Do yourselves a favor and call your bank. Tell them about this scam and get your card number changed. This will prevent the scammers from using your card from any further charges. I did get someone on the phone when I called and got the normal scammer bullshit! “I can give you 50% back”, then it was “I can give you 70% back. I did not order any further products after the free trial size which I believe we paid just over four dollars for. So, call your banks and let’s put a stop to these people. This is a scam the way this company operates. I did not know that getting a trial size would put me into a auto reorder situation. I have been charged almost $400 for two trial sizes and one container of anti aging cream that I did not know I was getting and a wrinkle serum that is still to come. I called the phone number that was listed in two of the comments and got a woman called Fatima who kept saying the same thing ” I’m here to help you”. I will never answer any ads on FB for anything. The cream I received 3/29/17 didn’t even have a invoice inside the box and the shipping box doesn’t have a company logo, so I opened it to find out what was being sent. The pity of this is some other unsuspecting person will get the “TRIAL SIZE” not realizing that they are being setup for more than wrinkle repair.
We are dealing with this company now. I ordered the ‘free trial”, then I did not get a free trial. On our bank card was the 98 dollar charge, and one the same statement for 94 dollars. We are fighting them now. Getting lies, etc. They told us twice they replaced the money, but according to our bank they did not. Usually don’t answer the phone. i was asked if I read the return “rules” they sent me. They did NOT send them. Also said return the second shipped with 50 dollars and they would return my money. Not doing that. Don’t know my next move.

Thank you. I was in the dark about how much per month, if and when it would go onto auto-order montly and how much per month it costs. Also on my ‘free trial’ order there was no info, no company to contact, and even looking on their website (supposed website) there was no price nor information on how the practical aspect of ordering goes.
