Like many eBooks sold on Clickbank, Slim Belly Fix comes with an interesting story. The story behind Keri’s Slim Belly Fix is that she was standing in line at a pharmacy in Madison, Wisconsin one day waiting to fill a prescription for her 14 day old baby girl. She was bundled up in “baggy and ugly clothes” that made her body look fat, pudgy, and lumpy. She grabbed her baby’s medication, went back home, and then immediately had to rush her baby girl to the hospital.

The baby girl had to go “into quarantine.” Doctors began testing the parents for any hereditary diseases. Eventually, they learned the baby girl was fine but that Keri, the mom, had a condition called “estrogen dominance”.

The doctor claimed that after age 35, your body’s estrogen switch can instantly be flipped on, flooding your body with estrogen enzymes and throwing your natural estrogen balance out of whack.

This can make it difficult for women to lose weight after 35: their bodies are flooded with estrogen while not producing enough progesterone.

The doctor actually recommended that Slim Belly Fix take a special “Estrogen Balancing Elixir” to help solve her estrogen problem. The day after she took the elixir for the first time, she claims she felt slimmer and tighter and even looked skinnier in the mirror.

She lists a bunch of other costs to justify the fact that she charges $37 for a PDF file. She claims she’s not making much money on each purchase, but she wants to spread her message with the world, so she’s nice enough to charge $37.

Should You Use the Slim Belly Fix System to Lose Weight?

Slim Belly Fix is a weight loss system that comes with an interesting story about how someone nearly lost their daughter to a rare disease. Whether that story is true or not, I don’t really know, but we have to judge the program at face value.

You’re paying $37 for a mysterious “Estrogen Balancing Elixir” and a collection of other belly slimming tips and tricks. That’s it.

The problem with “belly slimming” is that you can’t target weight loss in specific parts of your body. You can tighten parts of your body with resistance training, but numerous studies have shown we can’t actually control where we lose weight.

Ultimately, the best way to lose belly fat is to eat a healthy, balanced diet while exercising 3 to 5 times a week. If you want to complement that routine with a little extra magic, however, then Slim Belly Fix may be the right choice for you.

  1. Hahahaha, oh my god; the doctor prescribed her a magical elixir? And so she turns around and SELLS how to make the elixir? This is the most BS story and BS product I’ve heard of this year.

  2. I have sat and listened to this for however long, and agree with some of the other comments. Its boring and repetitive, saying initially she will reveal in 3 minutes, 20 + minutes later and still waiting to hear.

    • Does Keri’s LONG video presentation get you CURIOUS? Somebody posted the following comment about a thing called the FLAT BELLY SYSTEM: {If this is a scam (which I believe it is) then everyone should post all of the info from the plan online.} People do order things like this online. I’ve ordered a small number of health/diet books/weight loss systems through clickbank, but I usually pass. Keri definitely makes ya DESPERATELY want to KNOW what her “60 second flat belly miracle fix” is, & I DEVIOUSLY do wish we could “somehow” find this SECRET out WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY $37 for the entire SLIM BELLY SYSTEM.     I have belly fat and need all the help I can get, I’m getting the Square hips that I call old woman looking hips which I hate and a belly too.

    • Judy just relax, it took time to get your belly fat & it will take time to reduce it; walk every day, increase it a little at a time in length and pace, drink a glass of water before meals, reduce meals portions gradually, stop drinking coke & other sweet drinks, just drink tap water, no sugar in tea / coffee, no biscuits, no cakes, keep your meals at less than 5% saturated fats, go for a swim. Most important, don’t get worried you are not loosing fat fast enough, it takes time just be happy with yourself

The presentation is basically a scam designed to appeal to female emotions by describing numerous times a sad story (whether true or false) about a 14-day old baby and the effect on the writer and her family. It is also terribly long, boring and repetitive. The presenter keeps saying she will reveal the “secret” soon or in a few short minutes but of course she doesn’t. At the end the offer is an expensive book.

I agree with Jenny; it was excruciating listening to an HOUR long video, wherein Keri repeats the same information again and again, and when you finally reach the end, you see that she never intended to provide the “60 second trick”, you have to purchase her video, or book. It felt like I’d just been conned, No Thanks!

  7. Thanks for the flaxseed info i will definitely give it a try and as for the sleep i try to get at least 7 i have insomnia most of my adult life but i haven’t given up plus ill be looking up the foods that have estrogen in them or cause estrogen spikes and avoid them like the plaque

  8. I could barely get through the presentation. She basically kept repeating herself.

    The grammar was horrible (multiple occurrences of “should of” instead of “should have”, among other grammatical errors), which in my opinion drastically reduces credibility. If one isn’t professional enough to hire an editor to review the content of his or her product presentation, then I have a low opinion of the product.

    I’m sure she’s just another snake oil salesman. I’ll lose fat the only real way to do it, and that’s by healthy diet and exercise.

  9. I am already a regular runner and yogi and I eat very cleanly. I enjoy overall good health but had been warned that I seemed to be estrogen dominant and had noticed a seemingly widening waist over the last few years. I am not looking to “spot reduce” as much as not have a tug of war with my hormones.

    • Marisa, There are some ways to help Estrogen dominance. I’ll share a few: First, get plenty of sleep. Losing sleep can increase insulin resistance and increase the stress hormone cortisol. Shoot for 7.5-8 hours per night. Second, take 4 Tbsp of ground flax seed per day. Studies show that this can increase the amount of protein in your blood that binds estrogen. Then, you have less “free” estrogen. I grind mine fresh in a coffee been grinder. Third, Eat more of a Mediterranean type diet. Cut out processed foods. It sounds like you eat clean, already. Fourth, eat a cruciferous vegetable everyday to help estrogen metabolism.

        Plenty of Sleep: My bladder has been waking me often during the night. I found a supplement that has helped that change from waking every hour to only about 2 times a nightl
        Cortisol: I, like the other Jenny, was so frustrated by the hour long video (after a promise of 3 minutes), that I am SURE my cortisol level rose drastically. I also, IMMEDIATELY, unsubscribed to the “weird and odd trick” emails.
        I have a supplement that works great for lowering my cortisol levels. It’s called Cortitrol. It helps me get to sleep sooner as well.
        Flax seed: I will add that to my regimen.
        Cruciferous vegetables: I love vegetables so should do well with this.

        Additional tips to readers:
        Iodine deficiency: Most Americans are at least 50% iodine deficient and most are more like 80-90% so. Every organ in the body needs iodine. It’s not just a “thyroid thing”. I began take Iodoral and switch to Actalin after 6 months. Consider getting Dr. Brownstein’s book on Iodine. It is less than $20 and full of helpful information.
        When your organs get the nutrients they need, your body works better overall.
        Soy: There is so much information on soy. Read labels…avoid any soy product not made from fermented soy.
