OK, I have a phone number to cancel Renaderm. I just called and canceled all future shipments. I am receiving credited on my credit card for my most recent shipment, and I received a confirmation email showing it was canceled from Renaderm, I am now sending back all the unopened jars I received for credit also.

I copy that of Dolores and Tara and many others. Cancel anything in my name, credit card, email, etc. I’ve reported to my bank, BBB and will go to FTC. I want none of your product. Don’t charge me, don’t send me anything, don’t ever contact me again.
I have also ordered the free trail and have now been billed full price for two months in a row. this is terrible.
I phoned once and they said to send back the second shipment that only came within 2 weeks of the trail (but was billed two different $99) and she said she would put a hold on my account. nothing was said that I was billed twice. I just noticed it on my account.

Today I received in the mail. I don’t know how to return them since there was no information on the enclosed paperwork. I don’t know how they can send me products when I didn’t finish checking out. U have to call them and cancel within 30 days after purchase the trial or they will charge u for next monthly order. It states it in fine print,always always read fine print when ordering anything.
