The fortunate quality to Alucia Skin Cream is that it has been subjected to rigorous testing, which means that when you use it, you can at least be sure that it will lead to a smoother and vibrant skin surface.

The most recent study gathered a group of 100 female participants. Half the women were given a placebo skincare cream, while the other half were given Alucia Skin Cream. Over a period of 8 weeks, the women were asked to record the impact they noticed from the product and to also express any significant changes. At the end of the 8 weeks, researchers also assessed the impact of the formula to determine how well it performed to provide results.

Ultimately, it was found that Alucia Cream outperforms other products in the following areas, making it the prime choice for women who are looking for an effective skincare solution:

  • Improved overall skin tone better than other leading brands
  • Reduced the appearance of fine lines and sagging skin better than other brands
  • Generated a firmer and stronger skin structure better than other brands

With these results, you can be certain that Alucia Skin Cream will work well for you too. Keep in mind that those who experience the best results apply the product on a regular basis and as directed. After all, if you do stop or skin a skincare regimen, you’ll notice that the progress you’ve made will fade away.

In addition, while most women enjoy from the benefits of the product, factors such as your genetics, age, and reception to skincare formulas may impact how fast or effectively you experience results.

How Alucia Skin Works

To provide you with results, Alucia Skin features collagen peptide molecules that sink to the dermal layer of your skin. The dermal layer is the deepest layer of your skin and it is where your skin molecules are located.

Over time, age, environmental factors, and other issues damage the skin cells thereby causing a wrinkled and unsatisfactory skin surface. When you apply Alucia Skin to your skin surface, the product quickly absorbs to the dermal layer and reaches the skin cells.

Then, the formula slowly releases the collagen peptide molecules, which then start to firm and strengthen the skin cells. One of the best qualities to the molecules that reach your dermal layer is that the molecules have a “slow release” mechanism.

This mechanism ensures that the collagen peptides are filtered to your skin cells throughout the day, which means that the product works continuously to provide you with long-term and effective results.

For the best oversight as to how well the formula works, simply visit the brand’s website. You’ll see “before and after” examples of how well the product works to firm your improve the appearance of your skin.

  1. I just saw my bank account! It makes me sick. I am a single woman on a limited income. I know better. If I would have just went to this page! $100!!!!!!! I will try for the refund. It’s ashame. It didn’t hit for over a week after receiving it. I opened it and used it. I actually liked it. I was hoping it would be somewhat reasonable and I would have purchased it for gifts for my mother who loves stuff like that and I never know what to get her. Now, I’ll just keep trying for the refund. I posted about it being a scam on my page. I hope others post so this doesn’t happen to anyone else–especially those of us that would never spend that amount on ourselves. I even get my hair cut once a year to save money. Shame on them! Also, I don’t even have internet right now, but I got their fancy overly priced face cream and eye cream that they falsely advertised.

  2. I fell for it too- the video on FB was too good to be true! Luckily- I got the product samples today and the bottles were nice- I decided to look up how much they were after the sample run out- and I found so many scam alert pages. I immediately called my credit union and blocked the credit card- then I called and got thru to the company rather quickly and after me saying multiple times -I blocked the credit card- he reluctantly gave me confirmation numbers for the cancellations and a phone number of 888-550-2963 if I have any problems. I was lucky my credit card had not been hit for the big charges like a lot of others had been. Block your cards.

    • Thank you so much for providing the phone number to call, I just had to use it to cancel my order.

  3. Write thes people the will get your money back. It took 6 months with all the games they play but i got to keep everything and got a full refund first time BCA wrote them they wanted my address i sent it never herd back again so i wrote bca again they wrote the company no response 6 weeks later the company wrote back saying they sent a check but it was never cashed and would send another. I got it last week it only had my first name on it but it did have my address so the bank cashed it. look up BCA business consumer alliance and write them they will get it handled for you good luck

  4. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE HERE
THIS COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND AND WILL NOT STOP CHARGING AFTER A CANCELLATION
    WORST COMPANY

    PRODUCT DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

  5. Can someone please tell me what BCA stands for and provide a phone or address. I’ve been on hold with this company for almost 45 mins and I never actually completed my online order and was shocked to see that the product had arrived. I’m going to call the BBB as well and will stay on hold for as long as it takes to get the RMA number. WHAT A SCAMT

    • It looks like it’s business consumer Alliance. Scroll down to a comment by David Thorne dated January 17th. Good luck to you I’m in the same situation myself!

    • bca Business consumer alliance look it up on the web fill out the form online. The results i got they wrote alucia they replied no problem asked for my address so they could send me a check. I replied with my address ect bca closed the complaint a few days later. I never got the check wrote bca about a week ago they never returned my email. Been 6 weeks or so since they said i would get a check. still nothing.

    • BCA (Business Consumer Alliance) for those of you who asked……I emailed them and explained what happened to me, they contacted Alucia skin care and the rest is history, I was refunded my full amount because they said they wanted 100% customer satisfaction!

    • BCA (Business Consumer Alliance) for those of you who asked……I emailed them and explained what happened to me, they contacted Alucia skin care and the rest is history, I was refunded my full amount because they said they wanted 100% customer satisfaction! An to op it off the produst was sticky and i my opinion I was not satisfied with it at all……

  6. After 15 min someone answered (shock). She was very snippy. Kept wanting to tell me what a great product. I said I wanted to cancel AND get my $ back. “No, you’re not entitled to a refund, maam.” First she offered 35% off, then 50%. Later in the convo, she went back to 35 LOL. Also, like everyone said, she said there was no supervisor available. I told her that the internet is full of complaints about this scam.
Finally, after she mentioned how great the product was again & asked me if I like it, I said I actually hadn’t even opened it. Then she goes “why didn’t u tell me”?
**She gave me a RMA, said I could send it back and get full refund minus a 9.95 restock charge or something. I think I will do that. It’s better than taking a 75% or 50% refund. ANYONE THAT HASN’T OPENED THE PRODUCT, PLEASE READ. **
I’m still going to email the support desk to say its a scam.

    • *update……. I got an email confirming my request to send back product, and the RMA # is included.
It does NOT say how much money I will get back, which worries me a little. I feel it would be the phone rep’s word against mine. They may send me $47 or whatever, and try to say that was what the deal was. Crossing fingers. Oh – and lesson learned.

      • *final update …. I didn’t mention in my first post that the rep told me to allow 30-45 days for my refund (which is insane, of course.) I returned the product with tracking, so I knew they got it Jan 24. I decided to call yesterday to see if they could tell me when I would get my refund.
OMG I was on hold maybe 15 min, then this idiot answered. I had to tell him my name, address, phone #, RMA#, tracking #…. and most of this I had to repeat. It took FOREVER. I almost felt like he was doing this deliberately, to make me say Forget it. But I hung in there. He WAS polite, just slow as molasses.
Finally, he asks me how much $ I was told I’d get back, and I told him 88.44. He kept telling me to hold. Eventually, he said, I have processed your refund. It should show up in your bank acct in 1-3 days, and gave me a conf.# (the whole call took 47 minutes!!)
Ok, great, but I had this feeling, if I had not called, they never would have done it!
*** amazingly, the credit did in fact show up this morning in my acct. Good riddance forever, Alucia.

        • Well i was hopeful When i got BCA involved alucia sent a email to them saying it was not a problem customer satisfaction and to send my address to them Because i had to close the card so they could not charge it anymore. I sent the address thru BCA. That was the beginning of Jan. I got a letter back from BCA saying they were closing the case. Feb 17th i wrote BCA back again told them i never got my 190.00 refund. I got an email back from them saying they would keep the complaint on file but were closing the case and they would not be able to help me any more. Every time i see an add on facebook under a different name. Guess that is the only way legally to get away with ripping people off i write very bad comments. That is all i can due. Some of the people on here were lucky and got a refund i got nothing best of luck to everyone

    • I had this same experience. My phone call was on hold for 29 minutes!! They wanted me to ship it back, then pay a $10 “fee” for my cancellation. I got a bit testy myself and said I was NOT going to do that. But that I WAS going to call credit card, then bank and then the law. She said she would cancel my “future” orders and send me verification that she had done so. She did send the verification but I went a step further and went to the bank and hotlined my debit card. That will assure they can do no more charges and I can not worry! but everyone needs to be aware that this is a scam…..and it could cost you dearly!

      • Yes but if you opened and tried it you couldn’t get a refund or return it, only if unopened! Who signs up for a trial offer and doesnt try it? Such a rip of scam co!#

  7. I went through the same thing as everyone. Rather it’s Terrible product, scam company, poor customer service etc.

I was able to get a large portion of my money back like 75% how I did this is I emailed them from the support email address they have at the bottom of the purchase trastaction invoice they send to you.

After a week of back and forth emails, I received some money back. Explain to the support representative how unsatisfactory they are. You are going to have to negotiate terms of what you want Them to solve and they are not going to give you the full refund. They want to walk away something also.

P.s. Keep asking them what they are going to do to fix it and when you do they will offer you things. If a refund is what you want tell the amount. You will have to negotiate the amount a little to get something at least.

    • I wrote an email to bca Business consumer alliance. Looks like they got it handled we will see.. Alucia sent an email thru them saying they wanted 100 percent satisfaction and a check was on the way. Will keep everyone updated if i get the check

  8. I fell for the $4.99 “free 30 day trial” scam. I ordered on 12/14/16 – my credit card was charged $4.99 on 12/15/16 and I didn’t receive the product for over 1 week. On 12/30 my credit card was charged $98.39! When I called customer service x2 to cancel and request a refund – both customer service agents were extremely rude and blamed me for not reading the fine print! Shame on me!!! I believed a 30 day free trail gave me 30 days from the point of receiving the product to decide if I wanted to continue the subscription only to be told the $4.99 over covered shipping and handling and there was a clause that said I needed to cancel within 14 days of the order date to not be charged the price for the small jar of crap they sent which gave me an allergic reaction and caused my eyes to swell shut. I am filing a dispute with Capital One Visa and will report this deceptive advertising scam to the BBB.

    • This is the web site this place where alucia cream, https://www.aluciaskin.com Also this is just a forum where we can complain about it, no one from Alucia cream reads this, I not only got a hold of the BBB but also the BCA, the BCA was the best, got my money refunded, plus y bank refunded me also which i had to give back sine BCA Had this company give me a full refund. If you get a hold of either your bank or BCA thy will help, just tell them you didn’t authorize it! They didn’t have a box to check when I ordered it, but they sure do now!

      • Thank you (and everyone) for this info. I actually thought I had a fraudulent charge on my card, but my credit union explained how it was this ‘subscription.’ She said I needed to take it up with the company, as the fine print stated the terms and it wasn’t really illegal.
I’ve been on hold with these fools 3 x. Gave up each time.
Thx for the BCA advice (never heard of them) and also I will email the support email address, as others have suggested. I’m going to be EXTREMELY FIRM. HA!!!

        • I had the same thing to happen to me. Big charges on my credit card for something I didn’t order. When I called them they told me I didn’t read the fine print that after 14 days if I had not cancelled the subscription that I would receive more product. I told him to cancel that subscription and to put my money back on my card. Oh, no maim, I can’t do that. I said oh yes you can, give me your supervisor….oh she will tell you the same thing. I say this is a scam and fraud. I want my money back on my card. He then proceeded to give me options for 1/2 price, etc. I said NO. I’m calling my Credit Card holder. Ok maim. It will take 7 to 14 days for my money to be back on my card. It was there in 4. BIG TIME SCAM. MADDING. GOOD LUCK.

  9. I placed my order on November 24th and received in about 2 weeks. I tried the product and it caused a major breakout on my skin. I called today December 21, 2016 at 9:50 to cancel my order and spoke with a very rude Dominic. He told me I placed the order on the 22nd of November (not true). I also spoke with a very nice lady on November 22nd regarding cancelling that day and she talked me into a 30 day trial and 75% off the products. I was never told I needed to cancel within the trial period and that if I did not like the product to call and cancel and I would be refunded. Another lie. And the product is awful.

  10. i ordered a sample n it took almost a month to b delivered. I had to call again to b delivered. After 4 days waiting it arrived n I tried it. Even I apply a small amount I don’t like d feeling coz it’s sticky. After few seconds u can feel that ur skin seems to b smooth but it feels heavy. I don’t like it. That’s why I never ordered again. I received an Alicia without ordering and u charged my account for 98.39 without my permission. If I send it back they will charge me for shipping. Next time don’t send anything anymore. I will send it back but I don’t want to b charged.

    • Tez, please read the posts here and it wil give you info on who to contact, I complained and got my money back but it wasn’t easy! My biggest supporter was the BCA. Try them if you an’t get any results. Maybe if they get enough complaunts who knows????

  11. This company is a scam! Do not believe the ‘free trial’ BS, they will charge you $98 after 14 days and refuse to refund the money. Period. Utter scam artists.

  12. BIG SCAM THERE IS NO FREE TRIAL FOR $2.49 BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $98.00 FIGHT IT I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND OF $73.79 YOU WILL BE OFFERED SEVERAL OFFERS FOR A REFUNG OF 33%, DO NOT ACCEPT, THEY THEN OFFERED $50% OFF, DO NOT ACCEPT I DID ACCEPT AN OFFER OF 73% OFF. I AM STILL FURIOUS BUT IT IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. MY MASTERCARD CARRIER SAID THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DISPUTE THE DIFFERENCE.
    GOOD LUCK

  13. I also was scammed out of $98.39. Same as you there was no box stating I was signing up for a 14 day trial. I called the number to the company after getting NO where, I told the girl I hoped she could sleep at night after ripping off numerous hard working people. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE! I notified my bank, but waiting to hear if there is anything that can be done!

    • I WAS ALSO SCAMMED I CALLED THE COMPANY AND INSISTED A REFUNG WAS TOLD NO. I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER BUT AS YOU KNOW, SHE WAS BUSY. THE PERSON OFFERED ME A 33% REFUND AND I SAID NO, SHE THEN OFFERED 50% REFUND AND AGAIN I TOLD HER NO. THAT I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER TO ANOTHER SOURCE. SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT HER MANAGER E-MAILED HER AND OFFERED ME A 73% REUND WHICH I DID ACCEPT, SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING.
TRY CALLING BACK AND DON’T TAKE NO REFUND AS AN ANWER. ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THEY CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AND GIVE YOU A CANCELLATION NUMBER. OTHERWISE THEY MIGHT CONTINUE TO BILL YOU MONTHLY
      GOOD LUCK

  14. DO NOT order a trial from this company! Once they have your card number and charge you for the shipping, they will automatically charge you for the full price of the product 14 days later. The trial is actually a full size bottle that they send you, so you will have to return it and pay for the return shipping as well.

  15. BEWARE! SCAM!!! For $4.99 shipping and maybe a gram of product, you will later be charged $98.39 with NO refund! SCAM!!!

  16. It was a nightmare trying to cancel, the background noise, the rudeness of the operator. Please don’t ever attempt to purchase this product.

  17. I ordered a sample. Horrible. Cause awful breakout. Then found out they hit my credit card for $300. I found a phone number but they won’t answer. They don’t respond to emails. And they keep billing. Total rip off. I am really upset.

  18. This was a whole lot of hooey I never got my trial I was on vacation apparently when it came in. And then I gotta charge $98.39 & $89.07 all because they said I didn’t call within the 14 days to cancel. So they charged me twice I called the next day and they said I should have called that day to get my money back they only gave me $93 back they said. I lost close to $400 for NO PRODUCT! I could not be any more unhappy with this company they can shove their 50% off discount right up there ass. I have posted this on every social media that this is a scam and not worth it! There’s other products out there that aren’t trying to steal your money. I could not be more pissed off! When I called and talk to your so-called customer service they were uncaring and desensitized. I can’t believe they would charge you for something that you’re not even getting why would they charge so much just because I didn’t cancel. Oh yeah and if you’re looking for that 14 day trial and cancellation it’s in the fine print that we have to read on terms and regulations nowhere else that is b******* it should at least show up on our receipt.ಠ_ಠ

    • I called my bank and they were very understanding and sympathetic, they also refunded both my charges plus I received an email from the company saying they were refunding, after the fact. I went through hell and high water fighting with this company, plus complained to the BBB and the BA. I read everything on that pae when ordered because I had this problem once before, they stated that I checked a box agreeing to the 14 day trial, which I didn’t because there wasn’t one, now it is there, surprise!

      • You are lucky There was no box on mine either but the credit card company believed them and not me. Total charge on mine was 168.00 i even offered to send the credit card company thiis web address so they could see i was not in the wrong . Needless to say Christmas is on hold this year. That much money for a disabled person on social security is rough. I also cancelled the credit card

        • Sorry to hear that, I even received an email from BCA to see if I was satisfied with the outcome, evidently they got involved with the company and the company said that their goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and even though i did get my refund I told them that there were more unsatisfied customers and not all had been dealt with accordingly, I wasn’t going to let them take my money, I am also on SSi and disabled

        • Sorry to hear that, I even received an email from BCA to see if I was satisfied with the outcome, evidently they got involved with the company and the company said that their goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and even though i did get my refund I told them that there were more unsatisfied customers and not all had been dealt with accordingly, I wasn’t going to let them take my money, I am also on SSi and disabled, by the way the company is Business Consumer Alliance, perhaps if they get enough complaints???

      • Don’t bother trying to dispute it. I tried credit card contacts them they say there was a little box we checked that i do not remember and they take the company’s word and tell you to get in touch with them and work it out for better words. I ordered 2 products from them i lost 190.00 it was rough but i told everyone no Christmas this year and not to get me anything. The price you pay for being on ssi

  19. Wow! I was absolutely FLOORED to read all of the letters about this company! Its so sad to see how many people have been not only dissatisfied with the product, but with the customer service issues as well. In fact i think the customer service issues are far worse than the disappointment with the product! I cannot believe that companies such as this one still operate this way. The beauty products market is saturated with competition – how are they still in business??? Keep the faith – not ALL of them are like this. What a shame! And what an expensive lesson!! Ouch** this one hurt. Never again! I ‘ll live with my wrinkles … they don’t seem so bad now! 😟

  20. Besides myself did anyone else see the box where you check it to agree to further billing? I am gettin information together to see if we have a legitimate claim…

    • I never saw the box it was not there or else i would not have ordered it. My problem is i ordered 2 different things they charged m
e 170 a month i am still trying to get my credit card to take it off since i did not authorize it. I made them close the account and re issue me another number and card

    • I called my bank and cancelled my card. I also called the company right away and cancelled with them. I was provided a proof of cancellation number from them as well.

  21. Alusia cream changed its name this month i did a search on it same commercial just now the new name is coal here is a link sure looks like the same page to me

    • Ok so yesterday was the 2nd of November which is the 14th day of the supposedly trail they say i checked box for, we all know there was no box, so I coplained not only to the company but also to the BBB and BCa, SO ANYWAY i HAD TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT AGAIN AS IT WAS OVERDRAWN FROM THE MONIES THEY HAD TAKEN OUT, AND lO AND BEHOLD MY MONEY WAS BACK IN MY ACCOUNT, WITHOUT A WORD FROM THEM! cALLED MY BANK TO MAKE SURE AND SAID YES MONEY TRANSFER WAS CANCELLED! Sorry about the caps. So I guess something worked yesterday! Yea! So perhaps you all need to do what I did???

      • I am trying to file a complaint with the BCA, but don’t know the full company name or the address. Do you still have this information? Would you share?
Your help will be most appreciated!

        Tina

      • I’m glad for you, that’s the thing, most people don’t go through all that trouble, but it is worth it. I work in credit card fraud and see these types of trials taking consumers money all the time! Fight back, and call your credit card company.

  22. I also was scammed on this product, when I ordered I looked for the info to make sure i would not be charged again(been there before) so when I did not see it i ordered these samples at $4.99 each then I look at my bank statement and they took out $187.46, need less to say i was furious, you signed it you pay, but i can give you a future discount, I do NOT want discount I want a refund, unfortunately blah blah blah, so I immediately sent two letters of complaint, make that 3 to the company itself, BBB and BCA, and hopefully you will all do the same, the more cpmplaints the better…. Theer are also lawyers who you can talk to online under business complaints!

    • I do not think i will have a problem since i complained to the credit card company. I do not remember checking any boxes like that if it is checked then they did it. I am also sending a link to this complaint board so they can see it. What i dont understand everyone is getting charged for these products. But the company is not sending them that is also stealing in my book . And for the people that are just gonna say the heck with it look out they will continue to send you a bill every month hoping you wont notice.
Part of this rip off report they say call within 14 days and they will cancel it. How are we suppose to do that when we did not order it in the first place. Lets talk sneaky ordered the trial on sept 14 i get billed on the 3rd long passed the day you could cancel. Then they waited 2 more days to get the next charge for the other trial i ordered .

  23. Well they did it again I ordered another trial product at the same time. The 1st 98.00 for this crap. then the eye crap. They hid the charge on this cream i noticed it was not posted but my available balance was down 100 dollars they posted it after the 14 days was up. I got in touch with the credit card company they were gonna cancel the card and re issue me another with a different number. I got my new card last week made my payment the day after it was charged 89.00 for the other stuff i purchased the trials they were sneaky enough to wait another 5 days after posting the last for it to hit my account just long enough to go on the next months statement. and have to dispute it also. Which means i have to get another card and wait two weeks for it.

  26. We were also scammed. Charged us for 2 products and said we checked a box to agree to it. We made calls to the numbers that accompanied the charges on our account. They did not refund our money but said they will stop future charges. It cost us close to $200. We will be reporting to the better business bureau and are exploring other ways to stop this company (including Dr Oz and his endorsement of this company)

    • I sent three emails to the company itself, BBB and the BCA, I was not a happy camper. Not only that but they were taking out the funds from my account on the 14 day of their so called trial. I disputed that the amount they took out was the 14h day not after the 14th day as is stated in the box we al supposedly checked! Anyway here is a copy of the email I sent to them: I recently talked to an agent regarding a refund of monies taken out of my account. When I ordered this there was no place where it said to cancel within 14 days or i would be charged. I am not an ignorant person and I looked just for that reason alone so I would not be charged some ridiculous amount after. Anyway when I talked to your agent she more or less told be , to bad, even though I am on SSI and disabled. She stuck to her guns, no refund, but I will send you some produc and cancel you account. Ok so I went to the website and lo and behold it now has a box where it says you have 14 days to cancel and this is how it words: Now if I read this correctly it states after the 14 day period! Not on the 14th day! You took out my monies on the 14th day and that is from the day I ordered not recieved! I demand a refund immediately! You can take the money out fast enough so I want a refund just as fast! I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and the BCA. (th box below is the one we were all supposed to have checked) So check your bnk statements to see the day ordered and the day they took out!

“I am over 18 and I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of this order which explains that I will be billed $98.39 per month after the 14 day trial period until I call 1-888-550-2963 to cancel my subscription. 14 Day trial begins immediately at the time of purchase.”

      • Okay a follow up to what was posted previously. I looked at my bank account today and guess wh tokk out another charge? Yes Alucia for $98.39, I called them immediately and was told yes it was cancelled on the 2nd, ok so why are you charging me again? You need to contact your bank, it is their fault! I think we should all get a lawyer and sue this company! How dare they take our monies from us. I told them this morning that if I seen another charge come out of my account I would sue them! It is a scam anyway!

  27. I was under the same impression. A 14 day trial to me is, try it for 14 days and see how you like it. Not 14 days from the day you order. They have already hit my account for $199.42. $4.99 ea. to ship the two products, which came in the same box together. Plus another $1.98 for what I do not know. $89.07 for Lumella eye cream and $98.39 for Alucia wrinkle cream!!!!! What a scam. I live off my social security, that is $200.00 less to eat off of this month.

  28. Ok I am convinced, I will NOT order Lucia. It’s really shocking to have all of these peole claiming fraud! Are WE paying for the damned divorce or what.
It won’t be a skin care empire like THIS will it?Really?? WTF Angelina Jolie?

  29. This Alucia creme does not work at all in fact Ive tried it on one side of my face and it looks worse than the untreated side after 4 weeks. Dont waste your money

  30. This is the worst customer service. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the phone , they told there were no refunds I called my credit card company to dispute the charges finally after getting the run around for over 20 minutes I was told I would get a full refund with in 24 to 48 hours we shall see
Don’t order from them supposedly there is fine print and there is a box that is checked off that you agree to get monthly orders what a joke !!!!

    • I just want to know how they think they are gonna get away with it. It is not like they send you anything. I keep getting ads on facebook every time i put a comment about what they do but they are sneaky they change and use different people on each add. Then on top of that they sneak it on your credit card. I noticed my total credit was reduced almost 100 dollars then just before the 30 days was up it shows. Someone has to figure out a way to either shut them down or stop them from charging. If your lied to and keep getting charged there is no telling what is in this product it could cause cancer and they would not tell you

  31. I am in the process of filing a dispute on mt credit card i ordered the trial size paid the 4.99 i just got another bill for $98.00 THIS IS A SCAM

  32. If you call within 14 days of when you placed order they will cancel. You shouldn’t be changed anything else. Call 888-336-0922 to cancel. I love the products, I’m going to continue with it. Only been using the products for 4 days and I already see a great improvement, especially on my neck and jowls.

  33. did anyone get a phone number?,,,,i am angry..i did not authorize repeated drafts ftom my account….i hope you are reading this i want my money placed back inyo my account or i will contact the police!@@

  34. Be careful!!! It was horrible experience. The trial is 14 days from the day you place the order not the time you receive the product. When I used it, it made me break out and it looked horrible on my skin. When I attempted to apply foundation, the two did not mix well and my foundation did not go smoothly on the skin. When i called Customer service, they kept referring me back to the terms abd conditions prior to placing the trial order. I asked if I could send the rest Of the product as proove that I did not use it and send pics of the affect, they told ne it wouldn’t matter because I would not my money ($98.35) refunded. Don’t try it, and if you do, be ready to donate $98.00. Imagine how many 98.35 they have already received from unsatisfied customers. Great business of scam. Good luck.

  35. Just got a call from my bank for fraud purchases of 28.95 that tried to run through 3 times…I DID NOT APPROVE OF THIS PURCHASE…I WANTED TO TRY THE TRIAL SIZE FOR FREE AND PAY SHIPPING OF 4.99 AND IF YOU CONTINUE TO ATTEMPT TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY CARD I WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT.YOU BETTER PUT MY MONEY BACK IN RIGHT NOW.NO PHONE NUMBER I’VE BEEN SCAMMED IM PISSED YOU DON’T WANT TO MESS WITH ME NOW.

  36. This is, obviously, a scam and I, stupidly, fell for it. You do not have a legitimate website or address. You cannot be reached by the phone number sent in your e-mail AND your “support” does not answer e-mails. I have learned that you enroll buyers in automatic shipping/billing without their consent after they “accept your trial offer.”

I have notified my credit card company and will NOT pay for any other charges you try to put on my account. I have had an alert placed on this card and will, also, not hesitate to file a police report or whatever I have to do.

Unfortunately, I did not notice how you had scammed others before I accepted your “trial offer.”

  37. Help no phone number I need to talk to a person. Cancel this I did not approve a 98.39 dollar charge. Only wanted to pay for shipping. My number 916-580-9337. Today is 8-18-16
