Swell No More Review – Worth Using?

Swell No More claims to be the world’s leading supplement for water retention, inflammation and swelling. Find out how Swell No More’s diuretic effects work today in our review.

What is SwellNoMore?

SwellNoMore is a dietary supplement that works as a diuretic, which means it encourages your body to release fluid. Swell No More promises to help you treat conditions like puffiness, bloating, and swelling.

In fact, Swell No More claims to be “the leading supplement for water retention, inflammation and swelling”, according to its official website. It promises to treat conditions like puffy eyes, swollen feet, and a general bloated feeling across your body.

All you need to do is take two capsules of Swell No More every morning with food. Then, the herbal extracts, anti-inflammatory ingredients, and diuretic ingredients will go to work.

So how does Swell No More work? Let’s take a closer look.

How Does SwellNoMore Work?

Swell No More has two methods of action: first, its diuretic ingredients encourage your body to release fluid. And second, its anti-inflammatory ingredients reduce inflammation throughout the body.

The anti-inflammatories attack symptoms like puffy eyes, swollen feet, and swollen ankles, while the diuretics dehydrate your body. Thus, you can reduce bloat and puffiness throughout your body.

The formula was put together by Dr. Stephen Coles, who graduated from the Stanford University School of Medicine and has published over 175 scientific papers. Dr. Coles is the leading medical researcher employed by Nutritional Solutions, LLC, which is the company behind Swell No More.

The original Swell No More formula, however, was created by Nutritional Solutions back in 2011, two years before Dr. Coles was hired by the company. It’s unclear what type of experience Nutritional Solutions has when it comes to formulating nutritional supplements.

How do the ingredients in Swell No More actually work? We’ll take a look at the ingredients in the next section.

Swell No More Ingredients

Swell No More’s ingredients claim to be backed by “strong clinical support” and plenty of scientific research. Swell No More itself has never gone through clinical trials or scientific studies. However, the ingredients inside the supplement have been backed up by scientific evidence.

Those ingredients include 10 diuretic ingredients and 7 anti-inflammatory ingredients, including all of the following:

-Diuretic Ingredients: Turmeric: Corn Silk, Hydrangea Root, Uva Ursi Leaf, Parsley Extract, Dandelion, Juniper Berry Extract, Buchu Leaf Extract, Magnesium Citrate, and Vitamin B6

-Anti-Inflammatory Ingredients: Turmeric, Bromelain, Quercetin, Piperine, Green Tea Leaf, Ginger, and Rutin

All of these ingredients work in a similar way: the diuretic ingredients all help to balance your body’s fluid levels. Some ingredients, for example, stimulate the kidneys and bladder, thus reducing water retention.

Meanwhile, the anti-inflammatory ingredients typically contain flavonoids and other antioxidants designed to target inflammation within the body.

There’s one big problem with this ingredients list: we don’t know the actual dosages of any of the ingredients. Swell No More just lists its ingredients without telling us how strong those ingredients are.

Yes, many of the above ingredients are proven diuretics or proven anti-inflammatories. But without knowing the dosage, it’s impossible to say whether or not Swell No More would be an effective supplement. It’s unclear why the makers of Swell No More have refused to disclose their ingredients list.

That’s a big problem: the makers of Swell No More cite a number of studies where researchers used a certain dose of each ingredient to achieve a certain health benefit. Swell No More cites these studies as “proof” that its supplement works. However, it’s unlikely that Swell No More contains the same dose used in these studies.

Typically, when nutritional supplement manufacturers hide dosage information, it’s because they’re not very strong supplements.

SwellNoMore Pricing

Swell No More is available exclusively online through SwellNoMore.com/Shops. You won’t find it anywhere else. Here’s how pricing breaks down:

  • 1 Bottle: $49.90 ($44.95 + $4.95 Shipping and Handling)
  • 3 Bottles: $89.90 + Free Shipping

All purchases come with a 60 day money back guarantee. The company does not have an autoship program. So you won’t be charged anything except the $49.90 or $89.90 price.

The manufacturer of Swell No More, Nutritional Solutions, claims you can also buy the supplement at “a select number of pharmacies throughout California”, although there’s no store finder listed on the official website.

Who Makes Swell No More?

Swell No More is made by a company named Nutritional Solutions, LLC. That company claims to have finally introduced the Swell No More formula to the world after 5 years in development. Since being founded in 2011, the company claims that its formula has helped people all over the world safely reduce puffy eyes, bloating, and swollen feet and ankles.

In 2013, Nutritional Solutions hired Dr. Stephen Coles, who recommended “one suggested change” to the formula, which has since been incorporated.

Today, the supplement is made in the United States in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified factory. Nutritional Solutions is headquartered in Laguna Beach, California, although the factory is in New York.

You can contact the company by email at [email protected] or by phone at (855) 875-4216.

Should You Use SwellNoMore to Reduce Bloating and Swelling?

Swell No More claims to be the world’s number one pill for puffy eyes, swollen feet, and bloating. By taking it daily, you can flood your body with diuretics and antioxidants, helping to dehydrate your body and cleanse toxins.

To achieve those effects, Swell No More uses a blend of natural ingredients. Unfortunately, the manufacturer doesn’t actually tell us the strength or dosage of the ingredients. So we just know that Swell No More contains some blend of herbal extracts in some unidentified dosage.

With that in mind, Swell No More gives us little evidence that it’s a more effective diuretic or antioxidant than, say, a cup of green tea, which has both diuretic and antioxidant effects. Since the pill has never gone through clinical trials or scientific studies, we have no evidence that Swell No More works as advertised.

  1. Hi – I am the CEO of SwellNoMore.
The only reason we don’t post the exact ingredient volume of SwellNoMore is because it took us 5 years to formulate, test and perfect the final formulation. We don’t want our competitors to replicate our intellectual property. But I would be more then happy to share our detailed Supplement Facts with your team, to verify the quality of the formulation. Please email me and I will send it over for your review.
