All Day Energy Diet Community Cookbook Review
All Day Energy Diet Community Cookbook is an eBook that was recently released for free online. The eBook features 67 energy-packed recipes “for busy people who want to look and feel awesome.” Here’s our review.
What is the All Day Energy Diet Community Cookbook?
The All-Day Energy Diet Community Cookbook is a collection of 67 meal recipes that promise to energize your body. The recipes are available for “free” online – although you’ll still need to pay $9.95 for shipping.
The eBook was created by a holistic nutritionist named Yuri. Yuri describes himself as a “healthy foodie”. In other words, he likes to eat gourmet meals that are good for your health. He recently wrote a book called the All Day Energy Diet as well as a separate book called the All Day Fat Burning Diet. The All Day Energy Diet reportedly his #2 on the NY Times Bestseller list, when it sold 11,000 copies in just 18 hours after being released in September 2014.
He’s been in the diet industry since 2006 and claims to have helped “more than 500,000 women and men feel more alive” through his gourmet-like, simple-to-make meals.
Today, those meals have been collected in his “Community Cookbook”, where you’ll find 67 meals that are low in sugar and free of gluten, dairy, soy, and “other junk”.
Yuri claims that he regularly charges $21 for access to the 67 recipes. However, as part of his goal to transform the lives of 10 million people by 2018, he’s decided to make his cookbook available for free.
Some of the recipes you’ll learn how to make in this cookbook include:
- Sunny Avocado Boat
- Black Beans Brownies
- Creamy Tahini Broccoli
- Fresh Tomato Soup
- Apple Celery Salad
- Pomegranate Pepita Salad with Salmon
These recipes can all be made in 15 minutes or less and can be used to boost your energy and feel better about your body.
As a testament to that fact, Yuri posts pictures of a number of his clients who have lost weight, including before-and-after pictures of some dramatic weight loss results.
All Day Energy Diet Community Cookbook Pricing
Why is there a pricing section for a free book? Well, the All Day Energy Diet Community Cookbook isn’t exactly free. You still need to pay for the physical costs of shipping the book to your address.
With that in mind, you’ll need to pay $9.95 for shipping anywhere in the United States. You can pay using any major credit card or PayPal.
If you live in Canada, then you’ll need to pay $14.95 USD for shipping. If you live outside Canada or the United States, then you’ll pay $19.95 USD for shipping.
There’s one final purchase option: you can pay $15 USD for instant download access to the recipe book as well as 67 cooking videos, in which case no physical product will be delivered.
The author of the book, Yuri, also warns that he “only” ordered 30,000 physical copies of his book, so you need to jump on this offer soon before they’re all sold out.
Your purchase comes with two bonus gifts, both of which are delivered to your inbox in the form of a PDF file. Those bonus gifts include:
- Instant digital access to the All Day Energy Diet Community Cookbook
- Plant-Powered “Vegan Swaps” Recipe Guide
The first bonus is the cookbook, just in digital format delivered to your inbox immediately after your purchase. And the second book provides vegan alternatives to help you swap out recipes for more vegan-friendly options (even though many of the recipes are already vegan-friendly).
