What is XinHua For You?
XinHua For You is a recently-introduced multilevel marketing company that appeared online in February 2017. Not to be confused with China’s Xinhua news agency, XinHua For You is primarily focused on selling a lineup of nutritional supplements under the brand name Qi – pronounced “kee”.
If that sounds familiar, then you’re not going crazy: XinHua For You is just a rebranded version of Formor International. Back in 2015, Formor International entered a partnership with their Chinese supplement supplier, Changasha Xin Quan Xin Lin Biologic Nutrient Supplement Co., Ltd. Today, the details of the partnership were finally announced, including the rebranding to XinHua International Biological, LLC, which will do business under the name XinHua For You.
At the same time as they announced their new name, the company announced that they are merging the existing Formor product line and compensation plan into XinHua.
Oddly, the XinHua For You website still has Formor branding at the top. So the transition process seems a little messy – even though it’s been a two year transition process at this point.
Who Created XinHua For You?
XinHua For You was created by He Shu Hin, a man from a small farming village in Central China. According to the official XinHua For You website, He Shu Hin left his village as a young man. Over the years, he developed strong work ethic and leadership ability before becoming the head of Ansu, Ltd., a publicly-traded company on China’s Shenzhen Exchange.
After leaving that company, He Shu Hin founded Hunan Xinhua Pharmacy, Ltd. in Changsha, China. The company supplied pharmaceuticals to 20,000 retail outlets across China.
In addition to pharmaceuticals, the company produces Chinese medicines, plant extracts, and other products.
In 2014, He Shu Hin founded XinHua For You, LLC. The company was incorporated in Arkansas.
Obviously, XinHua For You has a unique founding story. Let’s take a closer look at the products the company will sell through its new network marketing structure.

Antioxidant Cocktail
XinHua For You claims this supplement is “a powerful blend of herbs and other nutrients” that flood your body with antioxidants, helping you reduce your risk of diseases and illnesses caused by free radicals. The supplement is priced at $49.95 for 60 capsules.
Cardio Cocktail
The Cardio Cocktail supplement is a preworkout formula packed with amino acids, fatty acids, and other ingredients. There’s 5g of L-arginine per serving, which is a surprisingly high dose compared to the products sold by other MLMs.
5g of L-arginine is the recommended preworkout serving for the amino acid, and it’s a dose that’s proven to widen your blood vessels. In addition to L-arginine, the supplement contains vitamin D, omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins, grape seed extract, and fulvic minerals. It’s available for $89.95 for a 32 fl oz bottle.
Cardio Essentials
The Cardio Essentials supplement is like a cheaper version of the Cardio Cocktail. Instead of drinking it as a liquid, you take Cardio Essentials in the form of a pill. It contains L-arginine, L-citrulline, vitamin D, and other common preworkout ingredients. Each 120 capsule bottle is priced at $54.95.
Colloidal Silver Concentrate
Colloidal silver concentrate is an old-timey medicine that has been making headlines in recent years. In the 1800s and early 1900s, doctors would often use colloidal silver to help cleanse the body.
Today, thanks to some new scientific evidence, colloidal minerals are making a comeback. The XinHua For You Colloidal Silver Concentrate supplement sells for $39.95 per 4 fl. oz bottle.
Joint Cocktail
This supplement works in a similar way to other joint support supplements on the market. It retails at a price of $54.95 for a bottle of 60 tablets.
We don’t know full details about this supplement so far, but you can expect it to be targeted towards those with arthritis, inflamed joints, and other similar conditions.
Qi Defend
Qi is the best-known supplement family in the XinHua For You lineup. Qi Defend is advertised as a way to protect your body and reduce your risk of diseases. By taking it daily, you can increase your immune system’s ability to defend your body.
In the words of XinHua For You, the supplement is “a foundational formula you take daily to support and enhance your immune and digestive system”. It’s priced at $54.95 for a bottle of 60 capsules.
Qi Nootropic
The Qi Nootropic supplement claims to improve your cognition and executive functions in a way that’s similar to other nootropics. Expect a mix of botanical extracts and stimulants. The supplement is priced at $59.95 for a 60 capsule bottle.
Super C Crystals
This supplement claims to help your body fight stress, retailing at $44.95 for a 340g tub (multiple sizes are available).
The XinHua For You Opportunity and Compensation Plan
What can you expect while working for XinHua For You? the company has 19 affiliate ranks you’ll progress through as you sell more and more company products.
You start at the Brand Partner level, which requires you to sign up and maintain 100 PV per month. You’ll progress through Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond levels as you continue to recruit more people.
Eventually, you start switching to numbers, going from 15K to 25K, 35K, 50K, 75K, 100K, 125K, 150K, 200K, 250K, 500K, 1M, and 2M. Each rank corresponds to your monthly downline GV.
Like other multilevel marketing companies, XinHua For You forces you to buy company products if you want to stay active. You’ll need to buy at least 100 PV worth of company products for your own personal use each month, or else you’ll lose your membership.
XinHua For You Commission Structure
The standard XinHua For You commission rate works out to about $10 per product. You buy products from the company, then charge customers a price that’s $10 higher. You make money off the difference between the wholesale and retail cost.
When you sell more products, you’ll get higher commissions and lower wholesale prices.
When you sponsor new business partners on your team, you’ll also earn a 45% on the sales volume. On Level 1, you’ll earn residual income commissions of 15% and on level 2, you’ll earn commissions of 45%.
Other features of the compensation plan include multi-generation unilevel legs and a shared leadership bonus.
Should You Join XinHua For You?
XinHua For You is a multilevel marketing company specializing in nutritional supplements. The main difference between XinHua For You and its many competitors is that it focuses on traditional Chinese medicine. Expect to see unique ingredients listed on products, including ingredients and formulas sourced from labs in China.
The founder of XinHua For You appears to operate a successful Chinese pharmaceutical factory. That founder partnered with former MLM Formor International (which originally used the lab as its supplier) to create XinHua For You.
Ultimately, XinHua For You is a brand new MLM that we know very little about so far. You can find negative reviews about the company online, including reports on BehindMLM.com that the company is a pyramid scheme that will likely get shut down by the FTC in the near future.
There’s also the fact that XinHua For You shares its name with Xinhua, one of the largest news agencies in China. That could cause the company to encounter some branding problems – or legal issues – in the near future.
