Ripp3d is a new diet pill created by a nutritional supplement manufacturer named Helix Nutrition. The company claims to be the “most effective fat-burning product ever introduced to the supplement industry.”
By acting as a thermogenic, Ripp3d promises to cut away fat from your body, helping to reveal the smooth muscle beneath. You take 1 capsule 20 minutes before breakfast every day to boost your weight loss goals.

How Does Ripp3d Work?
Ripp3d contains a four part formula. The entire supplement is labeled under a proprietary formula, so we don’t actually know the dosage of any of the ingredients listed on the supplement (aside from caffeine, which the manufacturer lists on the packaging). Aside from the caffeine dosage, we only know that each serving of Ripp3d contains 710mg.
There’s more caffeine in Ripp3d than any other supplement on the market: each capsule of Ripp3d contains a whopping 350mg of caffeine anhydrous. So when you take one capsule of Ripp3d, it’s like drinking 4.5 cans of Red Bull all at once (it’s also like taking them on an empty stomach, since the manufacturer recommends taking it before breakfast in the morning).
The other ingredients in the supplement are found in smaller amounts. They include trendy ingredients like raspberry ketones and acai berry that have been linked to some health benefits – but are hardly a proven miracle cure.
Basically, Ripp3d floods your body with caffeine to stimulate your nervous system, creating a thermogenic effect across your body. This thermogenic effect heats up your body, causing fat to melt away – at least that’s the idea.

Ripp3d contains 710mg of proprietary formula. The manufacturer has refused to disclose the dosage of any of its ingredients (although it does admit to containing 350mg of caffeine anhydrous). Here’s how the four separate components inside the formula break down:

-RIPP3D Appetite Control Matrix: Glucomannan, chromium picolonate.
-Other Ingredients: Magnesium stearate, Dicalcium phosphate, Gelatin
Basically, Ripp3d is a caffeine pill mixed with small amounts of herbal extracts and synthetic chemical compounds. You’re going to immediately notice the effects of caffeine on your body, but other ingredients like raspberry ketones and acai berry are likely to pass through your system without having much of an effect.
Making things worse is that Helix Nutrition doesn’t appear to have tested the supplement or proven that it’s more effective than its competitors. So there’s no real evidence that taking Ripp3d is more effective than just taking 350mg of caffeine pills every day, since that’s the active ingredient in Ripp3d.

Should You Use Ripp3d to Lose Weight?
Ripp3d is a caffeine pill that comes loaded with other fat burning compounds – including trendy diet pill ingredients like raspberry ketones and acai berry.
There’s little evidence that these extra ingredients have a major effect on the quality of the supplement, or its ability to help you lose weight. In fact, the 350mg of caffeine takes up approximately half of each serving of Ripp3d, so you’re more likely to feel the caffeine after taking the supplement than anything else.
Ultimately, you can find caffeine pills online for cheaper than $1 per pill. Ripp3d doesn’t provide enough evidence that it’s a more effective weight loss agent than a traditional caffeine pill – especially since caffeine is the number one ingredient in the formula.
