4 Minute Fighter Abs Review
4 Minute Fighter Abs is a new fitness training program that claims to burn away stubborn belly fat in 4 minutes or less. Here’s our review.
What is 4 Minute Fighter Abs?
4 Minute Fighter Abs is a video-based fitness training program available through a digital download on Clickbank. The online training program promises to give you the same abs that you would see on a professional fighter – hence the name of the course.
The course also makes the bold promise to eliminate stubborn belly fat without “making one change to your diet or even [leaving] your own living room.” Furthermore, the results will apparently be noticeable within 7 days.
The course consists of a series of exercise training videos. The videos are priced at $9 total, which is relatively cheap compared to other fitness videos we’ve seen online. After paying the price, you’ll receive the videos delivered directly to your email inbox.
So what is this mysterious diet program? Let’s find out.
How Does 4 Minute Fighter Abs Work?
4 Minute Fighter Abs introduces its fresh new fitness concept by stating that “training for more than 30 minutes is just as bad as no exercise at all.”
That’s because your body produces a certain amount of inflammation when you exercise for long periods of time. Too much inflammation means your body has trouble recovering properly, which means you’re less likely to work out at maximum intensity in the future.
4 Minute Fighter Abs takes this concept in the other direction by promising a 4 minute workout.
Essentially, 4 Minute Fighter Abs is a series of 4 minute body-weight workouts you can perform at home without equipment.
When you buy 4 Minute Fighter Abs, you receive videos that fully explain these workouts for you.
4 Minute Fighter Abs Phases
These 4 minute workouts ramp up in difficulty as you move through the program. They include the following three phases:
— The Foundation Phase: Ignites your metabolism and transforms it into a “fat burning machine” using the same full body exercises used by fighters. These exercises are specifically designed to activate your T3 and T4 hormones, which are “responsible for how well your metabolism burns fat” according to the maker of 4 Minute Fighter Abs.
— Ab Revealing Phase: During this phase, you start to see your abs as your body fat diminishes. The exercises promise to increasingly become more difficult so you never hit a plateau and you can get completely rid of your stubborn belly fat.
— Final Perfection Phase: During this phase, the creator of 4 Minute Fighter Abs promises to teach you high intensity fighter conditioning drills that will shred away every ounce of fat over your midsection.
The program contains no dietary advice. So if you’re the type of person who believes that “abs are made in the kitchen”, then 4 Minute Fighter Abs might not be for you, because it throws that concept completely out the window.
There is no dietary advice contained in 4 Minute Fighter Abs. Surprisingly, the guide doesn’t even explicitly recommend a healthy diet: instead, it says you can achieve the abs of your dreams without changing your current diet in any way. The creator of the program promises that you don’t have to change your dietary habits at all with this program.
Who Made 4 Minute Fighter Abs?
4 Minute Fighter Abs was made by a guy named Andrew Raposo.
Raposo introduces himself as a North American Muay Thai Champion and a two time provincial gold medalist in boxing. He claims to have fought against men and women of all different ages and backgrounds over his last 10 years of being a fighter.
Outside of fighting, Raposo runs a personal training studio in Toronto, where he claims he is “one of the busiest trainers in Toronto because of how fast I was getting my clients results [sic]”.
A quick Google Search for Andrew Raposo shows that he is affiliated with a gym called Innovative Training. At that studio, Andrew hints that he trains fighters like Canadian MMA legend George St. Pierre. There are pictures of GSP on the 4 Minute Fighter Abs sales page as well as on the official Andrew Raposo website: AndrewRaposo.com. Nevertheless, there is no evidence that GSP trains at Raposo’s clinic.

4 Minute Fighter Abs Pricing

You can transfer these files to any device you like – like a tablet, smartphone, laptop, or whatever.
Note: Andrew claims that only the “first few copies” of 4 Minute Fighter Abs will be sold at $9. After a few weeks on the market, that price hasn’t changed. That either means he hasn’t sold more than a “few copies” – or he has chosen not to raise the price.
Purchases can be made through any major credit card or through PayPal.
Ultimately, 4 Minute Fighter Abs is a series of brief ab workouts that make big promises about their results – but provide little evidence or explanation about how they work. Yes, if you do basic ab workouts every day for weeks at a time, you will experience an increase in tone and definition. However, to claim that every ounce of your belly fat will be “blasted away” after just 4 minutes of exercise daily is a bit extreme. Nevertheless, for $9, 4 Minute Fighter Abs delivers a series of effective ab training exercises in video form.
