How Does the Q37 Elliptical Work?
Unlike other elliptical machines, this product has a special feature called CROSS CiRCUIT that combines all of the exercise of regular cardio with strength training.
This feature has been designed through consultation with various exercise experts to allow the consumer to design a workout regime that is based on their needs.
Smartlink and CROSS CiRCUIT work together, with over 225 different exercises available and 35 different workout plans, this product allows its owner to decide what level of exercise they want to get.
Different activities require different muscles. Skiing down a hill does not use the same muscles as preparing for a marathon. By having multiple workout routines available, this elliptical is highly versatile.
Q37 Elliptical Pricing and Models

The Q37X includes a display screen that displays all of the workout data listed above. Importantly, the Q37X is not Smartlink compatible.
The Q37X, however, does come with 8 workout programs built into the machine itself, for those who do not have a tablet.
The machine itself has two options for placing your tablet nearby, to either read, or to go online, and includes a digital heart rate sensor in order to monitor how your body is responding to your exercises. This product is the cheaper model of the two costing $2899.
The major difference between the two models, is that the Q37XI has Smartlink Bluetooth compatibility.
This means it has access to all of the workout programs discussed above. The screen on this model has also been upgraded to look more aesthetically pleasing.

Should You Buy a Q37 Elliptical?
While both Q37’s offer useful tools for exercise, the Q37x’s lack of important features make it difficult to justify purchasing for its price range.
The Q37XI, however, might be worth the money, for the convenience of it, and the features that are accessible through your preexisting tablet.
While this looks like a powerful tool for getting into better shape, there may be more affordable options available for people who are interested in purchasing products that are made of similar quality, but lack the online features that the Q37XI has.
