This is most definitely a scam. I paid the shipping fee for the trial products. Today I noticed two debit charges pending on my checking account totaling 184.00. I did not see any information that indicated the purchase was the start of a subscription. Customer Service was rude and adamant that my money would not be refunded. The company uses the name of Malania Trump to market the products. A class action law suit is warranted. PLEASE BEWARE. I have filed a claim with my bank about the misleading advertisement.

I also have had them card my bank almost $400. My bank caught it and contacted me to see if I was making the purchases. So if you are not getting anywhere with the company for a refund file a claim with your bank/credit card tell them you did not authorize the purchases and in most cases they will put the money back in your account and block the company from doing any further withdrawals.

The only thing you can’t stop besides aging is Reveal RX. The product does not work and they make it very hard to discontinue the autoship/autopay. They only give you 15 days to call upon placing the order before cancelling, otherwise they charge a very high price. Once you try to cancel, they keep you on the phone trying to offer extreme discounts off the price you already paid too much for. Of course, they won’t give you that price once you tell them you want to cancel. In my opinion, this is just a scam – if they stood by their product, they would offer money back guarantee. They have a system set up just to get people to sign up for the autoship to see how much they could get out of you before you have a chance to call and wait to demand a stop of the product shipment.

I wish I’d read these reviews before being scammed myself! The ‘free trials’ of the Reveal RX Serum and the Ageless Youth came unsealed, one without a label and one with the label askew. I set them aside thinking I’d throw them out. Two weeks later, my credit card was billed $94.97 and $89.97. I called the phone number attached to the credit card transactions and after being canjoled and bullied, the final ‘offer’ was a refund less $19.90 ‘restocking’ if the items were returned unopened. I kept telling the person on the phone that I received them unsealed. I called my credit card company, who stepped in and got me my refund (less the $19.90!). BBB was notified. Beware of this scam!!

My husband Bryan Bach has ordered 1 REVEAL RX EYE CREAM and 1 REVEAL RX FACE SERUM. He has done this before without my knowledge with another beauty brand, and our joint account was charged $100 a month, also without my knowledge for several months. He is 70 years old and has cancer and does not know what he is doing. I would like to return these two products immediately.
