What is the Tae Bo Edge Bar?

Types of Exercises

-Roll Out: Sit on your knees and hold your bar in front of you with hands on either side. Place the bar on the ground and roll out to activate your ab muscles.
-Bicep Curl: Just like with a conventional barbell, hold the Tae Bo Edge Bar in front of you and curl it up to your chin, activating your bicep muscles.
-Bow and Arrow: Attach the resistance band to the bar, then hold the bar like a bow. Stretch the band back as if you were firing an arrow.
-Horseshoe: Hold the bar in front of you and bend the two ends of the bar down towards yourself until they’re nearly touching.
-Forward Lunge: Attach the resistance band to the Edge Bar, then step on the resistance band while holding the bar in your hands. Lunge forward to work your lower body.
-Upright Row: Hold the bar in front of you with the resistance band attached. Step on the resistance band, then pull the bar up towards your chin, workout out your shoulders and other parts of your upper body.
