruise ship features a highly-acclaimed, full-feature luxury spa. The largest spa ever to be built on a cruise ship, the facility is right on the ocean and contains a “sea lap pool” that allows passengers to do laps and relax in cabanas.
Providing guests with healthy, fresh, locally-sourced food, the Blue World Voyage also features an extensive food-pairing wine lounge. For those who want to take a break from smoothies, the food options are endless.
Life Ashore
With an “active-lifestyle” philosophy, the benefits of Blue World Voyages do not stop with the ship. As a smaller vessel, the cruise line is able to take passengers to places that other cruise ships are unable to access. The ship stops at ports that offer opportunities to hike, snorkel, scuba, surf, kayak, paddle board, bike, and golf.
Stopping at the most beautiful places on earth, passengers can taka break and sample the best of local food and beverages. Staying in the ports for extended periods, Blue World Voyages gives passengers the experience of a lifetime.
Blue World Voyages has selected Cuba as a destination on its travel itinerary. Known for its charm and colonial architecture, 10% of the island is protected by the national park system. Home to stunning natural wonders, Cuba has forests, waterfalls, mountain trails, and more. Starting from Miami, the voyage tours the captivating city both on land and from sea.
