The Thigh Lite is a $20 exercise ball that, at first glance, looks like a small version of an ordinary exercise ball. The main difference between the Thigh Lite and an ordinary exercise ball is that this ball is specially designed to light up: the harder you squeeze the ball, the more colors you’ll see.

Should You Buy the Thigh Lite to Tone your Thighs?

However, this appears to be an exercise ball that’s pressure-sensitive. The harder you squeeze, the more the ball will change from green to blue, and then blue to red. It’s a straightforward technology.
